Very chilled place. Food isn't shabby. Couldn't really figure out what the ambience/ theme for for this place. They got a bit of Christmas and Thai rainbows Service was friendly and very relaxed. Seem like they got one person taking on multiple tasks. Congee was good and fun to eat. Everything is on the sweet side which is the norm for Thai food.

A solid and delicious Thai spot with a fun fusion of brunch and mixed Asian cuisine. I love love love how some of their brunch items aren't so heavy and have healthy protein packed options. The price is very justifiable for the gracious portions. We tried 3 things today: -Thai iced coffee: was a little too sweet but a yummy treat against the savory items we got -Salmon curry omelette: loved this item and the curry sauce not being too overwhelming for a brunch item. -Thai steak: the amount of steak we got for $29 was amazing and cooked perfectly: very tender meat with a delicious funky sauce to pair. A good amount of sticky rice to pair with the steak and sauce was lovely. *The portions between these two plates were awesome and more than enough to share between two people. The menu is extensive which was really overwhelming to go through, but we enjoyed everything we got. The service was great. I'd definitely would return as I feel Ti22 offers a lot of things than what a typical Thai spot does.

Service was a little slow BUT the food was amazing!!!!! Garlic chicken and pad Thai really stole the show for us.

The food was delicious! First time coming and was definitely worth it. Food came out fast and efficient. Good place to go to for a chill lunch with people!

Great food & friendly service! The only reason I'm docking a star is because they mixed up the spice levels between my food & my husband's. I was supposed to have mild spice added and his was HOT and they put the spice on mine instead!

Ti22 is a great lunch spot. They were closed for a bit and have now reopened. They have great Thai food and is reasonably priced. We ordered pad see ew with tofu and Panang curry with veggies - the final bill was less than $40, which is a good deal these days. It looks like they've done some remodeling and the place looks smaller. They have 7-8 tables with some bar seating. There was a steady stream of customers during lunch with no wait on a Thursday afternoon.

Delicious Thai food served by people who clearly take great pride in sharing their food and life. My only quibble is the beefsteak special I had could have been trimmed of the sinew better. Very reasonably priced to boot.

Everything was delicious. We loved the crispy pork belly pasta and crab curry! The crab curry is spicy but also a little sweet

The food is really really good. I loved the Thai tea and the kanom-pak-gaad. My colleague also enjoyed her pad Thai. The 2/5 spice level was definitely a 2/5 versus the bland 2s I'm used to. It was a pleasant surprise! They were really really slow for take out though unfortunately. We waited maybe 25-30 minutes for our food so it ate into our lunch break. That said we loved the stickers on our Thai teas and they were very sweet in packaging it up.

Came here for dinner and was greeted by a kind lady who sat us quickly. Has a good amount of tables for seating, but the music was a bit too loud to converse comfortably. Shrimp and pork spring rolls: 7/10 Ordered this thinking that these were the fresh ones wrapped in rice paper, but we got the fried ones instead. If you want the rice paper ones, you have to come in on Thursday-Saturday because apparently they have different chefs for different days. Still yummy though, but we wouldn't have ordered this if we knew beforehand. Red curry: 8/10 Definitely had a kick to it, but it tasted good! Generous portion size and served with a bowl of rice. Pad kee mao: 7/10 Tasted good, but I think they could've made the portion size bigger considering its price. We got this with 0 spice, which was the right choice considering how it's already made with some spice to begin with and the red curry was spicy. Iced Thai tea: 7/10 At first it tasted too sweet, but the sweetness helped to even out the spiciness of the food. Nice restaurant with good food. Portion sizes I think could be a bit larger to justify the prices, but this place delivers on nice and fast service.

The ambiance in this restaurant is fantastic they were more than happy to accommodate for our party of 11 on a Friday night. Our server was hosting and running plates from the back and did a great job of multitasking while maintaining a great customer experience. The food was a 12/10 not that spicy despite being a 4/5 if you like spicy food go hard or go home with this place! The noodles were great with more than enough veggies, and beef. Sometimes I feel like the peanuts to be overpowering but they were subtle yet added to the dish. Definitely visit if you're in town

As an Asian-American, I enjoy eating Asian foods with an American twist on them. I had their Chiengmai burger and I was blown away! The presentation of the burger was great and the taste of it was even better. It was well made and tasty and I loved how they included the fried noodles with it. It came with a side of waffle fries which were really well-made as well. There wasn't too much fries, but the whole meal made me pretty full. They gave us complimentary soups which were good as well. The Thai ice tea was very good as well. There was a good amount of it and it was sweet. The service was excellent. Servers were very friendly and helpful. The food took a bit of time to make, but it was worth it. The pricing is good. They have a brunch menu and an all day menu. Unfortunately, their burgers are only available during lunch. I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurants. It's well themed and decorated and I love how the windows open. There's plenty of seating and they have outdoor seating too. I'm definitely coming back here to try their other food!

