I loved my time here. Saturday fun day. Walking down doing some shopping we followed the music. I had no clue what I was in for. Positive vibes all around. The staff was great. attentive, friendly and so much fun. MaKayla, girl my experience at your bar was one of the best. Thank you for making my first visit an excellent one. I can't wait to come back to try some food. This time was cocktails only! The Bloody Mary was fireeeeeee! Music was on point for the Saturday day VIbe. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!!! Oh and lots of great Tequila choices!!!

This place was the all time party vibe!!! We had heard great things about the atmosphere drinks and food, so we had to try it out. Luckily it was our birthday weekend so we went to celebrate with a brunch. Just walking in, the vibe is fun. Reservations are recommended because this place gets packed extremely fast. We sat upstairs by the dj booth which was really cool and the music was excellent. Started with some reggae jams to get the dance feels, and then club music started about an hour after we were there. The server was very prompt. Ally was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole meal! Also kept the drinks coming, so we were never wondering... or empty. The food... we got the tater tot bacon potato chicken and waffles with chorizo sausage gravy and the chorizo empanadas with spicy dipping sauce. Every thing was so delicious!! The chicken was so fresh and handmade, best I've ever tasted, especially with the chorizo sausage gravy!! I'll be definitely trying to make that at some bc it was fabulous!!!!!! The empanadas were also so good!! The sauce has a little bite to it so I'd recommend maybe ranch or something else if you can't do spice. The crust was a white flour that when deep fried it reminded me of a chalupa, the way it crunched and flaked, delish!! Overall, amazing place!! Make reservations, and take an Uber or walk bc you WILL be lit when you leave no matter how much food you eat, lol. The servers make sure of it, especially if you do the bottomless. I give it a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be back!!

My friend and I came here on a Thursday night to have dinner, kind of on a whim. We got here around 9pm, not realizing they turn into a "nightclub environment" at 9:30. This wasn't a big deal, but the fact that they added a 15% gratuity to our bill (with only 2 people in our party) really left a bad taste in our mouths. Funny thing is, we both would have tipped way more than 15%; but being forced to "tip" (which is optional in this country, not mandatory..) really dampened the mood. On the plus side, our server Donielle was superb! She made sure we didn't have to ask for anything, smiling and warm every time she visited our table. If we were to come back, we'd request her! The food was delicious and fresh, especially my fries. Would love to come back and try some of the other dishes if they ever remove the mandatory tip!

It was delicious and greasy food perfect for some drinking involved. The service was amazing & our server was great. We did bottomless mimosas and sangria which was a bang for its buck. The food was also good & overall a lively place for some brunch in Fremont. We did want to attend one of the brunch parties but unfortunately there was not one that day. Lots of people come here for the food and bottomless drinks. It's literally down the street from Fremont street so you can just walk down.

This spot was lit in all the right ways. They had mad specials at the bar. We didn't come for food but drink wise they got us right. The bar is a full bar and from what it looks like the food looks good af. Chris and Mike took great care of us at the bar. We came in and sat at the bar and got us together. We had 3 sets of shots in front of us within 15 minutes and it was the start of a good ass evening! And they were super cool too. The bar was almost full but they still went and chopped it up with us when they could . I so appreciated the customer service (especially during brunch hours). There is an outdoor area, main floor, and upstairs. That means there is plenty of space to do what needs to be done ! The center is the main floor has some booths so it isn't all tables only. The center, when we were there, had a huge party there for a birthday, and the wait staff was on it. They had a DJ and he was spinning! The music was live and did not miss a beat! I would definitely try this spot again. We happen to get it at the right time right before the brunch rush came, so we got seats at the bar without a problem. But this joint filled up after brunch hour started rolling! But we still had a really good experience and the bartender's definitely didn't stop taking care of us just because it was starting to fill up. I thoroughly enjoyed that.

