TIKI is still a 5-Star restaurant! We've been there for "take out" twice in the last week. The Fish & Chips is our new heartthrob, (it's better than EZ's). The portion size is way more than I can eat in one sitting, and the flavor is hot, fresh and crispy! It comes with macaroni salad and sautéed vegetables. But they have traded the macaroni salad for french fries and still, the french fries alone are a double order! But the fish itself is the silver bullet in this dish, it truly is extraordinary. Ok if I could have have no stars I would have. I have traveled the US and ate authentic Hawaiian foods and this place is not that. It seems to be asin, Chinese or Japanese. No pineapple sauces or pineapple dishes, chicken was processed and breaded and refried to super hard to eat and the sauce they give you isn't authentic either. Then on top of all that they gave me White rice and I hate white rice and wanted fried rice brown. If you say your serving Hawaiian then be that, but to have me tell them to their faces in May 19 2026 at about 145 pm that I have never ate there and if their food was great I'd revisit..the guy taking the order said they have the best potion . Very mediocre experience, from start to finish: a very green, timid server with limited knowledge of the menu; dishes arriving inconsistently (some quite fast, others slow, and some out of order, i.e. appetizers last, etc), and acceptable but somewhat underwhelming flavors. Tiki Hawaiian straddles the gap between Hawaiian cuisine while flirting with Japanese, takes a leap, and doesn't quite stick the landing on either. I'm not sure how many other options Wenatchee has for either of these two cuisines, but in my opinion, it's always better to find a place that specializes in one thing, and does it right, than to split the difference and end up disappointed in both. We ordered from DoorDash. Food was out of this world. I've been driving past this place for years and wanting to stop. Finally ordered some food and could not have been happier. The thai chicken buns were my favorite. The buns were soooo soft and pillowy and perfect, the chicken was delicious, and the the flavors were just incredible. They have some serious spice too but so good. Then we also got the Hawaiian chicken with rice combo which my fiancé said was delicious and I got the katsu chicken and rice combo which was also very tasty!! This place is so unique! A mixture of Japanese and Hawaiian flavored food. You have to give it a try! The inside is the cutest! Decorated very nicely and the lunch rush just left when we got there. This restaurant was one of the few places to open on Christmas eve. Because of that, the restaurant was very crowded and it was a little loud. We weren't that hungry, but decided to eat anyway so we ordered a combo platter and spam musubi. Not only they have huge portion, they also have great flavor to it. I love the platter, especially the chicken teriyaki. The only down side is the beef bbq seem to be a little tough, so my husband has hard time chewing those. The spam musubi was a little plain, I wish they put the sauce inside the musubi itself, but it's not really a big deal. Service was a little slow. This is an order at the counter, seat yourself place. The owners have taken care to cutely decorated and offer a menu beyond Hawaiian BBQ to include Ramen, Taiwanese buns and Bubble Tea. The portions are generous, the service is pretty quick. We had chicken katsu (kid approved), teriyaki chicken (house curry flavor), and BBQ pork. All were good. My sister got the ramen and said it was okay. The Taiwanese buns were flavorful and worth ordering again. The tonkotsu ramen was pretty good, and you can add various extras to customize it. I had some BBQ Hawaiian rolls, which were Chinese steamed rolls with grilled chicken inside. And they have many types of bubble tea. I had an iced mocha which was overly frothy. The meal was a bit expensive. On the plus side, it was quiet during the afternoon, so I got some work done. They do a fair amount of online takeout orders. The owner is from southern China, which has some similarities with Hawaiian style, but it's definitely not your parents' tiki bar. This restaurant is located off of N. Wenatchee Ave on the West side of the river. It is conveniently located near many of the hotels in Wenatchee. Parking is free in their parking lot. Inside, there were plenty of empty seats when I went on a Friday evening around 7:30 PM. I ordered a Chicken Katsu and a Tonkotsu Ramen, both carry-out. The food came out after 25 minutes, which is a bit of a wait given how few customers there were. The Chicken Katsu tasted great. The sides that came with the Chicken Katsu included some stir-friend vegetables and macaroni salad. The rice was also hot and chewy, just the way I like it. The Tonkotsu Ramen, on the other hand, did not turn out as well. For $15, I got one slice of dried up fatty pork, some canned bamboo, dried seaweed, and some mediocre noodles in a rather bland soup base. Therefore, I would rate the food at this place as 3.5-4.0 stars, but with the long waiting time, I give this place a 3-star review. read more
