I came to this location (DuPont and jamboree) on Friday morning (6/3) to mail several packages. When I got there the woman working behind the counter (Ebru) was helping two people. Both customers were being incredibly rude to the woman. She continued to help them both in a very professional and efficient manner - which I was extremely impressed by. By the time both customers left, I felt so terrible for Ebru and let her know how sorry I was that she had to experience such unkindness from the two customers she graciously helped. She went on to patiently help me with all of my packages and labels and could not have been more kind and professional. I hope Ebru is valued here at this store because she is truly a gem of an employee and a person. read more

Probably the most helpful UPS I've been to. Jordy was fantastic and answered my questions quickly and made sure my packages went to where they had to. Terrible customer service. Waited 25 minutes to do a 2 min amazon return, while the only lady working chatted up a man who appeared to be friendly with her and was doing multiple transactions that took quite a while. He even suggested she hop to the other computer while things were loading to help those of us that had faster transactions and she didn't have any agency around helping her other customers. Worst UPS i've ever been to hands down, they need a better system here. read more

Customer service is not a priority at this store. I just read some of the reviews on here and at least I'm not the only one with this experience. I tried to mail a package and waited in line for about 10 mins, which wasn't too bad. When it was my turn, the employee/owner decided to help the following 3 people behind me because the line was getting long and she felt that she could clear out the line quickly while having me wait. It ended up taking another 5 mins until she got to me even though it was my turn. On top of that, she was not helpful in answering any questions I had. Instead her canned response was that they don't do that at that location. I ended up not shipping my package. At the end she said she cancelled my transaction and that I could take my package. Unless you have a package that already has a label and you just need to drop it off, I would avoid this location if you need any sort of servicing. read more

First UPS store I've been to where they don't have a free tapping station. I brought in several packages to ship and I had to purchase tape which was very cheap and would have taken me for ever to tape the boxes shut and place the labels so I decided to just leave. Background: owner never clarify their rates. Please note that Amazon's published rate says $1 on the app and that's the norm with all of the UPS locations in The USA. This owner operates as an exception to the rule but failed to inform the customer that he charges more than the $1 NORM. So When he asked a vague question such as do I know the charge I then said yes referring to what the $1 amazon app says. But the real issues are: 1. He is not clear about his higher "rate difference" which feels like a SCAM as other reviewers noted. He also tries to find any excuse possible to justify his higher rate such as computer time use of machines printing fee paper costs etc...its very simple. It's an amazon label it's $1 and that's what Thousands of other ups locations do. If you're reading this review and you have the time, do us all a favor and report this location to ups corporate. At the very least I hope this review saves future frustrations for others. If you're an amazon user, you would know printing a ups label at an ups store costs $1! If he charges $3+tax for his label there is a huge discrepancy and possibly a violation of terms between ups and amazon. Just read the other reviews on google and yelp then the message is clear! This isn't his first! He charges $3+ tax 3x the normal price of others. The real problem was his shady approach and his do whatever he can to proof the customer is wrong attitude plus the staff pretended the register was broken so I didn't want to wait around for .83 cents I then came back for my change because I felt the homeless guy on the street deserved the change more than him. His reply continue to show "the customer is wrong" and The waiter was happy he got an extra buck for his tip! Don't support this arrogant and shady behavior! Save yourselves the time and frustration, FEDEX by john Wayne is 100x times better. read more

I get it why this store has low reviews, the staff here are unbelievably rude and lack of knowledge, they obviously have no idea that ups is working with some of the website and should provide free box and packing with the label provided. Went in with the label and account number and the staff didn't even bother to scan the label or search the account number online to check if their company provide free box for the label. The lady just told me to buy the box and charge me extra service fee, umm I didn't even know there's service fee when I buy the box. Second funniest thing is that the staff won't even let customers touch their tape LOL, when I try to sealed the box myself bc I had past experience when ups ripped the label off during delivery which cause the package failed to deliver and was returned to me. The lady immediately take the tape away from me and informed me that I am not allowed to use their tape. I guess that's bc they want to save as much tape as they want and have an excuse to charge the service fee, only bc SHE SEALED THE BOX. Save that tape for yourself, she's definitely gonna live with that tape. Uneducated and unskilled staff, I'm sooo impressed. read more

This store is completely useless. This is the worst UPS store I have ever visited and it is all due to the extremely unhelpful store manager. I came to ship four large packages and she REFUSED to ship them unless I bought their boxes at $20 per box. I have shipped these same packages through UPS multiple times before, with no problems. I explained all of this to her and she still flat out refused to help me. I went to another UPS store only 5 minutes away and had no problems. Bottom line: Do NOT go to this UPS. Horrible experience!! First time going there and they lied to me. Everything the staff said was a fraud. She was the only one working because " they had an emergency" but every time I call to speak to the manager or owner, the same person picks up. There was a line almost to the door, and everyone in line was waiting about 15 min. FINALLY, It my was my turn.. the first thing she asks me was " do you want all of this in one box, it'll be a lot cheaper?" I said why not sure (thinking she is trying to help out her customers and not lie to them. She seals the box and puts my clothing that I brought in a package and was creating the shipping label. While she was creating the shipping label, I asked her " how much is it since you said cheaper?" She answers " $21.32" I was chocked!!! I questioned multiple times on why I'm paying $21 to ship out my clothes.. she said the box is $10. I went to every ups store after and spoke to all my friends and family about it and they said they've never heard of someone having to paying 20$ to ship out 6lb worth of clothing to LA (40 min away from me).. I'm not done yet!!! I told her I'm only gonna pay this because I've waited in like for almost 30 minutes and I'm on my lunch break. While I insert my card, it said total amount due: $31.. I took my card out and questioned her again on why the price increased. All she kept saying was " idk that's what the computer says, and the box". If it was cheaper then why is the shipment worth more than my clothes?? I told her that can't be right, and she started stressing and saying that is correct and I'm just basically wrong. I told her to cancel it because I will not pay that much when I can basically drive out and deliver it. She told me I can't cancel it it's already in the system .. few minutes later she was " able to cancel it" and started giving me attitude. Then she tells me you have to pay for the box since it's already used now.. I said you want me to pay for the box that you offered to give me without me evening needing it?? And she kept going on how I have to pay for the box whether or not I'm shipping anything. She made me walk out with paying for a $10 box and not shipping my items!!!! They are horrible!!! POINT IS: they don't CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY OVER CHARGE, STAFF IS RUDE!!! They didn't even bother apologizing, AND THEY LIE!! DONT EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COWORKERS ARE ALL AWARE AND WILL NEVER STEP FOOT!! read more
