This is burritos lift up to the Hype! I've been hearing about this place for the past couple of weeks. People have been reaching out to me in my inbox, asking me to go check it out and do a review on my social media accounts, and I'm so happy I made it there today. A few things you must do first or foremost order ahead. If you don't order ahead, you will be there for more than 45 minutes. I placed my order and I got there 20 minutes later and I still have to wait five minutes for my food, but it was definitely worth the wait. The cashier was very friendly. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. THE lemon pepper, honey wings were incredible. They're double crunched, sauced well and it was everything and then some. Yesterday, I placed a DoorDash order. This is the first time that I ordered from this establishment. I did so because it had such great reviews and personal friends gave it the thumbs up. I ordered the four fried catfish and chose the side of shrimp fried rice anxiously awaiting delivery. First, the amount of food was plentiful. 2nd, I noticed that the fish was overly dark, indicating to me that the oil that it was fried in needed to be changed. This distorts the experience and taste of the fried fish. Additionally, it was heavily salted. Third, the rice was cooked perfectly, the shrimp done to perfection and the seasonings were delicious. The only drawback was the amount of sugar or whatever sweetness that was added to that Rice was not needed and totally unexpected for fried rice. Unfortunate and disappointing experience. read more

I kept seeing reviews for this place and people loved it so I gave it a shot. Easy online ordering, my favorite! I got fried shrimp and bourbon chicken with fried rice. Order was ready upon arrival. I didn't think the fried rice was that great but they give you a ton of food for the price and the chicken and shrimp were awesome. I will go back next time to try a burrito. read more

We had one hour between the grandsons' baseball games to have lunch when we spotted "This is Burritos." A mixture of Mex/Tex and Asian, we didn't leave but ordered a chicken quesadilla and a side of guacamole. I am happy to report that the lunch was excellent! And the bathrooms were clean. We had a great lunch experience ordering from This Is Burritos. The menu is laid out nicely and they give you lots of options for customization. When you walk in to pick up your order, the place is a stark representation of the American dream. Half the staff is Latino the other half is Asian and they're making Southern comfort food, Asian food, and Tex-Mex food. I heard Spanish spoken with a Chinese (or Viet?) accent. Charm aside, the only thing that should matter is the food. When a place like this has the variety of things on its menu that this place does, the worry is that it's either a weird/fake ghost kitchen and/or that it's a place that does all of that food terribly. This is not the case with this establishment. All of the food we got was fresh, hot, and tasty. I was shocked at how much food came in the "small" order of fried rice, which in 2026 when almost no restaurants are giving consumers value for their dollar, is extremely refreshing. The burrito was hefty and loaded with Bourbon Chicken. Quesadilla was great too. Prices were reasonable overall. I'd love to see them lean even further into the fusion happening under their roof (fried rice in a burrito maybe? Some rotating protein specials?) but in conclusion, we were very satisfied and will consider this again when we're hungry and in the area. read more

Yelp randomly recommended This is Burritos to me last week. Only saw it had two reviews but they were both really good so I decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did. The burrito bowl is so good. Imagine chipotle, but enough for two meals and they don't skimp you on the meat - that's what you get here. I'm a big eater and almost always finish my meals, I ate probably 3/5 of my burrito bowl and decided to save the rest for lunch tomorrow. The first time I went I got a quesadilla and it was also loaded and delicious. I got the shredded beef and it was phenomenal. The service is great and the owner is extremely personable and kind. Came in with my wife and 1 year old daughter and she was engaging my daughter as we ordered our food. I write very few Yelp reviews so it has to be outstanding for me to do so, and this place is. Great FRESH food. We enjoyed chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. My husband said the shrimp was very fresh and perfectly cooked. I really enjoyed the chicken. We got the large portions, which was a mistake, in that they were huge! But we brought them home for the next day. Next time, I'll get a combo of a protein (wings for me!) and the fried rice. The only downside in this heat was the temporary lack of AC, but that will be fixed shortly with some additional construction. Our server was Karen, and she was warm, friendly and very helpful. Burrito with chicken was solid. Good toppings etc. Philly chicken cheesesteak not so good, greasy, very salty, and chicken pieces like you'd find in Chinese food.
