staff is super friendly and location is easy to find. a bunch of tables and chairs so the dining area is decent. i like the gyro wrap more than the chicken tikka masala fries. the fries are good but i cannot keep eating it because everything is so overwhelming. i wish there were more chicken pieces and sauce.

Located inside the Victoria gardens food hall by the north covered parking structure on Main Street. A fast one stop shop to please everyone's tastebuds. From the main entrance walk straight back and it'll be to the right side. Friendly service! At the time we were first in line.. after we ordered there were three more people behind us ready to order. The staff was only one person so she was hustling to get orders prepared. Our food didn't take too long. It had a nice flavor to it. Unique spices to biriani very tasty. My meal came with a side salad which added a perfect balance to my dish. I would definitely come back to try more of their menu. Plenty of indoor seating areas for large groups. Would definitely recommend for cheaper eats, on the go or where little ones can have some extra room to roam.

I went into the food hall hungry and when I saw this restaurant it looked promising but there was no one staffing this counter. Looks vacant even though product was on the counter. Apparently they don't want the business. Same thing with Elephant Thai next door- a ghost town.

The gentleman at the counter also prepared our food. The lamb was tasty as was the masala. The salad dressing and the dipping sauce for the samosas weren't so great. I went back and asked for the tamarind sauce. A little disappointed that it came in a plastic packet. I would have much preferred a vinaigrette on the salad. He was kind enough to hook us up with garlic on our naan bread. Meals are made to order so they do take time. It's in a food court so there's not much to say about the ambience of the place.

Located in the food court of Victoria Gardens mall, this spot is a good option for lunch, with delicious food and excellent customer service. However, my one complaint is the portion size of the meat. I ordered fries with meat, but the amount was so minimal it hardly felt like a meat dish. My husband felt the same about his food order, so it wasn't just me. For the price we paid, we expected more generous portions, especially since the dishes are marketed as meat plates.

Located in the food court in Victoria Gardens. I really wanted to try their curry fries. When I went, there was only one guy working and he was pretty quick when it came to my order and I saw him finishing someone else's order past the close time! Curry fries 3/5: I really wanted to like this more. The fries itself was so crispy and light but the curry was missing something. It wasn't that flavorful, I look the left over home and added more spices to it. For $10, I think i could get better.

Beef gryo - Really yummy! Lamb biryani - Nice amount of spicy, good flavors. However, there was barely ANY lamb. And at $16, that wasn't worth it. Side salad was nice. Chicken tikka bowl - Delicious! I really enjoyed this. Other thoughts: -We often like to get our Asian dishes rice-less and we just use mixed veggies or something from home as a healthier base. Unfortunately, Tikka said they didn't have an option to give the tikka curry without rice. -Yelp says this place has just one $ sign, but of our three dishes, only one was less than $10 (a penny less). Our total check to feed 3 people was $41.

So I've been a customer here ever since their location in Claremont and I have to say the chicken tikka masala is extremely tasty. Call me a picky eater but I've been around to multiple indian cuisines and the curry here has just the right consistency that it melts in your mouth and just really hits that spot when you're craving indian food. Also highly recommend the chicken tikka masala fries! 10/10. read more

Food is just like New York! It's delicious and the workers are very friendly. I had a chicken Gyro and the Masala Fries. Both were absolutely delicious. The Gyro is in on a pita bread with all the toppings and Greek sauce. The fries were covered in chicken, Greek sauce and a very very very delicious Curry sauce. Absolutely worth, this place should be pack with this quality of food. A+++ read more

The men working there were very rude to me when I was asking questions. Just their attitudes alone would make me want to never return. Too bad too would have loved to try the food. No one recorded him on Facebook or go off on a rant. Just asked for my money back from the guy and he got in with an attitude when I started talk to the other person. All he had to say was okay instead of starting to argue. I took a picture of their business name so I knew to review the right business. That is all. By your lack of respect in the reply tells me all I need to know about you as a business owner. Thank you for your time and for reading the review. The stars are for the fast service, great customer service and the fact that they are halal. The food was not what we expected. I hate to write anything less than 4 stars for a halal restaurant but this is verrrrry food court-esque. We got the mint lemonade, which was not fresh squeezed lemonade even though I asked and was told it was. We got a grilled chicken salad which was ok. The gyro platter which was ok, the fries needed salt and were not the greatest. And the biryani was not biryani. It was just a white rice mixed with a chicken curry and stirred together. The guy working was nice and the food was ok. But I don't think we'll try it again. : / read more

Tasted like a microwave dinner. Bland, with whole bitter spices, and damp rice with no flavor. The chicken tikka masala was basically mush with tiny tuna-consistency pieces of chicken. Wasn't expecting much but this was a really disappointing experience and we could not get through our meals. read more

