This is definitely a step up from your usual juice bar. All natural ingredients. Cold pressed juices made daily. The quality just feels/tastes better than most other places. You can sample all the cold pressed juices. Had the maca luv. Excellent. Tried the pink dragon. Again better than nektars pink flamingo. (not that nektar is bad, I like them too). The mediterranean salad was so simple but so good. The PB acai bowl was also excellent. Lot more food than I expected. Will definitely be back. read more

I'd like to thank Cole for reaching out and letting me know the reason the drinks tasted different was because they had a supply shortage of the sweetened coconut milk, so they were using the unsweetened one which is why the drinks tasted bland. Went back today and they had the regular sweet coconut milk and my Pink Dragon is perfect! Happy to know the problem was just due to that, I will be coming back regularly again now! read more

Their bowls make life worth living. I hate this Yelp app. I re-downloaded it just to write this review, because these bowls are just that amazing. Fav is Thrive Acai. The Sunrise Acai and PB Acai are tied for my second fav. Pumpkin Joy is good. I'm planning to try the Pitaya bowl next week. I cannot wait. read more

Love the vibe in this place! Always friendly people working there who will help you with your preferences. One star off just because the menu is a bit limited but everything I have tried is good. Surprisingly great juice bar in Laguna niguel! Got their blue lagoon and Peanut Butter Acai bowl. Service is very good and they have a nice ambiance inside. Their bowl is made with fresh ingredients that you can definitely taste. Great toppings to go with it as well. Any juice bar that makes every serving from scratch using fresh fruit and vegetables are the ones you keep going to. The PB acai bowl had a nice sublet taste of the peanut butter, along with their almond milk and acai it was just amazing. I would definitely go back here and try some other drinks and bowls when I'm in the area. read more

Such a great spot!! People are friendly and welcoming, they have a good amount of choices but I have to say the PB ACAI BOWL is on point! This place was rad! I had to get the Maca Luv smoothie and two glass drinks for tomorrow's meal replacement. I got Hardcore w/Apple and Coffee Cure. Both were very good! Not just your typical juice joint. They use all organic produce. Their containers are made out of sustainable materials. They carry an array of natural personal products. And I always enjoy a cup of the fruit water when picking up my peanut butter bowl or Green Machine with Apple. Have to try the cleanse soon. read more

All organic juice spot (very hippy, this ain't no Jamba Juice) featuring superfoods, specialty cleanses, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, bowls, salads, tea, etc. While a lot of thr items scare me (way too healthy) I like how they offer mini/kids sized smoothies. My friend and I were early for an appointment in Laguna Niguel. We decided to get something to eat and since we're both healthy eating afficionados we decided to look up some spots on Yelp. That's how we landed at Thrive Juice Lab. Such a great place! Thrive Juice Lab is located in a shopping center with plenty of free parking in front or around. The customer service was great, the people attending me were really friendly and not pretentious at all. I mention that because I've had that experience at other organic or healthy eating places. My friend and I decided on Acai Bowls and neither of us had ever had one but the descriptions alone were amazing. I know I have nothing to compare this Acai bowl but both my friend and I were so pleasantly surprised at how delicious and filling it was. It's like a smoothie / frozen yogurt concoction with granola and fruit on the top. The presentation was beautiful. It wasn't too sweet or too bland, it was just right. I'll have to try more Acai bowls in the future! The rest of the shop was nice, I wish I had time to stay and enjoy it. There were other items such as cookies and chia puddings, teas, coffees and water. Just about everything had an organic label to it. I wish organic were the norm everywhere. The Acai bowls we had were the perfect size and cost about $9 each. Totally worth it! If I'm ever in the area I will definitely stop by again. read more

Thrive Juice Lab has the best juices, smoothies, salads, and bowls in Orange County!! They are 100% organic! This is unique among juice bars - many are only partially organic. They have incredible options for super food additions and now are offering cleanses. It WAY surpasses Nekter, Active Culture, Juicilicious and any other juice bar I've ever been to. What darling place! Everything is all organic and gluten-free, so I don't have any reservations ordering anything on the menu (for once). The people working here are super sweet as helpful, and I love the vibe in general. Free WiFi, and other products besides just smoothies, juices, and Açai bowls. I am a HUGE Açai bowl fanatic, and theirs was by far the best I've had. It has way more stuff on it than most other places, and it had the perfect ratio of flavors and ingredients. I've been coming to Thrive for a while now and never took the time to write a review but there was a day recently that I showed up feeling sick and just feeling like the world had slapped me upside the head. Idk if it was a coincidence or just the level of their on the point customer service but I was offered a "just because" customer appreciation card that meant the world to me. Talk about a perfect way to turn an upside day down all around. I say this because the staff here is always on point. They know what they're talking about and are ready to answer any question you have. Rustic, simple vibe and straight-to-the-point, limited selection of products with a visually pleasing display. One long and elegant wooden table, a clear window where the chef is chopping, and an employee at the front when you need her. No glitz, glam or overly compensated extravaganza; just a simple and sleek feel. I had an acai bowl and it was one of the most refreshing, raw acai I've ever had. It was pretty on-point and hit the spot. A little tucked away in a shopping center on the corner right by the bank. Wish this little place was closer to me, but because I don't have it in my normal driving routes, I appreciate it more and would go out of the way for a cruise down to the beach just to get my hands on another bowl. The smoothie bowls here are delicious, and the smoothies are always a great pick me up as well. The prices are a bit high, but you are paying for great quality organic ingredients. Ok... Im totally loving this new Acai Bowl trend! I want a place like this on every corner! So good, and good for you. Something about the thick smoothie like blend with granola for crunch, fresh fruit for added texture, and a little honey for extra sweetness creates and amazing little treat! I am hooked! Thrive is Earth forward goodness...The staff is warm and welcoming & the juice is abundant. Plus Cold Brew FTW! Have you had the "Sweetheart smoothie?!" Maybe not yet because it's on the secret menu! Shhhhh...It's filled with bright pink Pitaya fruit & seeds that contain heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids among other yummy ingredients! My new hubby and I relaxed over some cold brew and then shared the Sweetheart smoothie on our drive down PCH...Perfect way to start the day! Cold pressed juice selections are tasty, but it would prefer it served in glass. An Acai bowl served in paper for $9 not cool - gets points off. The acai bowl was too cold, liked the peanutbutter version better not so cold. Creamier but sweeter than I like it. Overall a good experience. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Cole C.

