Service is great, it's super busy and not very clean. My flight was delayed and while I appreciate the service I received, the chairs are not comfortable & as I said it's not clean. I spend a lot of time in airports and wouldn't return to this place.

It has some nice decor, including a wall fountain by the hostess desk, extra large windows looking out where you can see the planes, a bar, TVs playing sports and plenty of dining areas. We ordered the FIRE BURGER, which comes with Queso, Roasted Green Chilies and Chipotle Aioli. It was NOT spicy at all. The green chilies were diced, maybe equivalent to one green chili!! TRUFFLE BURGER comes with Roasted Mushrooms, Brie Cheese, Organic Greens (spring mix) and Truffle Aioli. There were barely any mushrooms on the burger, which were basically just small button mushrooms. I wasn't sure they were fresh mushrooms because they were so small. Or they cooked them too long. I had to move a few of them to the front of burger so you could see them in the picture. You could not tell there was truffle in the aioli. And, there was barely any brie cheese on there. The burgers were decent. Warm NOT hot!! The fries were crispy though. Both were $22. The names of the burgers don't match them at all!! We probably won't go back.

I was so impressed with how quickly the food came out! Especially being at the airport you're usually pushing it for time. Fries were the best part. Delicious! My burger was pretty good. They cooked it well. I didnt like the sweet sauce on my burger though. I'm not a sweets girl. We also ordered a steak salad. They were not stingy with their steak which was great. Would have liked a little more flavor on the steak. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Nice vibe for a quick airport spot

Best airport wings ever! Buffalo and Habenairo sauce!

Food at the airport is always a 50-50 shot in the dark. I have to say this time the shot in the dark turned out really good. Timberline had great service good food and I was able to watch a game while I waited for my flight. I think no, I know, these were the best chicken wings I have ever had in an airport matched with an ice cold beer and people that before my beer was empty were asking if I would like to have another one. What can you really ask for in an airport. Food that superseded expectations? Beer that has ice cold.? people that are warm and friendly? Definitely a spot I will hit as I pass through the Denver airport again. Thank you to everyone at the Timebrline Steaks and Grille

    2 hour layover. Why not

We came here during a layover to fly back home. The waitress was very friendly. We were seated pretty quickly and our food came out quick and fresh! I got their nachos and it was huge! I had to share there was so much. My husband and daughter got their burger and they both really enjoyed it. So glad we found this restaurant and had a nice view of planes coming in and out while we waited.

The service was great? I was in and out in under 30 minutes. There wasn't a long wait 1st thing in the morning. The coffee was too strong. Two creams for a regular cup and it was still dark. The food was just ok; eggs over easy were runny. It felt expensive. Bread was additional at $4.50 for toast or English Muffin.

    Mile high sandwich
    Arielle W.

Walked up during dinner rush and had to wait about 20 minutes but it was so worth it. The mile high sandwich is so good and the sweet potato tots were amazing. Food was hot and fresh and service was friendly and quick. The only weird thing was that the drinks didn't have ice.

    Teira R.

This spot is pretty decent for airport food. The cocktail especially was delicious. The Truffle burger was a bit dry and the sweet potato tots were overcooked. Service is excellent, they were so friendly and attentive. But the food couple be a bit more seasoned.

Stopped at this place randomly, this is at the airport. Their menu is PRICEY!! But I was hungry and already sat down.. took them 10-15 mins to come order my drink. Of course every place cards when you order an alcoholic drink, but they took my license to "scan it"?? Not sure if that's a Colorado thing, but I've never heard of such a thing. He took my license and walked away, came back another 5-10 mins later with my drink and my license. To me, that's not good, if you need to legit scan it, it needs to be done at the table in front of me, I don't know what you're doing with my license. My waiter was always no where to be found, I had to keep approaching the bartender or ask the people seating tables to make a request. The worst service! The food tasted really good and the drinks were good as well. But the service was terrible. The food was still not worth the cost IMO. I seen people sit down with the menu, after a few minutes, got up and walked away. I would have done the same, had I know. The service would be this terrible. (The bar service was way better than table service). But I won't come back again

Great place to eat with a view to watch plane landing. They have a large menu to pick from. Food id tasty with a reasonable price. The service was fast. It is noisy but tolerable. The hot wings were literally hot and spicy. Love those. The trout almondine was excellent. Definitely will come back for more.

2024: Wish they still participated in Priority Pass. Portions have gotten smaller but are still delicious. Plenty of seating and servers are kind. 2019: Very friendly service, meal was served quickly and was delicious (miso salmon). Will be back when I pass through again.

Shrimp and Grits - so good.
    Brian M.

Great find. Selective menu, great selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Food is top notch - they even serve Elk Medallions! I opted for the Face Down Brown draft and shrimp and grits. So good - grits were thick and tasty - shrimp was grilled to perfection. A dash of Cholula hot sauce - ah. Ready for my flight home.

Denver,CO. Here we are again at DIA, looking for some dinner that just might taste good. We ended up here because I liked the word "Grille". The menu includes pricey steaks and burgers. We went with the pricey burgers which were very good but nothing at all special. The buns were thick and bready, you could probably enjoy the burger much more by simply removing the top bun. The Fireburger is puzzling. There is absolutely no fire nor is there any cheese. Skip this one. The sweet potato tots were an excellent variant of the familiar tot. A few go a long way though, quite filling. All of the waitstaff was hustling and getting everyone seated, served, and out of there in an efficient, yet friendly manner. They deserve a generous tip in spite of the overpriced food.

