I feel like Tiger Sugar is overhyped. I tried it about a week after it first opened and I was pretty underwhelmed. The boba tasted like it wasn't cooked enough it was soft on the outside but the inside was hard (think of day old/refrigerated boba). The drink itself was way too sweet. This is probably partially my fault for not asking for a lower sweetness level. Overall my experience here wasn't that exceptional either it was mediocre at best. Maybe I'll have better luck now that they've been open for a while. read more

Prices are higher for the size of drink. I think that the cups are smaller than other boba shops but makes up for it in taste. I got their brown sugar boba milk with pudding and it was really good. I don't mind paying the higher price if it is better. Next time I want to try the brown sugar milk tea. Didn't have an issue with the wait like others have said. I would definitely come back. read more

I came here on a Tuesday around 11:30. So happy it wasn't packed. I've never had Tiger Sugar before but have only heard great things about it. I ordered their number one. Oh...my...goodness...I think this place might have spoiled all other tea places for me! I can't begin to tell you how sweet this drink is, in the best way possible. Whatever is used in this drink, the combination of it all works so well with each other. I usually NEVER order boba pearls at all, but it came with the drink and I'll say it definitely works! I have to come back for more! The wait wasn't long and the cashiers were super friendly too! read more

The best boba in Vegas! Had the Black Sugar Boba and pearl (which are tiny boba) with cream mousse. It's so delicious! The pearls and boba are NOT undercooked, it was just the right amount. I would say they could lay off on putting too much ice, but next time I'll just order less ice. Was still great taste and texture-wise. Will come back on my next food adventure! Tasted great, but, yes, the size was way too tiny to quench any type of thirst especially on a 112° day. The inside is extremely tiny, too. Floor signs only allow 4 people inside at a time. Most likely won't be back unless bigger sizes are offered without having to pay exorbitant prices. There's a lot of competition in Vegas. read more

I've become a little bit obsessed with this place. They're consistent with their flavor so you know you'll always get exactly whatever your favorite drink is. Unlike other Milk tea shops who are never consistent and if u get the same drink there it always taste different. Best boba! ALSO the tiger pudding is to die for! yes yes yes please! I would called them every few days to check if tiger jelly are back yet and tonight is the night. My goodness, such excitement that i got 6 once again. I AM A FAN. #1 ALL THE WAY. The boba is so soft, and although their popular drink is #5, I'm not a big fan of the pearl boba mixed with the regular sized boba. It's all preference I guess, but I haven't really been satisfied with any boba shop in LV since I've moved here. Everyone is obsessed with BrewTea, but I guess I found my favorite now. There aren't that many options on the menu. It's pretty much the same drink just depending on what type of boba you want in it. However, who needs options when it's THAT good ;) read more

I am so excited Tiger Sugar has finally made its way to Vegas!! Today I tried the #1, Black Sugar Boba Milk with Cream Mousse and it was absolutely amazing. I was scared it'd be too sweet with all the brown sugar, but the balance between the milk and brown sugar boba was perfect, make sure to try it! The location is also ideal, right next to a bunch of nice restaurants so you can come here right after for dessert! Probably one of the best boba places in town for sure! read more

There are just days when it is absolutely necessary to go out of your way and drive 15 mins out for some good ole tiger sugar. Those days are most days (most especially during the lockdown due to covid). If you consider yourself a boba connoisseur, you're gonna love it. The texture is perfect and the milk tea is rich and creamy. I just wish they offered more size options for the drinks, as i could finish their standard drink size in a gulp. A dairy-free milk option would be a great addition as well since I have been raving about this place to my lactose-intolerant friends & they hate me for it. Lol! read more

It wasn't what I expected. I got the Tiger Sugar Mochi Boba. I had less than ten boba pearls in my drink, which was disappointing. They didn't make my drink in the correct size I ordered. My boyfriend was in a rush when he picked up our order and only realized when he got home that he didn't get straws. The experience was a bummer. But glad I got to try it. Although it probably won't be my go to for my next craving of boba. read more

Great product ruined by poorly/untrained staff. Waited 25 minutes for the first 3/4 drinks to get finished. Waited another 15 minutes after because they lost the fourth drink. For the amount of people working, the rate at which drinks come out is abysmal. On a bright note, probably the best black sugar milk tea I've had - definitely better than Yi Fang. read more

Delicious! #1 Black Sugar Boba with Caramel. Not too sweet, just right. The shining star was the boba, which is warmed in house. Tastes fresh, nice and chewy. The milk tea was executed nicely. I got the P1 which is the brown sugar boba + pearl + tiger pudding w/ cream for $5.75. It's one of their new series called the Pudding series. It's essentially a drink if you want to over indulge. The drink was okay and I am going to blame it that the staff were really busy because the person right before me ordered 20+ drinks. The boba was still kind of hard. The pudding was good though. This is ridiculous! This staff should be aware of how to use the gloves. Especially during Covid-19 time, I know he is on break. But he is wearing the gloves while SMOKING and SWIPING on his phone. SO GOOD. I am so glad I found this place, the best boba I have ever had. I love the texture of the big and small pearls and the creaminess. The employees are fast and efficient. They don't allow modifications, but it's ok because you won't need any. Only downside is the parking lot, it's small and the drivers make it scary. But you must try it if you haven't! read more

