I don't know who needs to hear with this, but Amazon needs to stop taking returns through UPS Stores. Not only are the rules totally inconsistent for no apparent reason (e.g. whether you need a label and packaging or not), but I've had bad experiences at every UPS Store at which I've tried to return Amazon items. For example, charging $5 to tape the label on, ridiculously long waits, etc. This location was no different. This store charged me $5 plus tax for an envelope to put my return in, which was already boxed. This is the exact same type of envelope you can get for free at any UPS dropbox. Didn't give me my change back, but a few cents was not worth waiting on them. We should not have to pay to return items to Amazon. Whole Foods and Kohl's returns are 1000 times easier. read more

I was able to do notary and shipping in one trip. Even though it's past 5 PM, Sue was kind enough to accommodate my notary request as well. I cannot be happier with the trip. A great location for locals. Strongly recommend. read more

This guy was no help I asked for an option to email the documents to them directly and he directs me to the computer when I couldn't get access to my documents that's when he provided me the option to email them directly and he insists that I have pay $6 for this option outrageous when I already paid for the computer time I recommend if you need to print go next door to Office Depot they are much nicer and friendlier and only charged me $1.25 for 7 documents read more

Like many users on here, I do not feel a need to post a review unless I've had an exceptionally good experience, an exceptionally bad experience, or if a company bugs me enough to post a review. In this case, The UPS Store off Dupont/Jamboree in Irvine is probably the worst experience I've had with any company. Long story, short: I wanted to drop off my Amazon return at a participating UPS Store. I've done Amazon returns at various UPS Stores & Kohl's without experiencing any issues. Because Store #6776 is the closest location to me, I decided to stop by 1st thing in the morning (before starting work). My single Amazon return consisted of 5 items; they're small items (all contained within a standard size grocery bag). A Middle Eastern lady assisted me (I assume she's one of the owners or might be related to the owner) - and when I showed the Amazon QR code on my phone and started removing items one-by-one, she said that she cannot do this; that I will need to cancel my Amazon return transaction and redo the return for each item (meaning she wants me to do a total of 5 Amazon return transactions). I mentioned that this is not my first Amazon return, and tried showing the details - including where it states the items do not need to be packaged and can be dropped off at any UPS Store. She proceeded that each item won't fit in the "box" she has, and that she needs to provide a separate box for each item. This is Red Flag #1. She could not justify her statement (just kept on repeating herself), and essentially waited until I did what she said. From my past experiences, other UPS Stores would place my return items in an appropriately sized shipping bag. I highly believe this location is gaming the system. Unsure if they receive any incentives/reimbursements for the costs of packaging Amazon returns, but (based on her explanation) to unnecessarily use 5 separate boxes - it does not add up. So instead of canceling the return (as what she instructed me to do while she waited), I decided to record her - and it's to repeat what she advised for me to do. By this point, she became unhinged. She said that I needed to take my items and leave, that I'm trespassing, and that she's going to call the cops. Because she was acting unreasonable, I advised to call them (and it's so I can give my side of the story as well). Apparently, the numerous times she threatened me with calling the cops and to leave the store, she might have called someone else. The entire time I kept my composure, but her behavior kept escalating the situation. She was yelling, became combative, and aggressive to where she even made physical contact with me in an attempt to grab my phone. By this point, there were 2-3 other customers present in the store and her attitude became even worse (where she told everyone that she cannot handle this and advised for all to leave). Only 1 customer ultimately left (it's most likely because he's been waiting for a while and needed to be somewhere). However, during this time she called the owner (possibly her husband) and placed him on her cell phone's speakerphone. The guy is no better than her. He kept yelling that I'm trespassing and to get out of his store. With me knowing this situation will not improve, I finally decided to leave as both her and the guy over the phone would not reveal their names when politely asked. Upon leaving the store, I decided to call Irvine PD to check if The UPS Store called. The dispatcher confirmed no, and after informing of what just transpired, they requested if I wanted a peace officer to drop by. I said that it's not necessary, as this will end up being a complaint to corporate. The purpose of my review is to bring awareness to potential customers visiting this location. Shortly after I left this store, I drove to the next nearest UPS Store and they processed my return without any hassle; I was in and out within 2 minutes, and I noticed they placed the 5 items in a single shipping bag (as what I've observed from all past experiences). I highly question the 5-star reviews on here. The low rating reviews appear legit, as the management/workers at this location do not look out for their customers (by attempting to tack on additional charges). My hope is that UPS & Amazon get wind of this review, as the operations in this store favors personal profit over positive customer experiences. And the employees at this store are not good representatives for both brands. read more

If you have a signature packet you need notarized, don't go to this UPS. They only notarize finalized and fully printed out documents.

They help me out very promptly with the notary services. Shweta and her co worker were very friendly and responsive.

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Your response is ridicules and unprofessional exactly as your employee attitude! Instead of saying that something like that didn't happened or that she's don't remember; look for why I took my time to leave a bad review for your business (and from your rating I'm clearly not the only one). The level of service you guys provided is a juke! When a person choose to work with the public, he/she should be welcoming and with smile on their face and not grumpy or short! It doesn't matter if I came in for a mailbox, send a letter or use other services; the thing that matter is that your employee was so rude that I'll never be back!