I've seen so much hype about this place on Yelp & I wanted to see what the real deal is. I came yesterday afternoon & it wasn't busy, so I got seated right away. My sever Cierra was great & had great customer service. We had unlimited mimosas, and it was cool nothing to special. Then I ordered beef egg rolls. It wasn't my favorite since it was still cold in the middle. Nasty asf, send it back & they finally got it right. I still didn't eat it. O ordered the hangover, it was ok, nothing to go crazy over. My homegirl ordered the red velvet chicken & waffle. She really didn't like it. Smhh.. what I wasted of money. My bill for brunch is $132. Im like damn it was only 2 of us!!! Never in my life I spend that much for brunch.... The ambiance was cool.. the Dj played decent music & I enjoyed it. Will I come back again? NOPE....

#ThankfulThursday Mood: Brunch First downtown branch. Very long time and therapy did not disappoint. The atmosphere was super lounge and cool. The bartenders were sweet, funny and definitely made a Bar seating worthwhile. We had a really great service from start to finish our bartender Ashley was so awesome conversation with her was genuinely good. We came here with no reservation at decided to sit at the bar, which is probably the best decision ever because you get to people watch you get to talk to people passing by or sitting next to you at the bar so it's very opening . Food & Drinks Bottomless, mimosas 10/10 top-tier great for a really good price. Can't be bottomless. Mimosas soon as your glasses empty it's being refilled. Candy shots 10/10: just the right amount of sweetness and alcohol Biscuits and gravy 7/10: the gravy was very very flavorful, and had a nice spicy kick to it. The biscuits we're just a little too hard to be like as much as the gravy, but he did have some good texture of the inside of the biscuit. Omelette 8/10: perfect size and texture, great feeling and seasoning. Those breakfast potatoes were also delicious. I enjoyed the crispy crunch of the potato. Overall a good brunch with a DJ little bit of a party atmosphere but then also the chill atmosphere that you want for early brunch .

We came here after a long, long drive from Reno. The food was disappointing. We ordered the Mac and cheese bites, Mexican street corn, lion's mane mushroom, and calamari. The sauce on the mushroom and calamari were exactly the same. So overwhelming and spicy. The street corn was good. Nice flavor. The Mac and cheese bites were the best item with a raspberry chipotle sauce. We had one cocktail called The Smash. It was bourbon based. Not bad Just a disclaimer, while ordering food, the waitress said "if you don't like an item we can't return it or take it off your bill." Probably not a good sign when your staff thinks your food isn't good and prepares your customers.

Amazing service and food. The portion and prices were decent. Our waitress was spectacular even though she had a large table in addition to ours. Use your Yelp check-in deal! The shots we choose, I believe the Therapy one, were rather easygoing. It wasn't harsh and had a pleasant sweet taste to it. Provoleta clasica: I didn't expect the form to be actually grilled cheese -- solidified cheese that has been melted. It was definitely an interesting pick. There were flavors and herbs from the seasoning atop that gave this a salty taste. Red velvet waffle sliders: The hubs was expecting this to be smaller in terms of sliders, but there was a decent size chicken piece. The red velvet itself was the equivalent of one large waffle. The buttermilk chicken was super juicy and scrumptious. The waffles were soft and had a nice flavor. The extra bit of shredded lettuce within the sliders helped make the sliders less dry. The mushroom burger (can't find the actual name): The burger was pretty sizable. It was such a juicy burger. The mushrooms added some texture and dare I say a little bit of flavor and pizzazz. These weren't the typical white cap or possibly even portobello mushrooms, they were more enoki-like as they were longer in form and somewhat chewy. The fries this dish came with were crispy and full of great flavor. Everything was really tasty. The only con would be the loud music. As we were seated near the entrance, the huge speakers blared upbeat music.

