So listen...I love a place that provides parking and plenty of it! Drove up and was immediately able to park literally a few steps from the entrance. Crawfish seems to be my go-to choice these days, so I'm always looking for a place that provides some deliciously seasoned crawfish. This place fits the bill! They partner with this business called "Hot & Buttered" that has some of the best crawfish and fixings in town. Just writing about it is making my mouth water. Sooo good! Don't just take my word for it though. Go see for yourself! Now it did take a lil minute to be ready, but in all fairness, they had a pretty decent amount of orders ahead of mine. Other than that, the drinks here are good, strong, and well priced. The vibe is chill and laid paid. Just don't sit next to a group of guys who've had too much to drink and get annoyed like I did. Check this place out!

I found this place on accident. I was planning to go to the seafood boil place next door but after seeing the tiki huts with swings and all the people having a good time inside tikilas I had to stop by. It was a Sunday night and the astros were playing so there were groups watching the game and the bar had drink specials. I got the ocean water frozen which was on special for the game for $6 or $7. It was so tasty but very sugary. Also got a shot of patron for $11. We sat at the bar and the Dj played a wide range of music we enjoyed and danced to. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive. They have water stations for humans and dogs so you don't have to wait for a bartender for that. Indoor and outdoor seating and can enjoy the food from the seafood place (hot and buttered) or the taco truck outside. I'll be back! PS: they have a small parking lot (free) that was almost full when I arrived.

This place has the greatest theme. Made me feel like I was in a far-off oasis even though it was cold! They lit the torches and fire pits, which made things more comfortable. Idk what happened that day it seemed as if the bar tender may have been overwhelmed that day. She did make some bangin tiki torches tho! There was no food but they have pop ups that sell different foods throughout the week... maybe an excuse to come back and try other things there while playing Jenga or cornhole! Just a quick tip they added gratuity to the tab automatically

I see some 1 star reviews here and while that sucks, I can at least say my experience here was 5 stars! I believe Blake was our bartender. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to take too many pics, but I definitely enjoyed the vibe and drinks (on a late Sunday afternoon). Upon walking in, there are a few food trucks outside and the outdoor area was charming! There's tiki hut style seating and swings. You can order from the lil window outside. It was too warm so we went inside. I didn't think it was a sit-down establishment... So my friend and I just went straight to the bar and ordered drinks. Found ourselves a booth and sat. There were promo gals passing out refreshing infused vodka and everyone was friendly. If I needed another drink, I just went to the bar, no big deal. It's a bar/lounge, not full service restaurant. I see that there's a strict dress code policy and no Crocs allowed (per previous reviews). Not sure about the reasoning behind that, but I came very casual and had Vans on. A good chill place for cocktails especially once the weather gets cooler outside.

Frozen Mojito was a yummy quencher for a hot summer day.

Super cool indoor/outdoor venue with great drinks & food! From smooth cocktails to frozen boozy treats, there's a good variety to sip & enjoy while you lounge in a cozy booth, stretch out on a bench, or kick your legs on the swing set. We came for the boil - crawfish , shrimp & crab are cooked well, flavored with a rich herb & butter sauce. Other casual menu options are available too, like tacos, hot dogs, egg rolls, and fries. The island vibes make you forget you're in the heart of Houston! Awesome, laid back spot to hang out.

Great staff, incredible decor, bomb crawfish and drinks... but the bees are a little bothersome.

The staff was very friendly and were happy to make suggestions or answer questions. As we sipped on our cocktails, we played pool and darts (bring quarters for the pool table). We played for awhile and then decided to order a burger off the happy hour menu (and it came with tots). We were able to select whichever burger we wanted which was really nice. Soon, we ordered another round of drinks but all switched up what we ordered to try something new. These drinks were great as well! The place was pretty empty when we arrived with there being a small party at a table. Notables there were dirty plates left on a table for quite a bit. Reviews stated that they offer $10 Carajillos starting at 10pm and both Yelp and Google Maps showed them open until midnight. We showed up just a couple of minutes past 10pm to find active construction underway inside. There was a gentleman working on the flooring, furniture being disassembled and lots of construction equipment outside. The seeming owner or manager reassured us to come in, however as soon as we took a seat we learned that they closed at 10pm. Ironically there was a young man assembling a large sign that states "open until 10pm" to prop outside. The bartender offered to make us a drink and since we had driven here just for this spot (I would call it a coffee shop and not really a bar), we agreed. The Carajillos were $15 and sadly, batched. Disappointing for a cocktail with only about two ingredients. We asked if they could add an orange peel garnish but unfortunately they were out. Definitely a one and done. Will not be back.

They have a small indoor area and a huge outdoor area with couches and benches. The patio is great when the weather is nice, though they have fans and heaters depending on the season. The drinks weren't bad and I think they have a nice selection of cocktails to choose from. The rundown for bingo: It was supposed to start at 7pm, but I don't think we started until almost 7:30. Not sure if that's normal or if it was just that night. They'll make an announcement for you to go grab a bingo board from designated spots and it was quite a fight to get a board, which is one per person. I think we played a total of 5-6 rounds with breaks in between and each round is a different goal (e.g. regular bingo, making an X, blackout, etc) with a different prize and the prizes gradually get bigger. Since the tables were all full, lots of people were either sitting around the stage, or on the turf, or standing on the back patio. Parking was super crowded. They have a lot which was definitely filled so I had to resort to street/neighborhood parking. They made announcements that if you park at the establishment next door you WILL get towed (they had tow trucks coming in the whole night I feel)

I wasn't too impressed the first time, and this visit certainly confirmed my initial thoughts. For La Lucha's Happy Hour, you get a choice between 2 types of oysters ($1.50 each). These were great - do this on a weekday before 6pm and you should be able to grab a table without a reservation. Barely even after we started eating the oysters, the waitress was already asking if we wanted to order more, instead of allowing us to just enjoy our food without interruptions. The menus they gave at our table were inconsistent and had different menu items. I had to ask for clarification if the redfish was on the menu since it wasn't on two of the three menus given to us. So, quality control was a miss. Rest of the menu... is limited. Everything was so greasy, from the fried chicken, the redfish, and shrimp tacos. * Red fish with pecans - 6/10. The fish did not taste like it was seasoned with salt. It was well cooked, not dry at all, but it lacked any sort of seasoning aside from the butter and pecans on top. * Shrimp Tacos - 4/10. I think I prefer Taco Bell over this one. The shell was greasy, not crisp (felt like it was stale), and I was confused with the combination of American Cheese and shrimp. They also added hot sauce or spicy salsa in the tacos - so a warning if you can't handle spice (not mentioned on the menu). * Half Fried Chicken - 5/10. The chicken was moist. Been here once before and it was quite dry, so I'm glad this was cooked well. You get 2 thighs, a wing, and a drumstick (4pc). Again, there was a lack of any seasoning on the chicken itself & the exterior. Sadly, the sauce that we picked was not the best either - oyster mayo. It would've been nice to try the others, but the half order came with one sauce. The seasonal jam that was available was the peach jam. It went well with the biscuits (half order comes with 2 biscuits, any extra is $1.50). For my people who get cold in restaurants, I would recommend bringing a light jacket since they turn the A/C up.