Saw this boba joint all over my Instagram and thought I must try this, AND the hype was real!! I ordered #1. Which was black sugar boba milk with cream mousse. My first sip almost threw me out my chair-- not literally but you know what I mean ;) it was sooo good! It wasn't too sweet where it seems like I was downing a cup of sugar, it was very well balanced and the cream mousse just gave it a umph when sipping! The boba was cooked nicely, chewy and tasted like honey. The drink itself was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff was friendly, and VERY QUICK! Would recommend!! read more

Highlights: Order #5. Just do it. Yes, they won't let you adjust anything, yes it looks super sweet, but you won't regret it! Service: The service was good! Its a smooth and relatively fast process. I was glad to see everyone wearing gloves and masks even before the pandemic got all crazy. Atmosphere: Its a very small space. Mostly for people to just pick up their drinks to go. Drinks: BLACK SUGAR BOBA & PEARL WITH CREAM MOUSSE. What do you put in these things?! It is PERFECT! Mind you, I am usually the girl that has 5 different modification to their drinks. The first time I was here I was very hesitant to try a drink that won't allow for customization, but I am glad I did. It is a sweet drink so if you don't like sweet things, then you likely won't like this drink. The sweetness is perfectly balanced without it feeling like it overly sweet dessert. The mini bobas and regular bobas are a nice mixture. I prefer it in this particular drink to give it different textures. This drink is made with FRESH MILK so if you are lactose intolerant - be aware. Price: Moderate-High $5.50/cup (This is for their fresh milk series, regular teas are around $4.50) Overall: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've been craving this every other day since its opening. I removed one star to the review for 2 reasons - a) They do not allow for phone orders so you can just pick up and go. Usually this wouldn't be too big of a deal since they are fast, but with social distancing in place I feel like they should implement such system for the safety of their customers and staff. b) The only have one size. Usually I finish this drink within 5 mins of leaving & wished they had a larger version. So management if you are reading this - we want the option of different sizes!!! read more

Different taste than Kungfu milk tea which I usually get. Unfortunately they cannot make adjustments based on personal requests. And they don't take orders via phone/app like what Kungfu tea successfully provided. Hope they can make it more convenient for customers to make order. Genuinely the worst boba shop I've ever been to. The employees were very rude and talked a lot. Not only did they mess up on the order, but half of the workers were just lounging around and talking. The menu itself was already confusing. Like the names were so excessive and for what? Like no one is going to say all that just for a black milk tea. For their most popular drinks with milk they can't adjust sweetness or ice level!!!! If a customer wants less sugar then you would put less brown sugar in the drink??? It's really not that complicated and I'm not sure why this place would value a drink recipe over customer satisfaction, especially when it's something that's this simple. Many places do this, I'm surprised there's a even boba shop that doesn't do this. I don't want your over-sweetened and bland drink, it was so terrible. We ordered multiple drinks, and they all tasted like unflavored sweet milk. Makes me wonder if it's the chain in general that sucks or just the lazy employees. Even after shaken, you get the first half of the drink being super sweet and then it has no flavor for the rest of the drink. Maybe it was the boba that was too sweet? Speaking of their boba they put mini and regular boba together in the drink. This is really weird and it's even weirder that they don't inform customers about this. They probably ran out and just threw in mini boba as a substitute for the regular, in which the customer should at least get a notice for. So many random decisions made into how these drinks are made. Their ice level is ridiculously high. Any drink you get is probably 200 ml of the drink and the rest is ice. There's a picture to show an empty drink. So disappointing. Nothing makes this place worth it and when you order be ready to sit in silence because they play no music either! Absolutely the worst boba experience of my life! Not to mention this was the first experience I've ever had with the Tiger Sugar chain in general and it's safe to say that I will never be coming back to any location again. read more

I first heard of Tiger Sugar on Facebook, and when I found out that they were opening a location here in Vegas, I knew I had to give this place a try. I was curious to see what all the hype was about! We ended up getting the black sugar boba and pearl with cream mousse which cost us $5.50 each. Our wait in line probably took us around 15 minutes and around another 10 minutes to get our drinks. We just stood up against the wall because the boba shop was very packed, and the only seating available were the benches against the wall. Service was decent. There wasn't really anything extraordinary about the servers or their service. When we finally got our drinks, I was really excited to try it out. The textures of the pearl and boba was very unique, and they were the perfect chewiness and taste, too! Probably the best boba I've ever had in a long time. The drink itself wasn't too sweet either and the taste was unique for me. However... It's definitely not something I would seek out for, but if I'm in the neighborhood, I'll most likely swing by and grab one for myself. read more

Ahh yess, Tiger Sugar on a hot summer day in Vegas super good! I love the little pearl bobas here and the jelly, sooo yummy! Unfortunately, you can't customize your order and the menu seems very confusing (LOL) but just have the cashier explain it to you if you are. The lines get super long here as well so be prepared to wait outside since they only allow 2 people in the store at a time. read more

We first had Tiger Sugar in Bangkok and loved it. We're so happy to see that they opened here in Las Vegas! We came here on opening day 3/7/2020 and the line wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. they ran out of Boba, so we got the black sugar pearl milk with cream mousse instead. The tea series are non-dairy. The franchise do have soy milk items, and we are experimenting them. Eventually we will have the black sugar soy milk series.
