    Think Coffee

When I am in the area, and need a coffee and a bathroom, "Think Coffee" is where I tend to go. The business is fairly large. Lots of places to sit, and the team works fast. The barista was in a great mood and was grooving to the music while churning out the orders at 8:30 AM on a Saturday. My double espresso was soooooo GOOD ! Smooth, creamy and no bite at the end. Muffins, scones and breads are also available. (I think I had a blueberry muffin there once). The policy **Restrooms are for Customers ONLY** is not strictly enforced. One time, the cashier said that I can just use it....you don't need to purchase anything. That gesture made me want to order something even more !

This cozy neighborhood coffee shop is a hidden gem: delicacies like the almond croissant is nothing short of divine--flaky, buttery, and generously filled with sweet almond paste, making it the ideal complement to their meticulously brewed hot coffee. The coffee itself is rich and smooth with a nice balance of boldness and warmth. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly service, it's the perfect spot to linger over a warm cup and treat yourself to something special. Hit it up next time you're close to Union Square!

I stopped by think coffee to pick up a matcha via their app and it all worked pretty easily and smoothly. I don't think I am a matcha lemonade girly but other than that the service and matcha itself was tasty! This location always seems to be busy but have some space to sit down or cowork.

Prime location and spacious seating area. Staff was very friendly and love the window of pastry options from savory to sweet. I started off with a large latte and a ham cheese croissant. Perfection to start my day off with a nice heart from the barista. The latte had perfect balance between creamy milk and espresso. Ham and cheese croissant was crispy flaky and even better when warmed up ( a little burnt but still good!)

Drinks are pricey, for what you pay, you get a small cup. I got the strawberry matcha lemonade which was decently good, but if I were to come again, I would not pay for the prices that are listed. This is a good spot though to do work as there are ample solo seating areas. Table space is average for what you can get in in a cafe in NYC and there are some outlets. Service is friendly though and attentive. It is a good location if you do need a space to do work as the capital one cafe nearby gets crowded often.

Ran in here after seeing an Off-Broadway show on a rainy Saturday afternoon. We needed a pick me up before driving back home. Cute coffee cafe. Pretty busy in terms of seating. Ordered a graham cracker latte. The staff was pleasant. I don't drink a lot of coffee as I just don't have a taste for it, but I do like a flavored coffee here and there. This hit the spot. It was exactly what I was looking for. Not too heavy, and tasted just like graham crackers. Just needed a little sugar to make it just right. The price wasn't over the top either for being in the city.

Strawberry matcha lemonade was a refreshing choice if you don't want coffee and you don't mind sour because it's lemonade duh Plenty of seating that goes to the back and there's a restroom too Great place to chill and there's AC to keep cool

Came here as its perfectly located near the Union square farmers market on a Saturday. The coffee was fine as the cappuccino was the perfect temperature but it lacked a good ratio of strong espresso to milk. I want to taste more espresso. Either way the service was quick and great and definitely should come check it out!

Think Coffee in Union Square is very busy on Saturdays during the daytime, packed with people on their laptops. We found ourselves there as I tried to get some work done. I would highly recommend bringing your headphones/earphones because it does get very noisy. We ordered a matcha latte which served its purpose. I also got a brookie as snack, which was largely underwhelming.

Experience: Needed a quick coffee fix and found this place. Definitely regretted it. Parking: It's NYC, good luck. Worth: Nah. Do not even waste your money or time. Too expensive for what it is. Sizes are too small. Outlets for charging don't work. Venue is nice, which I guess deserves the one star. Regardless, you can defiantly find something better that is also local.

Don't bother coming here. Had a cheddar egg sandwich, where the egg consisted of microwaved eggs. The hot cider was more like warm water.

