Nestled just a few blocks from Union Square, Think Coffee offers a great blend of cozy ambiance, delectable pastries, and plenty of space to unwind or catch up with friends. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the rich scent of freshly brewed coffee and plus allure of baked goods that line the display counter. Whether you're a fan of buttery croissants, fruit-filled Danish pastries, or decadent chocolate tarts, there's something to likely satisfy your craving. Their pastries are consistently flaky, perfectly balanced, and made with high-quality ingredients, elevating the experience of a simple coffee run to something truly special. What sets this café apart is its spacious, airy interior, that almost feels like it's straight out of the 1920s. There's bar seating and window tables easy to find a spot to settle in and relax while possibly "people watch." It's an ideal place for those looking to catch up on work, have a conversation, or simply enjoy some quiet time with a book. The prices aren't ideal but then again- nothing has become a "steal" in Manhattan nowadays anyway.

I've been getting coffees from Think Coffee since college (so 15 years)! I visited this weekend and realized it hasn't changed at all! I stopped in for an iced americano (very good, as always) and took it to go, but it's also a great place to enjoy a coffee in person. There was plenty of room to grab a table when I visited on a Friday around lunchtime. A comfortable place for a coffee and some reading or studying or hanging out with friends.

The employees are friendly and nice, hot chocolate was not too sweet and was good, latte was nice, bagles were good and ham and cheese croissant was delicious. Just nice spot to stop and have coffee.

I went because I had some time, and it was sweet and tasty. A pretty typical café. I'd recommend it to NYU students.

Americano

One of the Best NYC Coffee Shops! Think Coffee is one of those places that instantly feels right -- lively but not loud, cozy without being cramped. It's the kind of café where people come to work, read, or just exist peacefully for a while. Iced Americano is one of the best in NYC. The beans have a beautiful acidity, the kind that reminds you of plum and red wine -- vibrant, slightly tart, and deeply aromatic. It's the kind of coffee that wakes you up in more ways than one. Smooth finish, no bitterness, and you can tell the baristas care about what they're brewing. The space itself has a vintage charm: high ceilings, patterned tin tiles, wooden tables, and warm lighting. The little details -- like the pride flag hanging in the center and the friendly energy of people typing away on their laptops -- give it an inclusive, creative vibe. It's the perfect spot for a quiet morning or a productive afternoon. Great coffee, good people, and a place that actually makes you want to stay longer.

Good coffee and chill vibe! The cafe has lots of seatings, clean and the music isn't too loud.

The menu

So it's just a little crowded. You can't really find seating unless you come ahead of time, but there is some areas that you can stand around at. We stood at the little booth, which was perfect. The food, the menu the coffee looked amazing. My Bestie ordered a graham cracker latte. It wasn't too much of a wait.

Their wifi doesn't work and they don't do anything about it. Attitude is unacceptable. But they don't warn you before purchase.

The Jeju Green Tangerine Matcha honestly just tastes like a tangerine selter drink but in the best way, because I don't typically enjoy seltzer or carbonated beverages. I really enjoy the flavor and the carbonation isn't too strong, probably because I brought it home to drink. I don't really taste the matcha but I would definitely still order this again. 2. Matcha Einspanner. This is my first time having an Einspanner so I have no idea what I was expecting but this is DELICIOUS. It's so silky and smooth and the TASTE is just right up my alley. The matcha is light but you can still taste it. Absolutely, would drink this all the time if I could. 3. Purple Sweet Potato Latte. This. This. Omg, why haven't I tried this sooner?! The first sip and initial taste, I almost tasted nothing, just milk. And then all of a sudden, there's an explosion of flavor in your mouth. As a sweet potato lover, I was in heaven. I have absolutely no words for this drink, just try it. 100/10 recommend. This is probably my favorite one out of the 3 that I bought. I went around ... 2:45PM on a Friday and most of the seats were taken, if I remember correctly. There were a decent amount of seats and the space was decent. I liked the minimal aesthetic they had for the design of the interior. Not to forget, the staff at the register was absolutely wonderful, she answered all my questions, she's so sweet. I think I'm disappointed that I haven't tried this place sooner. Y'all get out of your comfort zone and try the Purple Sweet Potato Latte !! Or if not, just try this place out. I will definitely be recommending the Purple Sweet Potato Latte to all my family and friends.

While it was a fun and unique drink, I probably should have opted for something else. The topping was literally like actual tiramisu rather than just tiramisu flavoring, and it felt like there was more ice and tiramisu than latte. Personally, I would have preferred more of the tiramisu flavor without the full tiramisu texture mixed into the drink. That said, it was an interesting concept and I'm glad I tried it. I'd definitely be open to coming back and trying another latte on a future visit.

Amazing Creme (Croux) Puffs!!!…read more I got the green tea, black sesame, & earl grey. The cream filling is very generous and the pastry isn't too thick. Loved the outside flavoring. The café has a cozy atmosphere with playful alpaca-themed décor that gives it plenty of character without feeling overdone. Even with the constant activity outside in the Theater District, it feels like a nice place to step inside and enjoy a quiet break. The cream puffs were easily the highlight of my visit. I tried the Matcha Cream Puff, which had a crisp, cookie-like shell filled with a generous amount of smooth matcha cream. The matcha flavor was rich and earthy without being overly sweet, making it feel well balanced from the first bite to the last. I also liked that they rotate seasonal flavors, giving me a reason to come back and try something different. The pastry selection extends well beyond the cream puffs, with beautifully prepared cakes, tarts, and colorful macarons on display. Everything looked thoughtfully made, and pairing a pastry with one of their specialty drinks made for a great combination. The matcha latte complemented the desserts well, while options like the lavender latte offer something a little different if you are looking to branch out. The ordering process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout my visit. Seating inside is fairly limited because of the café's smaller size, so it can be difficult to find a table during busy hours. Even so, it works just as well as a place to grab a pastry and drink to enjoy while exploring the neighborhood. Overall, Bibble & Sip is a great stop for anyone looking for high-quality pastries in a welcoming setting. The cream puffs, creative drinks, and unique atmosphere make it a place I would happily return to whenever I am near the Theater District.

I probably never leave reviews in general, especially negative ones, but this experience was so…read moreegregious that I honestly felt like I had to say something. I've worked in restaurants and bars long enough to understand that staff drinking happens, but this was on another level entirely. I came in with a group of friends and one of the bartenders, Will, was so visibly drunk that it made the entire experience uncomfortable. Slurred speech, wobbling behind the bar, taking orders while chewing food with his mouth open -- it was honestly embarrassing to watch. He looked like he absolutely did not want to be there. At one point, my group had been trying to get his attention for another round for quite a while while he stood around talking with coworkers. We then watched staff take a shot together, and when he finally came over he burped mid-conversation and literally had whatever he had just been drinking dribbling down his neckbeard. That was the moment where the whole thing went from unprofessional to just gross. What made it worse was that it didn't seem isolated to one employee. Throughout the night we watched staff openly taking shots and drinking behind the bar like it was a house party instead of a business. There's a difference between bar culture and complete lack of professionalism, and this crossed that line hard. One of the friends I was with actually frequents the DUMBO location and said that the last time she was there, the same bartender also seemed intoxicated, which makes this feel less like a bad night and more like an ongoing issue. The DUMBO location itself is in an amazing spot, which makes it even more disappointing. But ownership seriously needs to get control of what's going on there before someone gets hurt or the place develops a reputation for having drunk staff on the clock. Unfortunately, the experience was uncomfortable enough that my girlfriends and I won't be coming back. I genuinely hope the employee mentioned gets help if this is a regular thing, because nobody should be working service in that condition.
