Absolutely incredible staff. For my job, I spend a lot of time shipping large quantities of boxes, and have been in countless UPS stores... this one is by far the best I have ever been in. They took time to carefully pack my items and did not complain or care once that I had almost 10 giant boxes of items. I brought my return here with a QR code that included a prepaid label and instructions that UPS will print out the label + package the return for me. After showing the owner the QR code, he attempted to swindle me into buying a box for the return regardless of the instructions sent to me by the company I'm returning to. The owner kept insisting that I have to purchase my own return box because otherwise "[he'd] have to pay for it." I've returned items to UPS before from different companies and knew this wasn't the norm, so I went to another UPS for my return and they accepted it with no issues and no attempts to get me to buy one of their boxes. I only went to this location today because I was in the area, but I should've read the reviews because it seems like others have had similar experiences at this location. read more

I don't know what's up with the staff or owners here but they are so rude and unfriendly. He also charged me 2$ to print out TWO papers I was so confused. I just have returns from amazon after just moving in to my new place so I came here about three times and that was my last straw. I felt so uncomfortable every time like my orders were irritating the guy who was working there just to scan some QR code and he literally THREW the item off to the side after. I would never go back here and after that day I drive further to the lovely owners on preston road. They also do not charge ANY money if you are printing labels for UPS. read more

I aLways use this UPS location for mailing packages. The packages go where they should and are timely. The people who work here are so nice. And they listen well. Don't go ... Just don't 1. I stood in line just for someone to walk in and get helped before me. 2. Once I was finally acknowledged, I was told that I had to pay to print my return slips even though I was told that UPS would print at no charge. They lied and said ALL UPS stores will charge to print return slips, but since they are a franchised company, that's not true. He wants to nickel and dime his customers but other UPS stores won't. Call around to other nearby locations and you will find they are much more competitive and won't charge you for printing return labels. read more

The owner is extremely rude with regard to attitude, tone and disposition. Same thing regarding another long term male employee, likely the supervisor...attitude reeks particularly if you ask questions beyond their reach, capacity and experience...or beyond their canned ego driven responses (esp situational to THEIR error) and seemingly towards women as I've noticed that they flex in attitude and elevate the vocals; however, these guys seem to self correct with male customers, at least ALL that I've noticed and within my circle. There is a fairly new young man working for which I believe to be the owners son or relative. He is the redeeming value of this UPS location. He presents with a polite disposition...he speaks to his customers with respect, helps problem resolve without conflict...capable of working out issues devoid of frustration and arrogance. I've not experienced, nor witnessed one negative encounter with him and a customer. The owner and coworker/supervisor could learn a few things about TRUE customer service, how to run a business beyond the bottom line, and extending respect to ALL that patronize their business. This review is long past due; I'm actively seeking another location to do business with; close proximity is simply not enough! I came to drop off a package. I arrived 15 mins before closing time. Due to parking challenges, I was able to reach ups store front door 5 mins. The person inside the store signaled, that store is closed as the door was closed and he didn't bother to see my reply. I could have just dropped off the package and left. I have to wait make another trip to the UPS store. I will definitely avoid this store, as there are parking challenges and I have to carry packages from far-away. read more

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews for this location. I can't speak to service/fees shipping packages but I've had a box here for about 6 months and I've never had issue picking up mail or packages. Every interaction I've had with staff has been friendly and courteous and the cost of the box is more than fair. read more

Went to this location with a prepaid UPS label on my phone to ship back an item I was going to pay them to pack for me. Which mind you is astronomical in cost as it is for packing materials. Then I tell them I need a label and they want to charge me a "nominal fee" to print the shipping label! Been here only twice so far as I just moved to Plano, but each time I was floored by how nice and helpful the associates were.

Very bad customer service. This location makes up their own policies based on their mood for the day. I have dropped off pre-paid USPS packages in multiple other locations, but this location told me the post office doesn't accept packages. I am sure this isn't the case, as I called the UPS store customer service. This location has also been so rude to me before. I would not recommend this place. This has been are true lifesaver. This store has gone was above to assist me in selling on ebay. They have offered to itemize the contest of packages to prevent issues. They are nice but not overly friendly because they are engaged with service. They will ensure you get the best price and have never missed a promised by date. I would highly suggest to avoid this particular UPS store. Extremely terrible customer service. I needed to print a shipping label out and they were charging me $3.25 as a "computer fee" and obviously for printing. My mom didn't raise a punk, and I wasn't going to pay $3.25 to use a computer for 10 seconds. So I went to the closest Fedex and printed out my shipping label for $0.13. I came back and the owner/manager rudely snatches the tickets (which is what I was mailing) out of my hands while I am asking him a question. Anyways, my point being if you need to print something, don't go here and don't go here if you're looking to get customer service. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. Received a notice on my door of an attempted delivery. I hadn't ordered anything and the notice just had my daughter's first name on it. Went to this store to pick it up and handed over the notice and my driver's license. I could see the package on the floor but he wouldn't give it to me until I gave him the last 4 digits of the tracking number. I wasn't given a tracking number and nowhere on the notice does it say that is required. I told him it was addressed to my 16 year old daughter at the address listed on my license. He refused to give me my package and then said that she needed to come get it. It requires a signature and she is not old enough. He wouldn't even look at the shipping label to see that the name and address were the same as my driver's license and insisted I could not pick it up until I gave him those 4 digits. He was extremely rude. I had to come home and get my husband to go pick up the package because I will never set foot in that store again. read more