The Jeju Green Tangerine Matcha honestly just tastes like a tangerine selter drink but in the best way, because I don't typically enjoy seltzer or carbonated beverages. I really enjoy the flavor and the carbonation isn't too strong, probably because I brought it home to drink. I don't really taste the matcha but I would definitely still order this again. 2. Matcha Einspanner. This is my first time having an Einspanner so I have no idea what I was expecting but this is DELICIOUS. It's so silky and smooth and the TASTE is just right up my alley. The matcha is light but you can still taste it. Absolutely, would drink this all the time if I could. 3. Purple Sweet Potato Latte. This. This. Omg, why haven't I tried this sooner?! The first sip and initial taste, I almost tasted nothing, just milk. And then all of a sudden, there's an explosion of flavor in your mouth. As a sweet potato lover, I was in heaven. I have absolutely no words for this drink, just try it. 100/10 recommend. This is probably my favorite one out of the 3 that I bought. I went around ... 2:45PM on a Friday and most of the seats were taken, if I remember correctly. There were a decent amount of seats and the space was decent. I liked the minimal aesthetic they had for the design of the interior. Not to forget, the staff at the register was absolutely wonderful, she answered all my questions, she's so sweet. I think I'm disappointed that I haven't tried this place sooner. Y'all get out of your comfort zone and try the Purple Sweet Potato Latte !! Or if not, just try this place out. I will definitely be recommending the Purple Sweet Potato Latte to all my family and friends.

While it was a fun and unique drink, I probably should have opted for something else. The topping was literally like actual tiramisu rather than just tiramisu flavoring, and it felt like there was more ice and tiramisu than latte. Personally, I would have preferred more of the tiramisu flavor without the full tiramisu texture mixed into the drink. That said, it was an interesting concept and I'm glad I tried it. I'd definitely be open to coming back and trying another latte on a future visit.

The café has a cozy atmosphere with playful alpaca-themed décor that gives it plenty of character without feeling overdone. Even with the constant activity outside in the Theater District, it feels like a nice place to step inside and enjoy a quiet break. The cream puffs were easily the highlight of my visit. I tried the Matcha Cream Puff, which had a crisp, cookie-like shell filled with a generous amount of smooth matcha cream. The matcha flavor was rich and earthy without being overly sweet, making it feel well balanced from the first bite to the last. I also liked that they rotate seasonal flavors, giving me a reason to come back and try something different. The pastry selection extends well beyond the cream puffs, with beautifully prepared cakes, tarts, and colorful macarons on display. Everything looked thoughtfully made, and pairing a pastry with one of their specialty drinks made for a great combination. The matcha latte complemented the desserts well, while options like the lavender latte offer something a little different if you are looking to branch out. The ordering process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout my visit. Seating inside is fairly limited because of the café's smaller size, so it can be difficult to find a table during busy hours. Even so, it works just as well as a place to grab a pastry and drink to enjoy while exploring the neighborhood. Overall, Bibble & Sip is a great stop for anyone looking for high-quality pastries in a welcoming setting. The cream puffs, creative drinks, and unique atmosphere make it a place I would happily return to whenever I am near the Theater District.

I probably never leave reviews in general, especially negative ones, but this experience was so…read moreegregious that I honestly felt like I had to say something. I've worked in restaurants and bars long enough to understand that staff drinking happens, but this was on another level entirely. I came in with a group of friends and one of the bartenders, Will, was so visibly drunk that it made the entire experience uncomfortable. Slurred speech, wobbling behind the bar, taking orders while chewing food with his mouth open -- it was honestly embarrassing to watch. He looked like he absolutely did not want to be there. At one point, my group had been trying to get his attention for another round for quite a while while he stood around talking with coworkers. We then watched staff take a shot together, and when he finally came over he burped mid-conversation and literally had whatever he had just been drinking dribbling down his neckbeard. That was the moment where the whole thing went from unprofessional to just gross. What made it worse was that it didn't seem isolated to one employee. Throughout the night we watched staff openly taking shots and drinking behind the bar like it was a house party instead of a business. There's a difference between bar culture and complete lack of professionalism, and this crossed that line hard. One of the friends I was with actually frequents the DUMBO location and said that the last time she was there, the same bartender also seemed intoxicated, which makes this feel less like a bad night and more like an ongoing issue. The DUMBO location itself is in an amazing spot, which makes it even more disappointing. But ownership seriously needs to get control of what's going on there before someone gets hurt or the place develops a reputation for having drunk staff on the clock. Unfortunately, the experience was uncomfortable enough that my girlfriends and I won't be coming back. I genuinely hope the employee mentioned gets help if this is a regular thing, because nobody should be working service in that condition.