It took multiple phone calls to have someone actually acknowledge a reservation for 17 people, then upon arrival they were still confused. The manager was rude and condescending and kept calling our host "Sweety". The person taking drink orders skipped half of the table, but in his defense it was the managers fault. Our food was pre-ordered, but as they brought stuff out they did not bother to clear empty dishes so there was no room for the new dishes. The waiter was pushed to the limit and the manager did nothing to help. The food was good, but I doubt we will come back due to the attitude of the manager. read more

Luis (or Louis) was very great, my wife and I dined outside and had excellent service. Luis was very knowledgeable when it came to the food on the menu, he had great suggestions. We felt safe eating here during the pandemic, they took a lot of extra precautions to assure that we were and safe as possible. They provided hand sanitizer at the entrance and strictly enforced masks to come into the building. The food was very good, both dishes we had were great. Brussel sprouts were delicious and my chicken entree was perfection! The s'more desert could have been better though it was very bland, maybe could have used more chocolate in it or perhaps butter mixed with the graham cracker bottom? Not sure, but it was the only dessert on the menu so we thought it would be perfected. To be quite honest, I didn't know this was more of a restaurant until I visited for the first time last Friday. I had assumed it was just another bar in the Downtown area. I met my cousin here for a few drinks before going out and we enjoyed ourselves. The simple décor gives Therapy a cozy yet modern feel- Brick walls, high ceilings, charming light fixtures, and visible air ducts. I like it all. There is a decent sized bar where we sat, a separate section with restaurant-style seating, and more seating on the second floor that overlooks the space. My go-to drink is always a rum and coke, but I wanted to try something different for once and ordered a Raspberry Rose from the Specialty Cocktails menu. Rum, fresh lime, fresh raspberries, and a rosemary garnish, I'd give this cocktail a solid 3 stars. It was tart as expected, quite refreshing, but where was the rum? A little disappointing, but still good. I've never seen my cousin order anything but beer. He ordered a Heineken on tap and the bartender explained that they've been experiencing problems with the tap all day, so she offered him a bottle ($7) for the price of a draft. I thought that was really nice of her! I'll have to come back and dine here to get the full Therapy experience. Updated review coming soon! read more

Came here after my husband and I got married with a party of 14. The restaurant did a great job accommodating us and ensuring we were comfortable. They offer a great menu with elevated American cuisine. The food was flavorful. Nothing was overly "great" at this restaurant, but by no means was anything bad. Reason for the 4 stars. It was a solid restaurant. I'd definitely come back for happy hour to enjoy lite bites and cocktails. read more

Just left this place after my husband and I waited 15mins to be seated a group of wyte people came in, here comes the waitress running up to serve them. We asked if reservation is needed she nonchalantly stated Ole yall can sit at in the patio area. I asked who will seat us she stated Ole I will let a waitress know. Like WTF.. Hi! Today my sister, my friend Chantal, and I all had Afternoon High Tea at Therapy! We love high tea and our experience here was fantastic! We were in email correspondence with the staff and they made sure to offer a selection of sandwiches and treats that even the vegetarian in our party could enjoy! We even got a visit from the Chef to our table! We felt very special! The sandwiches, cakes, were delicious! My personal fav was the strawberries and cream filled shortbread cake. We enjoyed tea and endless mimosas. The service was wonderful and our waitress was so sweet! We saw other dishes being brought out that looked so good- we will definitely be back to try other items on their menu! Can't say enough good things about our experience! You should go! read more

2 stars (eh, I've had better), but only giving out 5 stars during C19. The food is pretty and the concept and creativity is there. Unfortunately the execution was missing. Peanut butter jelly - nice, well balanced drink. Short ribs tostada - the shell was super stale and short ribs were extra sweet, dry and stringy. Chicken and waffles- chicken was really dry and waffles were salty and rubbery. It feels like restaurants are just trying to survive right now, but the heart and soul of the food isn't there anymore. :( read more

We stopped into Therapy for dinner as our second choice for dinner while visiting Fremont Street. Therapy is located just steps away from the Fremont Street Experience. We were greeted by the hostess and were immediately seated. The server came by shortly thereafter and explained they were more of a tapas style American restaurant and explained the menu layout. She was very friendly and helpful, but feel she had too many tables to wait on and forgot us at times. We placed our order for the wagyu burger and French dip sandwich (approx $20 each), both came with sides as well. We also ordered Brussel sprouts to start as well. The burger and Brussels came to the table and the server came by and apologized that she forgot to put in the French dip order to the kitchen, and she was putting it in now. We then waited about 20 minutes for the French dip. I understand mistakes happen, but there was really no resolution provided other than that they were sorry. We had a larger check, with a total of 4 beers, in addition to the other food items ordered.. I just would have expected something to have been discounted or taken off the check for the inconvenience. Food was tasty, however service needed slight tweaks. Also, there was a wide range of menu prices. For example, the sandwiches were around $20each and then entrees ranged between $40-$50 in price. Would we come back? Maybe.. but only with tweaks to prices and to service as well. read more