Very very goo and fresh! The guys working today was super friendly and kind. We ordered the Tikka Chicken bowl, Beef Bowl, Veggie samosas and mint lemonade. Sooo good!!! Chicken Tikka- rice and chucked were perfectly seasoned. Very light! Great for someone who is watching calories. Beef Bowl- rich and very very tender. You can tell they took the time to simmer the beef until fork ready. Sauce was something I could eat with anything :) Samosas- light and delicious as they should be. 3.5 stars. One cannot live on hot dogs on a stick or orange chicken alone, so it's nice to see Indian spot Tikka arrive at this food court. Around $10 gets you a bowl filled with rice and either chicken or veggies. They don't skimp on their portions at Tikka and I'm pretty stuffed afterwards. I like their vegetarian dishes chana masala (garbanzo beans) and daal masala (yellow lentils), while my wife is a fan of their chicken tikka masala. The samosas aren't bad, either. Unfortunately, there's been a little inconsistency with my bowls; more than once my bowl has been overly salted. Also, the service here is S-L-O-W. Maybe they're making things from scratch, maybe they're short staffed, but I can't imagine coming here on a lunch break when time is of essence. Thankfully, I've only eaten here during dinner when my wife and I are not in a rush, but it's been a 15-20 minute wait every time. Ugh. I'd rather eat here than at food court mainstays like Sbarro, so I'll probably be back. And if Tikka watches the salt and cuts down on the wait time, I'll bump up my rating. read more

If I only deal with Ana, I would give this eatery 5 stars. The young man however is rude and makes customers very uncomfortable with his outlandish behavior and cocky attitude. I'd order frequently from this place but rather pay 3x more at Koyla to avoid his demeaning character. Ana rocks and is quite the chef with a pleasant attitude too. Start your own business Ana. I was craving Indian food specifically Biryani and this restaurant popped up. Not too far from where I was game here for a quick take out. It's located in the food courts of Victoria Gardens and parking is plenty full. The restaurant is not as busy so waiting for your food should be a breeze. I ordered the Lamb Biryani and a Garlic Naan. The Lamb Biryani was tasty with the lamb being super tender and juicy. However the rice had too much cardamom and bay leaves taste to it. But overall the dish was good. The meat and rice ratio was pretty good. If you're in the area and want something quick and tasty but different I would recommend this restaurant. read more

Food is so delish. I ordered 3 entrees and they are all so tasty with great flavors. My roommate can't believe that I got this from a food court. The staff are also great, they were able to speak about their menu and give me recommendations. I will surely be back to try more of their other selections. My only feed back is the basmati rice is not as fluffy as it should be. But other than that we're a very satisfied customer. read more

Fast food indian place! Great food, great service. We always get the paneer and chole wraps. They make it good, very tasty, very flavorful also upon request they make it spicy. Not sure how this place manages high ratings. Finally came back around to give this place another try. More disappointed than before. Higher prices. Smaller servings. Watered down sauce. I've had better frozen Trader Joe's meals. This place use to be SO good. I don't mind paying higher prices, smaller quantities, just don't change up in the quality of the food. read more

I've eaten plenty of Indian food over last 20 years. Sadly to say the food was 'so so', worst part was when I ordered two servings of 'Potato Samosas', all the guy did was fry frozen 'MINI samosas' (bite size party samosas). You can get a bag of 50 mini samosas in any Indian grocery store for $7. Each serving is supposed to be 3 samosas - here too they gave us only 5. These guys are sneaking, unethical and worst they serve bad food. AVOID them..! read more

Yesterday was my first time going and never really had Indian food before but Saeed was so helpful and explained everything to me and helped me understand the menu more. After the owner changed, food sucked. Who the hell refry old fries to people? I ordered chicken tikka fries and wish I never did. Fries taste old and burnt and chicken is not fresh. The sauce is bland and lacks flavor. read more

This place is a hidden gem! I had the tikka masala, which was absolutely delicious! Even the "mild" was a little on the spicy side for me, so definitely get a sample before ordering if you're not into spicy foods. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other items. read more

We were greeted by Mariah who was our server. She was friendly and super helpful. She was knowledgeable about the food and drinks and helped us choose. She provided amazing service and is the gold standard for customer service in a restaurant. We ordered some drinks and I had the Peach Please and my fiancé had La Nina Fresa. Both of the drinks were refreshing and delicious. They were also strong but we didn't mind it and enjoyed it. We ordered quite a bit of food. We started with the burnt end fundido and the fried corn riblets. They were both delicious. We truly enjoyed the corn riblets a bit more. That corn was full of flavor. We also had the waygu carne asada with corn bread and the mac n cheese. The carne asada was tender. I do feel like it needed a little bit more seasoning or salt but just a touch. The corn bread was good but wish it came with butter or honey butter. Other than that it was delicious. My fiancé had The Oak burger and it was one of the best burgers we had. The fries were delicious and crispy just how we like them. The mac N cheese was one of the better ones we have ever had. The restaurant itself is really nice and beautiful in there. It made me want to stay in there and hang out for a while. I loved the way it looked in there especially all the animals with the glasses on. Mariah you killed it! Thank you for an amazing experience. We will be back.