Cole has an extensive background in the hospitality industry with over 20 years of service. Prior to Thrive Juice Lab he worked in management for several high end hospitality groups in Los Angeles, California. From a young age he had a strong interest in organic holistic nutrition and fitness. His entrepreneurial spirit led him from the small town of Bend, Oregon to Southern California to start his own business. Cole is thrilled to be a part of the Orange County community offering products that help to enhance his customers lives.

Genuinely surprised I haven't left a review sooner. It's a small, quaint shop with a clean and mellow interior, relaxing jazz playing in the background, and aroma of freshly brewed coffee that always transports me back to Japan. Daisuke and his team greet everyone with such genuine warmth that you immediately feel welcomed. Their hospitality is unmatched, but what keeps me coming back is the consistency. Every drink is made with care, and they're always happy to take the time to explain the differences between their beans, recommend something based on your preferences, and answer any questions without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about both their craft and their customers. I usually order the café au lait, and it's the only coffee shop where I'm confident in asking them to make it however they like. Every now and then I'll also pick up a bag of their beans to brew at home, and I highly recommend doing the same. They carefully help you choose from their wide variety, then grind the beans for you or sell them whole if you have your own grinder. Grinding fresh beans takes about 15-20 minutes, so if you're driving from farther away, I'd recommend calling ahead or placing an order through their website for pickup. The quality of the coffee speaks for itself, but what really sets this place apart is the experience. It's rare to find a coffee shop where both the product and the people are this consistently exceptional. Where most coffee shops tend to rush you out I think the difference here is that you genuinely feel welcomed. Wishing Daisuke and the entire team nothing but continued success. I asked the cashier what he would recommend based on my preferences and he came through with an absolute killer recommendation. If you purchase whole beans, they will roast them for you. The process will take 30 minutes, so keep that in mind. You will also have the rest of the beans for 4 to 7 days before being able to use them. You can purchase the beans in three different size bags. Can't wait to go back! As an extra, the staff is very friendly and the coffee shop is super cute.

Less than $12, very tasty but very messy to eat! Full of pesto, balsamic drizzle, fresh greens, fresh mozzarella and a generous portion of chicken on a big ciabatta roll cut in half. I could only eat half of it this time and it'll take the other half home!

In never having been to Thrive before, I asked the young woman behind the counter what her favorite bowl was and she said, the Peanut Butter Acai bowl with no hesitation. Sounds good to me! Within seconds it was ready and at my fingertips, this light, cold and simply delicious Laguna Niguel nibble. It was fantastic amd perk, all organic. The banana, strawberries and blackberries were perfectly sweet and ripe, and the gentle hint of peanut butter within the Acai was a delightful encouragement to return to the bowl for another refreshing bite. We absolutely love this place! My family and I were visiting from Northern Cali and stopped here to pick up a much needed juice after a week of terrible eating. I will say, the bases were a little frost bitten or more icy when I got it, but it did melt down a bit more once I started eating it and then everything started to blend and it tasted good. I'm a huge fan of Blue Bowl and feel like nothing compares to theirs, but Alohana is on par with that. It's good if you want to take it to go and let it melt down a little to have that smooth consistency instead of fighitng with it and getting chunks at a time of the base. Definitely would recommend coming here after a long day at the beach or picking one up before heading to the beach to enjoy there. They also sell coffee and other random, but very cool, tchotchkes, clothes, art, that you wouldn't find at any other Acai bowl shop and it's very Dana Point. Great place to pick-up a unique souvenir if you're visiting from out of town.

The smoothies never taste the same twice, and that's NOT a compliment. I just paid $16 for a smoothie that is supposed to have banana in it, and I do not taste any banana, not even a pinch, I think it was absolutely left out of my drink. Now I've got this giant flavorless smoothie to force down. The last time I got the same smoothie and it was so incredibly imbalanced with the flavors it was insane. Are you people using recipes for your smoothies and actually measuring out the ingredients? I do not think that you are. I think you guys just through stuff into the blenders and hope for the best. There is just no way recipes are being used because the smoothies just never taste right. They are so expensive and they never taste correctly made. Ever. This is the last time I'm going to the juice bar. So disappointing!!!! Addendum: had to throw the entire drink away. It was inedible. Tasted like ice and peanut butter, that's it.

I would've gotten a drink but they don't have soy as a milk option. They have almond and oat as milk alternatives. This place is on the second level and right next to the Regal theater. There's plenty of seating inside and outside.