I was the last person out of eleven people in our party to be seated for lunch. As I took my seat at the table, the server appeared and one person said, "Separate checks please. " The server said, "Sure. No problem." I almost fell out of my seat. In SF, they only allow two credit cards at most restaurants. Service here was wonderful. My "Ricky Ricardo" Cuban sandwich was great. It's a flavorful (and very moist) shredded pork with mustard sandwich. The homemade pickles were a nice treat as were the fried plantains. The bartender was setting up a photo shoot of some of their drinks and handed them out to us for free when the shoot was finished. What a nice gesture! Therapy is in the Old Las Vegas/ Fremont neighborhood It's about a 9 minute walk from the Mob Museum. it's standard American fare that is a notch up from what you might expect. The fried buttermilk chicken sandwich looked great too. The Cuban was $16. read more

A tad disappointed but it could just be an off night. Took forever to get served and once we did, the waiter forgot what we'd ordered. The crispy corn was delicious. Main course was okay. Red velvet waffles didn't take chocolatey. Guess that's a good thing? But was interesting to call a waffle that had red food coloring and tasteless of no cacao "red velvet". Maybe stick to coming here as a bar, not a restaurant. Eh read more

Just moved to Vegas and I've been looking for solid brunch spots. Saw the Yelp reviews for Therapy and thought we'd give it a shot. Great music, great drinks and bottomless mimosa special and I would love to return for night time festivities. I would not recommend for the brunch food. We ordered the therapy benny and the omelette. My omelette was completely unseasoned, the eggs were over cooked and my potatoes looked like they were pulled out of the bottom of the fryer. Didn't enjoy the burnt bits or half my potatoes being over cooked. The Benny was awful. The short rib tasted like it was steeped in honey for a month and the fried avocado was just gross. Looked more like fried guacamole. Disgusting. Way to ruin a beautiful, delicious fat. The biscuit looked like it came straight from a pillsbury stack from the local grocery store and might as well have been a hockey puck. Best meal, service and experience so far in Vegas. Went for lunch and the fabulous Brandee was our waitress. I had the cheddar cheese sandwich with lobster and crab. Really big sandwich. Phenomenal! Traveling solo, I ate at the bar. The Devils on Horseback rivaled those at The Spotted Pig in NYC. The Chimmichurri steak was enough for two people, but I ate every bite and nearly licked the plate clean. I can't remember the name of the drink I had, but it was basically a bourbon-based blackberry mojito, and it went down easy. I should say *they* went down easy. And I put down a few bites of a delicious s'mores skillet too. There's so much good food in the Fremont East area. Like, really good. Break free from the tourists and casino fare!! Drinks were good - not great like Atomic, but still very good. I am gonna be honest, I didnt pay so I have no idea if they were expensive or not. The short rib was nothing short of amazing. No pun intended. Just really awesome food. Service was very professional and quick. It was a special company night we had intentionally planned around having two full hours together, from 9 PM to 11 PM, so our team could actually spend time with each other and with our client. Instead, it turned into an incredibly rushed and disappointing experience. Our group arrived right before 9 PM, with our final three guests arriving around 9:05. Those guests were told they could not enter with drinks, so they stood outside briefly to finish them. They were our most important clients and the reason for the dinner, so we waited outside with them. At 9:14 PM, my manager texted me that the restaurant was already firing the food because staff told our group we had to be off the tables by 10 PM. Our contract clearly stated 11 PM. (We asked to talk to a manager and were scoffed at. Reminder that this was a preplanned contracted group dinner.) From there, the meal was rushed to the point that it became uncomfortable. Courses were coming out quickly, and at one point a food runner actually apologized while removing full plates of tomato soup, grilled cheese bites, and kale salad because they "had to get the rest of the food out." We were essentially finished shortly after 10 PM. That meant a dinner we had planned as a special two hour evening for our team and client turned into roughly a one hour rushed meal, with a lot of wasted food. We then had to scramble around Las Vegas trying to find somewhere else for a large group to continue the evening because nobody was remotely ready to call it a night. At nearly $6,000 total, we spent close to $300 per person for a meal that felt hurried, subpar, and uncomfortable. The service did not feel welcoming. It felt like the staff was annoyed that we were there and primarily interested in turning the table over. What made the experience even more disappointing was the response afterward from Brent Klimow, the Sales Manager. Rather than acknowledging that our team had been told we needed to leave by 10 PM despite a written agreement through 11 PM, his response was that their internal records showed the coursing and beverage service were consistent with their standards for a 9 PM to 11 PM event. (I've personally been to both locations almost a dozen times and hosted 4 group dinners there in the past) That response felt incredibly dismissive. If rushing a nearly $6,000 corporate dinner into roughly an hour, clearing food before guests are finished, making clients feel like an inconvenience, and then requiring a group to relocate for the second half of their contracted evening is considered their standard for a two hour event, prospective corporate and group customers should know that before booking. (Aka don't book here for any sort of group outing, you will be wildly disappointed) We have been to Beauty & Essex many times and have spent a significant amount of money at both locations over the years. That is probably why this one bothered us so much. We expected this to be a memorable night for our staff and one of our best clients. It was memorable, just unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.

