Unfortunately I had to change the delivery time and date, which changed the package that I had ordered. Tiffs Treats staff was amazing!! There were no hassles, or headaches, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. They were extremely quick to reply to my emails and phone calls. My husband was so happy when he received his surprise delivery. He said the cookies, and brownies were incredible and was extremely please with the delivery and packaging that even included ice cream. I can only speak for this particular location, but I have also ordered delivery online. The staff at this particular Tiffs Treats is amazing. They're super friendly, and they don't mind chatting about why I only saw the red velvet cookies one time and there were only 2 and I had a Tiffwich that was the tastiest thing I've ever had and haven't had anything like it since. FYI. Red velvet is only on January in case you were wondering. The snickerdoodle cookies and the chocolate chip Tiffwiches are the frickin best. If you order delivery they're delivered warm. Around Valentine's Day they have red velvet cookie dough batter bites (distinguish from the actual red velvet cookies seen in January) that are covered in chocolate and sprinkles. And they're awesome. They do last minute deliveries, even around holidays like Valentine's. You'll pay a premium but it's worth it. I love Tiff's! I don't know what secret thing they do to these cookies but they are so good. I can't even pick a favorite, they are that good. Everyone I have bought these for must know where I got them... always a huge hit. We recently tried a brownie from here and while it was good, it didn't hold a candle to the cookies. They can be a bit pricey but totally worth it for a nice little treat from time to time. Also worth every calorie. read more

This reviews is one of many I am behind in writing so... I first heard about this place a year ago when they brought free cookies to my friend's dorm. Like a dozen cookies for free??? Was SO jealous! My college buddies were also raving how awesome the place was too so I decided to check the closest one to UTSA myself. Though they usually specialize in cookie deliveries to customers (which I think is what this chain is best known for), they also have small shops around the town where one can have a nice warm cookie to munch on. They even warm it up for you too if you let them! I came here once to try their cookies and was hooked immediately, the texture was soft and chewy in ways that frozen cookie dough will never cut it. They also have other dessert options, such as brownies and tiffwiches, which are their namesake cookie sandwiches. They also have milk for one to indulge with the delicious cookies. A real step up from places like the great American cookie company, I would totally come here again next time I'm in town. read more

I have lovely memories of Tiff's Treats from living in Austin for college. But the taste of these cookies do not all live up. Walking up to the store and buying delicious, warm, and melt-in-your-mouth cookies.... Maybe it was because it was the end of the day, but in general, they were pretty standard cookies. My usual favorite is oatmeal, so I tried the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip.. and didn't even finish it. It tasted too hard by the next day. I did enjoy the M&M and the White Chocolate Chip & Almond though. I think these are a great treat to deliver to someone as a delicious gift and treat! But if I have the time on my hands, I'm probably better of baking on my own-- thicker, softer, creamier cookies. I have only tried two cookies. I had the chocolate chip toffee cookie and the peanut butter. They were both very good and fresh. The cookies were soft and I could taste the delicious butter. The cookies are small, and are really good. They even serve milk. I can't wait for the The Great Bluebell Famine of 2015 to be over, because they have ice cream cookie sandwiches made with Bluebell vanilla. I'm not sure what the delivery requirements and fees are. Was walking by and I bought three cookies To try, oatmeal, m&m, and traditional chocolate chip. The oatmeal is the bomb dot com! My toddler totally love his m&m and I had to have a taste, such a yummy buttery flavor that is thick yet chewy with a nice crisp edge. If I could leave no stars for this particular branch I would (as I have had wonderful service from other branches I want it understood that this is only for this particular branch). I placed an order for a dozen cookies and drink to be delivered between 10:30 & 11:30. I even checked the flexibility box that it could be delivered earlier if possible. IT NEVER SHOWED!! When I called the store they acted like they had no idea it wasn't there. No one was planning on contacting me to let me know it wasn't coming. They blamed it on the driver WHO DOESN'T EVEN WORK FOR THEM! WHy does a company whose business is delivering items not have their own delivery drivers? When I spoke to the store they offered to send it AFTER closing hours. I explained that didn't work. They then said there was nothing they could do but I could have I gift card. Cookies are delicious. Don't waste your time on the ice cream sandwich. We are in store and when we got them the ice cream was almost non existent and was melted all over the wrapping. Not sure I'll go back unless I'm really craving cookies and don't want to cook them myself. I ordered a box of 6 mint chocolate chip cookies ($6) for pick up and they were warm and soft when I picked them up. The cookies themselves are kind of greasy and the batter batter mostly tastes like oil/butter. The cookie dough isn't sweet enough, but it may be because they the oil flavor overpowers the sweetness. While the cookies were warm and soft, I'd say they were average. The best thing they have going for them is that they are real soft and warm at first. I don't think think they are nothing special that I couldn't make at home from one of the pre-made cookie cans from the grocery store though. After two days, my cookies were hard and not as appetizing. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll finish them, since I have some amazing cookies that my friend left over from a holiday party we had. I wish they were chunkier, so that they would stay soft longer. The variety of cookies here is very standard and I think they could be a little more creative with the cookies they offer to give them that extra edge. At about a dollar each, I think the cookies are a little pricey. Overall, Tiff's treats has a bit of an edge in that you can deliver these to someone special as a surprise. The cookies themselves though are just average. With all the hype my friends gave this place and the fact that most Austin-ites seem to love Tiff's treats, I'm pretty underwhelmed. read more

I ordered a large cookie tray (8 dozen) as a special request for a bridal shower. Since the bridal party had only requested the small tray, 6 dozen for $90, I ordered the larger tray, 8 dozen for $105, intending to remove 2 dozen to take home to my family. The Tiff's website states that they cool the cookies before they stack them, but when I moved the ones on top to get at the 6 M&M buried at the bottom, the cookies on top crumbled when I moved them. I really expected more from $105 worth of cookies that I could've (and in retrospect, should've) made at home in my kitchen. read more

yay for cookie delivery service! this is the perfect treat for a med student during finals wk... although it can potentially be dangerous since it's all soo incredibly convenient. :) you can typically order cookies for pickup within 30-40 min if you choose the "asap" option, or you can select a later time or date. delivery is also pretty quick! the cookies run $12 a dozen (delivery is extra) and come in a nice white box tied up with a cute blue ribbon. the most amazing part -- what makes tiff's treats so unique -- is that they come freshly baked and still warm! they are great when eaten right away because these are the types of cookies that get kinda hard and crunchy when they cool down. i love the concept of tiff's treats and their customer service is super awesome, but i'd only give their cookies maybe 3.5 stars. they are definitely on the sweet side for me and are really buttery-tasting. i prefer a more balanced cookie (like the ones from nyc's levain bakery) that are definitely still sweet but not overkill, and stay soft for at least a day of two. but i'll take what i can get, especially if it's coming from austin. :) yay for all the austin food that's popping up in sa! recommended: white chocolate almond pb chocolate chip :] read more

This is solely based on the phone conversation with a customer care representative on March 5, 2017 @ 12:44pm, who did not want to give me her name! I called to place an order for the Huebner Oaks location, normally I go to the location in Austin or at North Star mall depending on where I am and I have always had great service and they will heat the cookies up to my desire. When I tried to place the order and asked to have them reheated and baked 10-12 minutes the woman became argumentative and insisted they have never done that for a customer and that it violates company policy! I explained I have had them done before like this and she kept talking over me and said 'absolutely not' it's company policy!' I told her forget it and I would just go to my regular location and hung up! How rude! read more
