Located right by Denny Park in South Lake Union is restaurant that seems to be part of the Canadian Warehouse Restaurants. Warehouse restaurants are located all over BC, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec. Each restaurant is named after the street they are on. I was shocked to see a Seattle location as well. At Warehouse Restaurants every food item on the menu costs $5.95! For decent food and portion sizes, the price is a steal! Menu ranges from burgers to tacos and salads to asian bowls. Only downfall is alcoholic drinks are about $7-$10. Check out their power hour from 4-5pm for drink discounts. Restaurant is decorated with bits of Canadian trinkets and Rock Music. Service is pretty quick too. Avocado Tacos: Not my favorite dish, but I'm a fan of the portion size. Tons of corn and pico in every bite. Poutine: As first this was absolutely delicious. After a couple of bites the gravy sunk to the bottom and tasted very peppery. There's definitely a hint of sweetness from the maple bacon! Quinoa and Green Apple Salad: For $5.95, this salad was very filling. Big pieces of avocado and apple made the salad super fresh. I asked for dressing on the side and it added a spicy tang to the dish. Mushroom & Swiss Burger: Burger was very juicy and the bread was moist. Most definitely the type of burger you would eat after a few beers. Overall, Thomas Street Warehouse is a great place for cheap quick bite! read more

The manager kicked me out tonight just for requesting that he post a notice on the door ahead of time the next time there was a planned closure. All he'd say was "let's take it down a notch", three times without giving an actual answer; and then even after I made an effort to lower my voice in the face of all the frustration his repeated non-answer was causing me, and said "okay, but could you please answer the question?", he kicked me out, still hungry after waiting about 10 minutes for the food I'd ordered. And I've been a thrice-weekly regular there for months, and I always tipped! Even if they don't do this to you, you never know if they'll actually be open when you have plans there. read more

Came in last night as a party of six and were served by LORI. She was an absolutely friendly and effective server. When I asked her name she asked all of our names and not only remembered them all (even after some of us switched seats) but also used our names and made the experience very personal. We didn't get our food for like a good 30 minutes so we just concentrated on catching up with our friend, which was the main reason for choosing this place anyway. However! The vibe and the food menu is pretty much the same as their Granville St location in Vancouver. The food is great for the price - everything is $5.95. My sales team & I decided to have lunch at Thomas Street Warehouse. We recommend many of our hotel guests to this location so it was a good opportunity to try it myself. I went w/ their works burger which consists of bacon, cheddar, crispy onions, macho sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, & comes w/ a side of fries. The overall quality & taste of the burger & fries was great. Not only that, but the price on all of their items is $5.95, which makes a satisfying meal even better w/ a very reasonable price! The staff was also very friendly, accommodating, & very grateful for our business, which enhanced the overall experience. I tried calling the restaurant and corporate but have not received a callback. Took over an hour and when I would ask for an update Paula would snap at me.