I've frequented the restaurant Therapy many times for lunch during my work break. Whenever I have, I stop by the restroom before leaving. The path to the restroom leads past the open kitchen. I usually stop to look into the kitchen because I love chefs and cooking. Normally I see no issues. There has usually been a chef on duty with a goatee who looks like he's keeping things under control. I absolutely love the food at Therapy. The cooks do such a great job. However... Tonight I went in for dinner and was disgusted by what I saw before I left. I wish I had seen this before we ate. My family and I had a wonderful dinner and the service from our waiter, Robert, was spot on. I loved the roasted chicken dish and my table couldn't believe how good the chimichurri steak was. As I was making my usual use of the bathroom before leaving, I looked into the kitchen. The kitchen staff looked frazzled and very busy. The restaurant was packed and it did take some time for our food to come out. I can understand that kitchens can get very busy from time to time, but for them to sacrifice everyone's safety just to get food out is unacceptable. There was a rather large man in a black chef coat, black hat, and had flying pigs on his pants. He seemed to be the chef on duty. There was another shorter cook with a beard who was not wearing a hat while cooking. The taller chef in the black jacket was grabbing food with his bare hands and instead of washing his hands would just use a dirty towel to wipe his hands off. He would go back and forth between grabbing different food items and putting them onto a plate without wiping anything down or washing his hands. All of the other cooks seemed panicked as well and had the same sanitation practices. There was a larger stocky balding gentleman on the dining room side of kitchen directing the kitchen crew. He made no mention to anyone to stay clean or to clean up. The cook with the beard just had food piled up everywhere, chicken, pork chops, and steak all next to each other. He kept grabbing food with his bare hands. I understand that sometimes cooks can grab food with their bare hands when they wash them, but no one was wearing gloves or washing their hands. I was appalled and asked my server, Robert, who was the gentleman in all black and where was the chef with the goatee. He explained to me that the goatee'd chef had been let go and the chef in black was the new chef. I don't believe I will be frequenting Therapy any longer if this is his standards of cleanliness. Although we had to wait a bit longer than expected to be seated (over five minutes), the minor rush was manageable and the bustling atmosphere added to the lively ambiance of the place. The brunch drink specials were a highlight, especially the unlimited sangria and mimosas. My New Favorite Restaurant in Las Vegas! First off, I loved the ambiance and style of the place. Secondly the staff was awesome. All of them. From the manager Beta Silva, to their Servers, Bartenders, and Chef of course. My table of guests included my Business Partner her Husband and New Clients who quickly became friends at Therapy. Their Empanadas are delicious and I highly recommend their Artichoke Dip. For Dinner I had their Shrimp Scampi and though I really loved it, my Business Partners Husband ordered their Chicken and red Velvet waffles, they were super delicious, I know because I had to taste it I will definitely order that next time. Their Drinks are the last compliment I must write in this review because it is awesome to note that they have a great selection of wine and beer and a great mixologist that knows how to make the perfect Old Fashion. I am extremely picky about my Old Fashions and this restaurant did not disappoint. Excellent! The evening there ended with the staff and their management thanking us for coming and giving us the overwhelming welcoming experience. We visited this restaurant with high hopes after viewing the fantastic menu. Upon arriving we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. As the restaurant was busy and we didn't make a reservation, we sat at the bar for a drink. Again, the bartender was helpful and welcoming. We were seated quite promptly after ordering a drink at the bar. The service up to this point of our visit was excellent, however after being seated at our table, it was down hill from there. After placing our orders, our main courses took over 30 minutes to be served. Other