The main problem and downside is that they are very expensive and overcharge. Despite the Yelp page saying that the company provides a "free estimate", I was quoted $49 for the technician to travel. In addition, if I had not chosen to go ahead with the repair, the company would have charged me an additional $150 diagnostic fee. Essentially, despite the yelp profile stating a "free estimate", it will cost you closer to $200 to get a quote. I see this as false advertisement. In addition, when the technician concluded that the problem was the capacitor, I received a final quote of $600. When I googled the price of the same capacitor online, the price range was in between 75$ - 150$. Essentially, they are charging a premium of at least $450 per replacement for a single part (capacitor). Despite their professionalism and quality work, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above. If price is not a concern for you, and you would rather pay twice the market value for a job then you should definitely choose them. EDIT: I actually googled the price of a capacitor and offered to buy my own. I was told that by the technician that if I purchased my own capacitor that the company would not install it. In conclusion, they did not address any of my concerns. Unfortunately, after reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of discrepancies between what they tell customers and what they instruct technicians to say on site. Making an honest living is so much more rewarding than making it dishonest living.

It was clear in all my communication that I was a remote PM and to call me directly with any questions about scope etc. Roy was frustrated that the store employees didn't know what they were talking about. There wasn't an issue the first time that they went out to this location. They never called me to clarify and never called me to let me know they were going to pass on the job. I had called at the end of last week for an update and was told the bid was being worked on. When I called back this week I was shocked by them saying they were now refusing the job. I asked when they were going to let me know that they weren't going to move forward with the job. You know the professional thing to do...? I was specifically told by Roy, "Well you wasted our time, so I thought we would waste yours." If you don't want the work that's one thing. But to tell me you were working on something that you weren't, and to treat me like that when I was just trying to get to the bottom of what was going on is rather shocking. They never called with any questions and didn't have the decency to let me know that they weren't going to move forward with the job. When I called to follow up and to be told that they wanted to waste my time is disgraceful for any business.
