Soo.. I know all of the women here on a first-name basis. Candy has always been the best in terms of getting to know me and being personable. She was the one who signed me up to get my mailbox for my business as she was training Vick (both did it so effortlessly). If not for my experience with her, I wouldn't have kept extending this long! Erika, Dulce, Lili, Vick, and Bella have all been shining stars. They make all of my shipping needs SO easy. Always have my mail safe. Always greet me when I walk in (ALWAYS). We stopped by to return a package to Amazon. We specially used "no package" option which we used for most of our return. This UPS store requires us to package the item and the lady was rude. In addition, she sent a few costumers away before us. I thought all UPS stores are consistent but it may not be the case at this one. We will not use this location again. read more

If I can give this UPS Store zero stars, I would. A shipment that was originally set to be delivered to my house was scheduled for Thursday, 9/14 but it did require a signature at delivery. Unfortunately, I was not at home that moment UPS showed up and they left me a note that it will be delivered the following day to the local UPS Access Point on Winnetka. On Friday, 9/15 the package showed delivered to the Access Point location at 12:06pm and signed by a Frances. I went there around 5:30pm to pick up but they (Frances and Tee) weren't able to locate it even though the system showed delivered. I left my phone number for a call back when found, but no one returned my call that night. On Saturday, 9/16 Frances called me before they opened the Store and I'll give her credit to that and that day we talked about 5x as she was trying to do her best to locate the package. When asked why the package was not in their possession, the answer was "UPS dropped it off and picked it back up thinking it needs to go back." I do believe this to be the case because the package was signed for her and delivered, however I feel that it never left the UPS truck. Why would you sign it if you never even saw the package? She then called UPS and sent me to the Van Nuys Customer Service Center. I went but they were much help either after spending about an hour there with a Susan and on the phone (800#) with a Elise from Guatemala. Again, none was helpful and each were giving me different answers. While this is going on, I had scheduled my Home surround system installer to come by on Sunday for installation. This was booked weeks in advance and a $200 deposit was given for the service. Well, I lost that deposit because I had to cancel the service and not even sure if I'll get it back. This will be addressed directly with UPS. I received my package today from this Access Point. It's fair to note that no one (not even Frances) called me to confirm that the package was received yesterday. I asked for the owners/managers name today when picking up my package, but Frances didn't release this information. I thought I can address this with him/her before coming to Yelp (last resort). Being in customer service for many years now, this is not the way to do business. A lot of excuses were used throughout the way. read more

Awww .. This UPS store fills the immediate needs for me in this area. I live nearby and have always stopped there each week to take care of mail services & faxing . My favorite place to ship anything. Always the friendliest staff i've ever met. They seriously are. It always amazes me how accomodating they are greeting you right at the door and even assisting you with any bulky packages that may be too heavy to carry inside. I always choose them to return my book rentals. I'm so grateful they are literally only 5 minutes away. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. WORST UPS STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN. This is the third time I went to this store because it's close to my house. I will never go there again. Two ladies that work there are very rude , especially Mindy the blonde lady ! Speaking in a condescending tone . I went there to have one single page printed out of my paycheck stub . The website states the price is $0.09 for one page . They charged me $1.66. At first I didn't think much about it , and left to my car and when I left the store I said thank you twice because I was thankful for the service , none of them replied . Mindy instead complained about a little cart with packaging material that my son had pushed to the side slightly while waiting in the store .. after thinking about the high price for one page I went back to ask about the pricing . The two ladies were rude right away making fun of me why I'm even asking and they were telling me that they are charging me for their time they spent walking to the printer etc . They claimed they don't do online print services when I mentioned the price on the website . The dark haired girl then yelled to the back of the store to who apparently is the supervisor that I'm angry about the price . I said excuse me I'm not angry I'm just simply asking about the pricing in your store . The supervisor then walked up to me and said in a very rude tone those are their prices and interrupted me while I was trying to explain my point of view . I told him can I speak please and then you can speak and he said no . I once again asked about a pricing list which they claim they don't have at the store and therefor I would have my receipt . I said I never received my receipt . The blonde lady Mindy was yelling at me saying yes I gave it to you. I said no you didn't . At the end Casey the store supervisor printed the receipt out and said that's it anything else ? I said I would like to have a name and a contact where I can complain to . He gave me a business card and wrote down his name and was laughing as were the other two ladies and they were also making side comments . As I left the store they were saying Byeeeee have a nice dayyyyyy and laughing loud . My toddler son that was on my arms towards the end heard everything and saw and heard the way they treated me . They all have ZERO customer service experience . Nor should any of them work in customer service . They were slurping their coffees while talking to customers and me . They over charge for simple print outs ! Last week I went to a store that was a little further but there they were so nice and had a pricing list every where and for 25 pages I only paid $5.40 . I called UPS corporate after I left the store and complained . They will address the situation with he store but I doubt they will ever change their behavior in there . If you can go somewhere else for print outs please do so . read more

