I already loved the convenience of this store, but the staff confirms a 5 star review for excellent customer service. First, Cortez assisted me during multiple Amazon returns. Then I called when I shipped the wrong box of frames. He was reassuring and spent time locating the box. When I returned to make the exchange both he and Lilly went above and beyond. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Got my package delivered in a day, with proper tracking updates. Other stores (ahem highland) doesn't track and scan packages. They also point fingers at each other placing the blame. Definitely drive 15 minutes to this store for great service rather then down the street for garbage service. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Missing mail. Filed Investigation with USPS. Very unprofessional staff. I was a very long time customer but things have changed for the worse. This began because, I receive mail from various charities and political mailers included with my usual mail. I was verbally attacked and assaulted by several staff members because they did not like the mail I received. They accused, then recanted but never apologized. Then pushed the owner to not allow a box at this location, for no legal reason but made up comments and then they feel threatened because of my mail. The staff has no experience and pushes an agenda instead of performing a job in what is supposed to be a professional place. The staff is very immature and unprofessional and will not take responsibility for anything they do wrong. They will blame you for it. Management is very unresponsive and unreliable and has no experience in Leading a team in this type of setting. I have been harassed by the staff in front of other customers and ignored by management and the owner. They now Refuse to follow the law and agreements by USPS on forwarding mail after I changed addresses and my mail has now just disappeared. I have also watched them do this type of behavior to other customers. As for The owner, he claimed to be a friend of his customers but lied over and over to protect himself from a defamation lawsuit from the actions of his employees and to protect his sale of this store, Do not use this place for any services! read more

I've been here a few times for live scans, shipping, etc., and the service is always phenomenal. Even when things are busy, it doesn't feel rushed, and the atmosphere is calm. Would have given 0 stars... But that's not allowed. I went in a few weeks ago with two items I needed to mail out. I needed an envelope for one, and just needed to pay for postage for the other. I went to the shelf to grab an envelope (see photo). I picked the one directly above the $2.99 tag, went to the counter, put my item in it and was set. The girl (tallish, thin, blonde hair), started to ring me up. She said the shipping was $12 something so my total was $20 and change... I asked, since the envelope should have been 3 (+12) is only 15... She said the envelope rang up for $4.99... I explained the signage and said it should be 2.99... She said nope it isn't, the left of the divider is the $4.99 and to the right is $2.99. I went back over showed her where i grabed the envelope from now(she didn't even come out from behind the counter) decided to just buy the envelope and go to the regular post office to ship out the packages. I said she should probably move the envelopes and she just laughed and said "I don't make the prices, I just work here." Which is fair, but if I'm telling you something is mismarked, you should honor the marked price... Overall, I would skip and just go to the post office... read more

Much better service at this Redlands location UPS store. If you want ups shipping, I recommend this store. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They made good recommendations and our stuff was packaged ready for delivery before we were out the door. Great customer service. read more

Apparently this location like to close 20 mins before their scheduled closing time which is 4pm. Associate came to the door and said he already shut down the systems on 7/3/2021. Poor way of conducting business. read more

This UPS store is hands down the best store I've came across to drop off my packages, amazons and Shipments. The employees are always welcoming once you step into the store and immediately know or ask what I would like help with for today. I take those into accountability because not every store Welcomes you in that way. I can't get over the fact of these Bad reviews and they're just Young Adults also still learning. I've had conversations with these employees and they are all sweet and sincere. It really depends on the energy and kindness that you're reciprocating to know that you'll be taken care of when you just come into that store. You can't expect to be entitled and rude then expect someone to help you out for something YOU need help with and in why you're there in the first place. So if you ask someone for help, don't be rude to them because in the end you're the one who's at lost of what to do. Staff, manager and owner were especially helpful and personable. They answered questions and provided a written estimate for packing and delivering family antique crystal glasses across the county. When we returned with the antique glasses we were happily surprised that the actual cost was lower than the estimate. We plan to use them again for other services that they recommended to us. read more
