Clearly eating her breakfast, calling us names (stuck up) and telling us to get out is a winning strategy. She will not get her far in life. So, after a bad experience at a closer UPS store, I took my Amazon return here. 3 staff in the store. One helping a customer. They are tucked in a corner so parking is a big hassle. I brought my large & bulky box across the parking lot. Out of breath, I set it down as soon as I could. A man walked in after me,and they quickly told him they would be right with him. Nothing was said to me. They asked to help me before the man, thank goodness or this would have been a worse review. The young adult male stood there and watched, not offering to help with the box. They also told me it had up be weighed before accepting the Amazon return. So I dragged it over to the other side, which all the staff just watched. Young man finally picked it up to put on scale. I don't like to throw my age around, but I am a senior citizen and this is not decent customer service at all. Needless to say another UPS store that I won't be using again. read more

Wow, just left this UPS store feeling super disappointed. I had a return to make and couldn't find tape at home to tape the top. I asked the customer service rep if he could share a bit of tape for the top. He said it will cost me $2.00!!! Unbelievable! Not even a courtesy tape this time and a warning. I use this store all the time. Usually good, but exceptional for a complicated return I needed to do this week. I was returning a shipment of 99 items to a company. The 99 items came in 3 boxes but they only created one return label (and they wanted the original packing). While I tried to reach the company and figure it out, a young women came up with creative ideas and brought me a bottle of water while I waited for the company to get their management involved. I didn't manage to get the boxes shipped that day, but their help was above and beyond. Later, I was advised to put all of the 99 items into a single box (to use the single label) and another fellow was exceedingly helpful with boxing the giant shipment. read more

Stopped buy this one because I had something notarized at the UPS Store on Winchester that was not properly filled out by the Notary. the letter got sent back to me. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked how they could help. I told them I needed a Notary (them, sure) guy walks up to the counter (me, oh snap it's the same guy that did it wrong at the Winchester location) I explained to the Notary what happened and he looked me up in his Notary book. Under new ownership. Turning Away Amazon returns customers or giving them a hard time over nonsense. The lady in front of me showed up with an Amazon returns box that she had slit open. They gave her grief saying it wasn't their responsibility to to retape it. Then I stepped up with a package that was plenty the worse for wear - not my fault - and the owner refused to tape it refused to accept it at all. Told me it wasn't his responsibility to accept Amazon packages even though my return was authorized at their store. This was my second trip to the store with this package. When I dropped it off previously, instead of labeling it for Amazon returns, they put it back on the truck with the old label and it ended up back at my house! Initially I thought it was a mistake but the more I thought about it I concluded that it was intentional. They just refused service to me. Avoid the hassle and go to Bascom Avenue Campbell store. read more

Closed at 4:54 while working time says open till 5pm and then lie that they are open till 5pm when asked in person.

The staff they have in there are unfit to even be working in a normal setting. They literally cuss at customers and treat them like garbage. Never can I imagine going back to this location. I have never been treated this poorly in my entire life from a business. read more

I typically don't love going to this UPS store because one of the employees makes me feel uncomfortable as I get my Amazon orders ready to scan. However, I had a completely different experience today with Abby! She was truly wonderful and patient with me as I had several of my husband's shirts (that all looked alike) to return. She took the time to assist me in figuring out which shirt belonged to the QR code when there was one missing a label. I am surprised by the low ratings for this UPS store. I have been here more than a half a dozen times and always found the staff and owner to be friendly and helpful. Service is always quick. The owner has always been courteous and professional. It is actually my favorite UPS store because it is never too busy and I always find a parking space right by the door. I just moved here, earlier in the year I went to the ups store on Winchester which was a horrible experience. They wanted me to put my credit card in a computer and print my label.
