Since I was giving them to 4 different teachers the gentleman offered 4 small bags for me to individually wrap them. I thought that was nice! I love this location. Parking wasn't too bad either. This place is awesome. Very small storefront with a large area in the back where orders and deliveries are being prepared. So easy to call in or place an online order. You can pick up your order or have it delivered. If you are wanting more than a dozen or so cookies it's best to order ahead. They have a case containing different varieties but cannot guarantee they will have the quantity of flavors you need. I love this place! It took a minute or so for the person to come out and she was not happy with me. It was clearly an inconvenience for her to wait on me. We've tried the chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, m&m, peanut butter, and snickerdoodle and all are fantastic. However, there's a special place in our stomachs for the chocolate chip cookies. They are perfectly chewy on the inside with a crisp crust on the outside, and they taste oh-so-good with a glass of cold milk. And of course, they are the perfect accompaniment to vanilla ice cream for awesome ice-cream-and-cookie sandwiches! oh, the memories! As a freshman in college, my roomie and I used to get dozens of these chocolate chip babies delivered...you know, after the pokey stix of course. After searching on Yelp for bakeries in downtown Dallas, I called this evening to place an order of a dozen cookies to be delivered to my boyfriend's hotel room who is in town for business. The woman to took my call could not have been any nicer! She was so pleasant, even when I had to call back because I accidentally have her the wrong hotel address. There are many flavor to choose from. I ordered ice cream sandwich with chocolate chip pecan cookie and peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, and my husband ordered ice cream sandwich with two chocolate chip cookies. They warmed cookies, which was I really liked about, and cookies were fresh. My ice cream sandwich was so good. Warm cookies and tasty vanilla ice cream. It was just perfect. My husband also liked his. I wish they had a few tables and chairs inside (or outside), so we don't have to eat in the car. Also, it would be nice if we could choose ice cream flavor. I placed an order to arrive to my someone special for Valentines. I specifically stated on the directions that he was attending a meeting and to leave at hotel for delivery to his room between 5-7pm. They tried to deliver, he was still in meetings, Tiffs Treats did not leave at hotel as directed, but took the treats back and told him that they were done delivering. I should have ordered flowers not "warm cookies and milk" a day late. Too expensive for what you get...day or two old cookies, room tempature milk delivered on a day late and on his way to the airport where he had to disguard due to flying. WASTE OF MONEY!!!! The snickerdoodle has an even amount of cinnamon to sugar blend on the cookie. The chocolate chip comes out as a classic, in a very good way! The peanut butter is soft, yet a little chewy. Let me be clear. Tiff's Treats still has the best cookies in town, but having experienced freshly scooped blue bell in an ice cream sandwich over at Pokey O's, I have to protest a bit to Tiff's pre-scooped blue bell wafers that are used in their ice cream sandwiches. Why not use the real stuff? I still love Tiff's Treats, and again, these are the best cookies in town, but the pre-scooped ice cream does dock it a star below what I've encountered in the past. read more

As an out of towner always on the hunt for amazing nighttime dessert shops, I scored with this one. Warming the cookies was heaven. The service was impeccable!! There are about 5,000 mocking birds on the surround buildings which one of the locals said was normal. It was worth the walk through the creepy birds because this place is top notch. read more

I go to the Sugar Land location a lot to pick up cookies for clients. I usually place my order online for pick-up and when I arrive to pick up my cookies, they are always boxed and ready to go with receipts and all. When I walk in I'm always greeted with a friendly face, whether it's a staff member or the store manager Ya Yaa who always greets my by name. We all know Tiff's has the best cookies, but I would say they rival Chick-Fil-A when it comes to how they treat their customers. I love giving them my business and would highly recommend the Sugar Land location. A dozen mixed cookies are a great treat for your office staff or prospects if you are in sales. The employee said the bathroom has plumbing problems "all of the time" and nothing they can do to fix the overflowing toilet. Cookie was decent at best. We've been having these treats delivered all the time to our work and they've always been a huge hit! I ended up stopping by their bakery and I absolutely loved it! The concept is quite cute - they deliver fresh baked cookies straight to your home, office, etc. They are always warm and taste fresh out of the oven. Best part? The entire office/house/apartment smells so heavenly for hours after the cookies are gone. They have plenty of flavors, although I highly recommend the peanut butter chocolate chip. Not too sweet and just the perfect combination of salty and sweet. The only downside about this place is that the cookies are usually sold in half-dozen increments. A bit frustrating if you want 9, since 6 isn't enough, and 12 is way too many. However, in my experience they never last long. All in all, great concept and I highly recommend it to wish someone a happy birthday, get well soon, or to help your friend through an all-nighter. read more

I do have to start off by saying that I did not frequent this establishment...I received their cookies as a gift. I was minding my own business and working diligently at my desk (I was, I swear) when out of the blue I was called to the front counter and there sat a cute little bag with a balloon and a box of cookies! The cookies are okay, although they often stick together and aren't best for sharing situations in the current Covid environment. However, the truffles are absolutely divine and easy to serve without having to worry about touching someone else's food. But, at $3.75 per truffle, they should be. The Elites membership was a pretty good deal, saving delivery costs for a year. However, as is always the case, I spent far more than I would have sending cookies had I not had free delivery, so it's a catch 22. Unfortunately, they recently raised prices without even informing elite members and prices are now what they would've been before I paid for a year of "free delivery". I don't mind the price raise - everyone seems to be doing that these days. I am, however, irritated that they pretend you're "elite" and don't treat you as such by explaining the price increase in advance. When I wrote to customer service to ask about the higher prices and to cancel my Elites membership, I was pleasantly surprised at her explanation and her offer to refund my membership once I replied. When I replied to confirm, I was informed by a different representative that they would NOT be refunding my membership fee because I had already had deliveries and that I would be an Elite member for another 9 months. The Elite terms do not say anything about prices going up, but I'd recommend avoiding committing to the company for a year. Basically, I paid for 10 deliveries in advance. I used 8. I would've been happy with a prorated refund, but now I'm just disappointed in the company as a whole. Delivery from Crumbl is actually cheaper and the cookies are huge and taste better. I'd just spend your money there. I will miss those truffles, though. read more

I've never been to Tiff's, I've never eaten one of their cookies, I've never even seen the building. So how in the world can I give them 5 stars? They came to the rescue of a dear friend when I couldn't and turned her frowny face into a smiley face, that's how. Here's what you do: Step 1 - Go to their website and pick one of the gadozen mixtures of cookies, brownies, ice cream, and milk. Throw in some balloons if you're feeling fancy. Step 2 - Send said package to someone who will soon view you as one of their favorite people. The website told me it would be about an hour and a half before my order would be delivered and I'll be damned if I didn't get a text about that long after placing my order that my box of sunshine and love had been delivered. Seriously, Tiff's is on time, affordable and (from what I hear) good eating. Sure you could send flowers. But unless they're edible, I'm betting cookies and milk will go a lot further down the Awww! road. read more