I went to return an amazon order that wasn't the right color as described. The not so funny ups working who thought she was funny but fair from it says "unless you let your dog open your package you can use the same one it shipped in". Well unfortunately i didnt have it on me and they wanted to charge me for packaging. I wasn't gonna pay a dollar extra for this order that wasn't the right color. I decided to write a review here on Yelp about this UPS store because I have been going here or at least 5 years, maybe longer...and every time I go in I feel like I am the only customer on Earth!   This shop it's in Winnetka on the corner of Winnetka and Roscoe .  One person I always see and she's always there to greet me is Candy.  She always welcomes you with a smile, great attitude and makes me feel like she has all the time in the world to take care of my every need. She's always very patient about helping me pack boxes, finding the right box, looking at different price points for shipping and anything else I need. I never feel rushed and I always feel so well taken care of when I'm in this shop and especially when Candy is there. I highly suggest using this UPS Store above any others. Even if I didn't live around the corner I would drive to get to this specific shop because they're all so wonderful! And THANK YOU CANDY for an excellent job!!  I see you! I came here to find out about a package I dropped off. I didn't have a tracking number and Francis who is an employee was telling me there is nothing she could do but with a really bad attitude. It's fine if there is nothing she can but she was not listening to me when I began to ask her another question and she kept cutting me off and saying there is nothing She can do. I Went in for fingerprinting. The woman I spoke with was very unprofessional. Just poor choice of wording. Saying "what's up" instead of "how can I help you". I've been to a couple other ups locations that did fingerprinting for me recently, just not in this area. She replies "most places do not...call around", and turns and continues a conversation with her coworker. read more

Manager Ysabella needs customer service training. She needs to learn how to speak to people. This store is also not practicing social distancing requirements. Ysabella gave my husband directions to pack up an item for Amazon and that's fine. As he's doing so, another employee asks him to move so she can notarize an item. We do that. I was crazy wrecked trying to get a package sent in time for a friends 50th birthday. I pull-up to the UPS on Winnetka and got THE BEST service from the rep. (I think his name was James or Jimmy.) He was so incredibly friendly, gave me everything I asked for (I needed scissors, tape, et al) and he never once made me feel stupid or ill-prepared--which I was. I started going to this store about two years ago and I've never been anywhere else since. The employees at this location are quick, attentive, personable, and efficient. You get the bang for your buck. There really is no where else to go, but this store, for all your shipping needs. I have only great things to say about it. Where do I start? I have a box with them that I receive my mail. Now I had my mail going to them for a long time. Just recently they hired this rude arrogant woman who instead of trying to correct the situation just wants to sit and argue. She gave my package away when the package I had been waiting for was clearly marked with my current box number and NAME(my box is the one I paid for). She tells me it's cause of the last name, however my response is I'm sure you guys have a lot of the same last name why wouldn't you check it. She proceeds to get smug with me and snarls at me with her bright stringent eyes. This indeed rubbed me the wrong way because I never had an issue with this store until now.Now I am screwed out of my items because of a careless employee who appears that her extracurricular night time activities are effecting her work. read more