Pretty solid spot in Belltown, great if you're working in the area. They give BIG portions and aren't super pricey. I got the steak. It comes with a side of rice, paid thai, some salad, and two fried dumplings. The waiter had to clarify that it wasn't a selection! The steak quality was solid, but a bit much towards the end. I'm not complaining though, love the quantity

The moment you walk in, it feels like you've been transported straight to a bustling Thai night market or a lively pub along the strip. The interior design and decor are so fun and detailed. Just keep in mind that it gets pretty loud and energetic inside, but in a fun, vibrant way that really adds to the experience. We ordered a little bit of everything: Tom Kha: Perfectly creamy, tangy, and hit all the right aromatic notes. Kor Moo Yang (Grilled Pork Neck): Tender, super savory, and packed with flavor. Pad Thai & Fried Rice: Both classic comfort dishes executed exceptionally well--not dry at all and loaded with taste. Everything came out piping hot and full of authentic flavor. The wait can be a bit long during peak hours, but it's 100% worth it. Definitely a new go-to Thai spot in Seattle!

The atmosphere is great and gives off Bangkok street food vibes especially with the fact that it stays open until 2 am. We came in at 6 pm on a Saturday and were seated within 5-10 minutes. The waiter was diligent about checking in on us despite how busy the place already was. Whilst I liked the restaurant vibes, the place where we were seated was so hot with absolutely no ventilation making it a bit uncomfortable for a Seattle summer. There are fans placed throughout the rest of the restaurants, but in the subsection where we were placed, I don't believe that was an option. Another thing that was disappointing is the menu is deceptive in saying that dishes can be made gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc, but that's actually not true. The salads, soups, curries, and Pad Thai all have fish sauce / oyster sauce in them which is not vegetarian. I ended up requesting for vegan dishes instead and I could only order noodles which made sharing with my non-vegetarian friends quite difficult. I ended up getting the Pad Mama which was delicious, but it was definitely not my first choice. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this restaurant for a vegetarian, but the options are incredible for those who eat meat and / or enjoy a good cocktail menu.

It was huge and came in a big, wide bowl. He enjoyed the flavor of the yellow curry and building heat of this dish. Make sure to get a steak knife at the front counter so you can cut the meat from the chicken drumstick (if you're not biting into it). Also, if you are a spice lightweight like me, this is not your dish. But if you enjoy spice and curries, you will enjoy this dish. I got the E-Jae House Noodle with chicken and no egg. Wow, their handmade rice noodles were amazing! So soft, tender, and kinda ropey. I loved the texture and taste of this dish. The sauce was light and complimented the noodles, chicken, green onions, and cilantro. It's so great to eat a restaurant dish that isn't too salty or saucy! It comes with a side of chili sauce which I didn't use, but if you like spice, I am sure it was good. We ended our meal by sharing a small order of the Mango Sticky Rice. It was delightful. The mango was perfectly ripe, the sticky rice was delicious, and it was topped with little crispies which we found out later was fried mung beans. A great ending to a great meal. My concern is not with the meal; it is with the overall hospitality we received. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I observed differences in how guests were greeted and engaged. Some guests were welcomed with smiles, courtesy, and friendly conversation, while my own initial interaction felt more reserved and minimal in comparison. After being seated, I waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone offered me water, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. During that time, other tables around me were served water and received refills more promptly. I was waiting for my friend to arrive. Once my friend joined me, we were asked shortly after if we were ready to order, even though we had not yet had sufficient time to review the menu. Later, when we indicated that we were ready, the server took the menu and walked away without taking our order at that time. One interaction during the ordering process stood out. In general, I observed warm and friendly engagement between staff and other guests. When my friend asked a question, the response we received felt brief and less welcoming in tone and expression, which contributed to our overall impression of the interaction. Standing alone, a single expression or moment could be easily misread, and I would not base a review on that alone. However, within the context of the full experience, it contributed to our perception of inconsistency in service and attentiveness. That pattern continued throughout the meal. Some tables that ordered after us received their food before we did, and appeared to be served more quickly overall. We were also brought to-go boxes without requesting them while we were still eating and in conversation. This made us feel somewhat rushed to finish. The interaction when it came time to pay also felt brief and less engaging than expected. I can only speak to what I personally experienced. The concern here is not a single incident, but the overall pattern of service: delayed water, limited engagement at times, ordering delays, slower food timing compared to nearby tables, and feeling rushed toward the end of the meal. Again, the food was decent, and this review is primarily about the service. Based on our experience, the level of attentiveness and hospitality was inconsistent. For those reasons, my recommendation is maybe. Regardless of the cause, I believe every guest should receive consistent courtesy, professionalism, and attention.
