Place is yummy! Must try! Definitely coming back! The yellow curry is one of the best I've had.

First time here and with inflation, I'm trying to be sure I include full menu photos for updates in pricing. It was my first time here, I initially was going to order the green curry, but, I was advised that rice was not included with curry (which I was surprised about) and told if I wanted it would cost $3 for brown or $2.50 for white for a small portion in addition. I decided against and ordered the ginger and mushrooms with chicken it cost $12.88 tip not included. I probably should have ordered the curry because the dish was just ok, small portion size, chicken was tough/dry but ginger flavor is there. I ended using the small spicy sauce included to add flavor because it was kind of bland. Considering cost and flavor, I wouldn't order again. This is out of my way truthfully, so I might consider trying other things but I also might try other Thai locations too. The service was wonderful, staff are friendly and food quickly served. The food here is delicious! I had to give it a 4 star because on multiple occasions, the pad kee mao drunk noodles and fried rice box is half filled. I love their spicy beef fried rice, spicy pad kee mao, spicy papaya salad, and fried calamari! After a couple of hours, the fried calamari was still crispy. I'm not sure what deep fryer they used but it was perfect and not oily. I would order this appetizer again. Their cocounut thom kha seafood soup is not bad. Incredibly friendly service meets delicious Thai food. I pulled in for a quick lunch after seeing the excellent reviews. I ordered by phone and my spicy beef salad was just getting bagged as I walked in the door. Super bubbly and friendly staff offered me a free drink for being a first time customer. No outdoor seating so I ate it in my car. I have gotten used to this routine but I'm still not happy about it. The salad, however, was delicious. Probably one of my favorite Thai restaurant in the Inland Empire, though I haven't tried too many. I usually call in my order, and it is super easy. They also take orders online via their website. Ordering on their website is also super easy to pick your dishes and the meat you want. Pick up was also super easy! They were super friendly and offered a free drink with my order! Of note, I think max two free drinks with orders during these COVID times, which is very nice of them. I've had their pad see ew, pad thai, pineapple fried rice, house noodle soup. Everything I've had has been pretty good! Definitely one of my go-to spots for food. read more

Pretty good. Definitely one of the better Thai places I have tried. It will defintely be my main Thai spot. I ordered Basil Fried Rice, it it was very good. I got medium spicy and it had a great kick. I also got Pad Thai which was very good as well. The inside was clean and my take out was ready quickly. Staff was friendly. I've been on the hunt for an authentic Thai spot. I found this Thai spot next to red tomato market.I started with the Tom Yum Soup, which had the perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and savory flavors. The shrimp were fresh, and the broth had just the right amount of heat. Staff is patient and willing to teach not just point at menu item and tell you to order because they are in a hurry. They are located in a strange little strip mall. Don't let that turn you away. First time here. Super easy to order ahead online to set up a later pick up time. You can pay online after placing the order or pay in person at pick up if you are worried about online payment. Ordered their spicy eggplant and pad see ew and both were served with huge portions and reasonable price. I wanted to support them during Covid so decided to add a Vietnamese coffee . They were so kind to be supported that they wanted to give me the coffee for free even though I insisted on paying. So we just left them a more generous tip. Having been to Thai and had some authentic Thai food I wouldn't say they are that great. I expected a lot out of a 5 stars Yelp rating but I'm also not saying they were bad. They were ok-good. I've seen this location for Thai food and was told that their Thai food was good. I love Thai cuisine and I am very familiar with it. I have a couple of locations that I go to and specifically near in the area where I live. A client friend of mine and myself decided to give this place a try. We ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken. It had this weird poultry taste in the noodles and it was just plain and sweet. I said oh no!! No complex Thai seasoning to it. We sent it back and asked for the red curry. The red curry with shrimp and it had the curry components but it was extremely sweet! And no depth of flavor. We couldn't eat it.. but my friend took it home to her son. We ordered the spicy fried rice with shrimp and it was meh.. no Thai basil in the dish and the shrimp was of quality but bland... it seemed to be poached first before added in the rice dish... it didn't merry well together like being wok at all. It wasn't a good experience and it's just not good Thai food all together.. my friend thought the egg rolls had an odd aftertaste. I asked the waitress what region Thai food is this.. is it Northern? Which I'm familiar with.. she didn't answer me. It's not authentic nor delicious. I don't understand all the stars.. but I'll go to my places of Thai food that are authentic and exceptionally and absolutely delicious. The prices were high for appetizers and for the amount of food on the plate... I don't mind paying if it's quality and the food at this Thai restaurant is not quality at all... not good and not authentic. Legit authentic Thai food! I have been craving jerky since I visited a Thai restaurant in San Diego! Well I found it! Everything was delicious and perfectly spiced. The workers here were more than friendly and hospitable! I felt very comfortable and cared for! I was even given a free Thai iced coffee (delicious!!!) just for visiting. So weird, I thought I had reviewed Thippawan Thai previously, but I guess I haven't. I have dined at Thippawan a few times, and now that they are only open for take-out during these terrible times, I have ordered from them twice. I love Thippawan! I have always enjoyed their food very much, and while take-out can sometimes not match up to dine-in experiences, I can definitely say that this is not the case with Thippawan Thai. Their food is still FANTASTIC for take-out! I've ordered with my parents and significant other, and we all agree that we still LOVE it! My favorite items here are the Tom Yum and a red seafood curry we ordered the last time. I also very much enjoy their noodles, and really have not gone wrong with any dish I've ordered there. Come for their lunch specials for affordable entrées for $9.95+. The lunch special is only valid Mondays-Fridays from 11a.m. to 3p.m., but it's a very affordable option for a salad, egg roll, and an entrée of your choice from a limited selection. Although the lunch special menu is limited, their other menu has various options for noodles, fried rice, soups, etc. I will say though that the chicken from my pad Thai and yellow curry was very dry and hard to chew. Other than that, the food was tasty! Also, the service is on point, and the restrooms were very clean. Wow. What a find! I stumbled on this place last night and the food was excellent. pad Thai was perfect and the orange chicken was so so yummy. Probably one of the best I've ever had. The service was amazing and the restaurant was very clean and spacious. They are ready for a party of any size. I took my Togo and it was ready very quickly and was very fresh when I got home. I also ordered the spring rolls and they were so hot and fresh as well. I'm am so happy to have found this little gem. If you like Thai Food it's a must try! For entree we got the rice, pad Thai and the orange chicken and the orange chicken dish stood out to me the most, it was the perfect balance of crispy, crunchy, moist, airy and succulent chicken I've ever had with a punch of flavor! What a great little spot! The restaurant is located in an unassuming little strip mall. Inside it is cutely decorated and a fun atmosphere.