However, I was denied this request because we were told it had to be the same for the whole table. So if I wanted medium-rare and my friend wanted med-well they could not accommodate. I've never heard a steakhouse say that. Absolutely baffled. We all went with medium as a result. Inside is nice, but nothing mind blowing. There were a few bugs flying around but we were closer to the outside seating/door. Food was enjoyable. - Ribeye & shrimp duo: shrimp was standard but the ribeye was very good and enjoyable - house salad: nothing special. Stated it would have avocado but not one in sight on anyone that ordered it - flatbread: decent, enjoyable - butter cake: massive big boy. Was nice but definitely shareable Staff was typically friendly, but noticing small things like knife placement was incorrect, side of serving food, slow refills on water/soft drinks, and never taking our orders could definitely be improved on. I think since we had multiple waiters come by, so they may have gotten confused with our party? The food was enjoyable but no avocado in the house salad was a bummer. Shrimp was standard and nothing special. The steak was the best and the butter cake enjoyable. I would come back just for the food but there could be improvements for sure! The sweetness of the wood-grilled corn paired beautifully with the smoky bacon and sharp cheddar, while the lime, sour cream, and chives added a bright finish. Summer on a flatbread. Mom and I had the Summer Corn Soup. It was pure comfort in a bowl. Creamy, rich, and packed with sweet wood-grilled corn flavor, with bacon and chives adding just the right amount of savory balance. Robin tried the Garden Tomato Soup. Velvety and full of fresh tomato flavor, topped with parmesan croutons and micro basil. Rich, satisfying, and highly craveable. For my entrée, I ordered the Wood-Grilled Kona Crusted Lamb Loin. The lamb was exceptionally tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The Kona coffee crust adds a distinctive depth of flavor that I absolutely love, especially paired with the herb butter and Yukon mashed potatoes. I substituted green beans for the asparagus, which made for a great combination. My wife isn't a fan of the coffee crust, but then again she insists coffee tastes like ashes, so take that for what it's worth. Robin had the Rotisserie Half Chicken, which was another winner. The grilled lemon-honey glaze added a touch of sweetness and brightness to the perfectly cooked chicken, while the French green beans, tomatoes, and wild rice pilaf rounded out the plate beautifully. Incredibly juicy and flavorful. Mom enjoyed the Wild Alaska Salmon. It showcased the season perfectly. Served over white rice and topped with a charred tomato broth, it was accompanied by a colorful summer succotash featuring corn, green beans, red peppers, edamame, and toybox tomatoes. Fresh, filling, and packed with flavor. A standout side was the Street Corn Skillet. Sweet roasted corn, wood-grilled red and poblano peppers, chili-lime butter, cotija cheese, and chives combined for a dish that was hard to stop eating. The smoky peppers elevated the sweetness of the corn and tied everything together. Unfortunately, we had no room left for Seasons 52's famous mini desserts, a rare occurrence. Outstanding service, beautifully prepared seasonal dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere made for another memorable dining experience. If you haven't visited lately, the summer menu is definitely worth checking out.

I came here to eat while I visited the mall today because I love Mediterranean food, and as a chef it's one of my favorite cuisines to prepare and enjoy. I got the lamb tacos, which is a pita wrap with different lamb, veggies, and sauce inside. The lamb was so gross I couldn't eat much of it. Lamb is a delicacy in my opinion and to serve it the way I had it today is a shame. It was obvious that the lamb is not cooked to order and frozen. Not to mention the service took forever, the cashier stated 10 minutes but it turned into over 20, and I never received an extra side of garlic sauce like I asked for when I placed my order. Not a good experience at all and would never eat here again. read more

came here last week i showed up at 11:30am and i waited 15 minutes for the guy to finally acknowledge my existence i realized he was on the phone the whole time and while waiting i over heard him saying how he didn't want to work there(get it together man!) i ordered the chicken tikka masala fries and a mint lemonade the food was good except there being full mint leaves in my drink. this place has the potential to be amazing if they could get there employees together. worst service i have ever received! read more

This is one of my favorite curry places to eat. The chicken masala curry bowl is excellent. The employees are very kind and care alot about their customers. From there mint lemonade and mango lassi which are very surprising in taste when i first had the both of them. The mango lassi is very smooth and the mint lemonade was very interesting and i didn't know what to expect. I am very pleased with there food and customer satisfaction. read more