customers who had ordered after us had already finished their mains. Our mains arrived and as an apology for the delay, our server gave us complementary shots which was appreciated. However, we were looking forward to ordering desserts but our server delivered the bill without us requesting it. We were not asked how our meals were or if we would like to order dessert. We felt rushed and unwelcome in this restaurant as a result. The server obviously wanted a quicker turnaround on the table after the food took so long to be prepared. Overall, the best dining experience I've ever had. We came for my friends 25th birthday. I had a reservation for 12 people. I got a little early to see if I could decorate the table and drop off a cake I had for later. I had hats and balloons, both of which need to be assembled and blown up. Maria greeted us so kindly at the host stand. She was happy to put the cake in the fridge for me, and then when I explained I needed to put together hats, and blow up balloons, she graciously allowed my friend and I to use her personal office to finish up the decorations and even brought us a cocktail!!!!! I was already blown away by the customer service and overall kindness Maria had given, but then we sat down to eat..... The food was spectacular and our server, Gloria was just as amazing as Maria. She was so patient with our fun and rowdy group, she had fantastic recommendations and just really did an outstanding job at taking care of us. I can't recommend this place more. So we were so excited to try this new hot spot. There has been much rave about it, and after going tonight, for very good reason! The atmosphere was so much fun, very alive! The staff were energized and happy to be doing what they were. I loved the feel of this place! Now for the food. I ordered the salmon and it was one of the best salmon I have had! Amazing! I also had the asparagus with poached egg, genius together! My dish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My daughters had the burger and they ate every bite, before I could even taste it! They loved it and said it tasted so different from any burger they have had, and they look forward to going back just for the burger! My husband and our friend with us had the shrimp scampi and roasted cauliflower. I tasted the cauliflower and it was great, the sauce on the cauliflower was so good! Before going to a club, we stopped by here. I am thoroughly happy we did. You walk in to high ceilings and beautiful sections of the restaurant. It's very big yet intimate. Everything is pretty much shareable, minus the soup. So we ordered lots of things for the table. I wish the soup dumplings were bigger and had some more liquid to them. But the hot and sour ones were great... lots of heat to it. The baby octopus was okay, very crispy but I thought it lacked some acidity. The Szechuan chicken was great... but DONT eat the peppers. Just the crispy chicken around it. The sautéed shrimp was phenomal, perfectly cooked. It came on an iron skillet so we could snag the crispy leftover bits. The flat noodles with beef... wow. Get them. Our waiter encouraged us to get a noodle dish and this was a great suggestion he made. The menu can be overwhelming, especially if you're not familiar with non-American Chinese food. We came yesterday during the DJ hours. Music very loud but I guess that's brunch! We came here last June and to be honest it was better then. We had the Lobster Grilled Cheese both times and this time it wasn't as good, cheese was soupy rather than a blanket and the lobster pieces are smaller and it's $39. My husband got a Wagon (can't remember the name) shot..it was good! Coated the belly nice he said. We also had the Red Velvet Waffle Fried Chicken, was decent. The only bigger issue was it was busy so refills took a while and they offer a 4% discount if you pay cash but charge you 4% more for using a card and they also charge a service fee. And our waitress couldn't explain it, just shrugged and said she can't touch those fees and she was telling us that the 4% extra we were charged wasn't being charged extra but simple math we were. 5 stars doesn't even begin to explain how utterly impressed I was with this restaurant. I stopped by this bar on Fremont and fell completely in love with the vibe I got as soon as I walked in. The entire staff was very welcoming and the food was delicious. I would have to say the best part of the restaurant, however, was the bar and the bartender that made my drink. I ordered a pisco passion from the bartender, Christina, and not only did it taste amazing, but she was more than enthusiastic about recommending and making drinks for me. Coming from the east coast myself, she really made me feel at home with her Jersey persona. She was one of the many reasons I enjoyed this bar so much. I am so happy that my party dropped into this gem. Therapy is where you come when you want to experience " Perfection" . Everything that we ordered was so f'n delicious. Our cocktails were also perfect. Everything taste like love......Angelica is the best server I have ever had. My initial plan was to go next door to eat. But!!!!!!! I went for a lunch meeting and was completely disappointed. After being seated it took 15 minutes for someone to ask if I wanted anything to drink, once the water was brought over we waited for over 20 minutes and not a single person came to our table to take our food order. I saw a young lady helping other tables, but since we were not assigned to her she just looked at us and ignored us. The bar tender was assisting and was too busy on the phone to come over and take our order. We decided to get up and leave and even then not a single person asked us if there was a problem. If you're looking for a fun and upscale dining experience in downtown Fremont, you have to check out Therapy! This restaurant and bar has a lively atmosphere, and the menu is filled with delicious and creative dishes. The bar bites are especially great for sharing - I personally love their Mac n cheese croquettes and the empanadas. And if you're in the mood for a full entree, they have a delicious ribeye that comes with crispy fries. Btw, the bartender makes a killer Old Fashioned. Plus, the bi-level space is really cool - it gives the whole place a really open and spacious vibe. There are so many restaurants and bars in Vegas that choose one was already challenging but we are so glad that we came to Therapy ! This is a diamond in Downt town ! The energy of the staff and managers ,the food taste incredible. Nothing pre made ! No microwave or frozen food, all fresh ingredients cooked in an open kitchen, the decor, the music, the Art amazing ! The bar have a full selection of wine and cocktails, a mixology in the house,. ...no one ..no two but four mixologist bartenders ! You ask...they make it !!! Major shoutout to the bouncer who took photos for us. He didn't just press the button and hand the phone back. He actually looked at the screen, adjusted, and made sure the photos looked great. However, when I arrived on Saturday the 20th at around 8:30, the space was occupied more so by a wedding party. When I walked in, I assume it was the owner who welcomed me and had me sit at a table. Shortly after, a member of the bridal party greeted me and connected me with a bartender who provided excellent service. I was especially looking forward to this visit because earlier that day I had horrible experiences trying to get food and service at other restaurants. I had been craving wings all day, so I was excited to finally order some here. The bartender made me a drink I had never tried before, a piña colada on the rocks, which was excellent. I ordered lemon pepper and barbecue wings, Cajun fries, and shrimp skewers. After not eating all day, the food hit the spot. It was flavorful, filling, and priced more than fairly. Honestly, I could not imagine having such a good experience at this price point back home in Atlanta. What truly set the night apart was when the owners, Rome and his wife, came by and personally introduced themselves. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. From now on, this is absolutely the place to be for me whenever I visit Las Vegas. One thing to note is that the vibe may vary depending on the events taking place. While everyone makes mistakes, this happened so often that it became exhausting for me as the guest just trying to get basic parts of our order right. Instead of enjoying our meal, we found ourselves constantly tracking down missing or incorrect items and repeating the same requests. It genuinely started to feel like a chore to be customers. The kitchen deserves a lot of credit because the food was excellent, but the service was so distracting that it took away from the entire experience. I would absolutely come back for the food, but I sincerely hope we don't end up with the same server again.