Ask the Community - Timberline Steaks & Grille

I have PriorityPass via AMEX and was told they no longer honor AMEX members. What's the deal?

Amex no longer supports restaurant benefits. You will either have to get different credit card or pay for food.

Are the lunch/dinner menus available all day?

Lunch menu begins at 10:45 am

    Hours of operation a error?

    According to their website: Daily, 6 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

I have a Priority Pass from my Chase Sapphire Reserve card. I have 13 other people tagging along with me (we're all traveling to Iceland that same day). Does anyone know if I can bring all of my guest in and each person is credited $28?

That's the kind of habit that will have priority pass changing their rules. Please don't abuse it just because there's no rule that states otherwise.

I hear this location is closing down for renovation. Any projected close date yet?

No, it is not closed. We visited for lunch yesterday and asked about their rumored closing. The smoking lounge should be closed today but the restaurant should be open for a while, maybe forever.

Does it open on Christmas Day, Dec 25th?

    Yes!

She was warm, hilarious, knowledgeable, and just genuinely fun to be around. By the end of dinner, I felt like I wanted to be friends with her. She took such amazing care of us, but what I especially loved was how much she shared about the restaurant. She explained how the team trains for fine dining, what goes into the different roles, and how everything works behind the scenes. It was fascinating and made us appreciate the experience even more. I absolutely LOVED her. Joanna, one of the managers, also spent some time at our table and was so kind and gracious. We actually had multiple managers stop by throughout the evening to make sure we were happy, and you could tell that level of attention wasn't just reserved for us. There is an incredible amount of staff working throughout the restaurant, and everyone seems completely focused on making each guest feel taken care of. I had the filet flight, which was SUCH a fun way to order steak. You get to try three different filets side by side, and I loved being able to actually taste the differences between them and compare favorites. Every dish that came to our table was delivered by a chef who explained what we were eating and how it was prepared, which made dinner feel like an experience rather than just a meal. Guard and Grace is definitely a special-occasion splurge, but they absolutely deliver on making it feel special. Between the atmosphere, the attention to detail, the incredible food, and especially Sarah, our girls' night felt like a whole event. I would 100% go back, and when I do, I'm requesting Sarah. Overall, we had a great time! We found easy street parking nearby, as well. My only downside would be that, because this restaurant is so popular, there are lots of diners, which makes for a pretty loud atmosphere. We already booked our next dinner date for a few months out to try their other menu items. Omg and save room for dessert. The list is stacked!!! The crab cakes and bacon wrapped scallops were both phenomenal as well.

I was so impressed that the steak came with vegetables, a choice of potato style (I ordered the twice baked which was so good!) and a salad or soup. The drinks were tasty. There are seasonal specials as well as classic cocktails. A bonus was that our waiter was a lot of fun. This place has been around for decades and it's so nice to see how popular it still is! I LOVE the neon sign in the front of the restaurant. We liked the main floor seating because it had an open and classic vibe. We look forward to returning to this flash from the past! Free parking is available in back of the restaurant.

Yuzu Cake - fantastic texture and taste Lava Cake - was giving off unusual banana notes Definitely a place that I will return. Valet parking available as well as meter and further free street parking.

Beef tartare was close behind, finely diced and well-seasoned. The guacamole was fresh and chunky, the prawns had a nice char, and the Amarillo ceviche brought a bright, citrusy heat from the aji amarillo peppers that balanced beautifully against the cool, tender fish. But the real highlight of the night was the steaks. My skirt steak was cooked perfectly, well-charred outside and tender inside, paired with the potatoes three ways, crispy, creamy, and roasted, each with its own texture and seasoning. Even better was the tomahawk ribeye, flambéed tableside in mezcal, a great bit of theater with a smoky, slightly sweet flame that infused the meat. I got lucky enough to try a bite. Rich, buttery, and delicious with heavy rosemary. A real treat. Service was a bit spotty for our group. I won't go into details, but our server disappeared for long stretches and it took a long time to finally get our entrees. This was likely because of our specific server.

The establishment has a fun vibe and is tastefully decorated. The live dj was fun to watch and listen to. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and even the wine list. They made great recommendations for food and drink pairings. They were very attentive and friendly throughout our whole visit. The bread that is provided as a starter was light and fluffy. It came with a great whipped butter and olive oil. I ordered the lobster pasta and it was amazing. It was a little spicy for me, but the tomatoes added freshness to the bite. They added a lot of lobster so the price felt fitting. My partner got the Australian steak. The meat was very tender and perfectly cooked. We also got the Brussel sprout which were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. We ordered a chocolate lava cake for dessert which was delicious. The cake was moist and melty on the inside. The berries and ice cream added a lot of flavor and freshness to it. They validated our parking for the garage next door which was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our visit here

Visited STK Steakhouse on 7/26/26. The ambiance was great, and the DJ created a fun atmosphere with…read moregood music. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. We ordered fried calamari, a medium-rare steak with fries and Brussels sprouts, four cocktails, and bottled still water. The service got off to a bad start. When our appetizer arrived, the waiter failed to notice that we had no utensils. After about five minutes of trying to get our waiter's attention, another server stopped by. In a joking way, I asked her to "try the calamari," hoping she'd realize we were missing utensils. Instead, she reached toward the food with her hand. I stopped her and pointed out that we didn't have any silverware. Her response was that calamari is "finger food" and should be eaten by hand. That's not the level of service I'd expect from an upscale restaurant charging premium prices. Things only got worse. Our waiter then refilled our glasses with tap water without asking, mixing it with the bottled water we had ordered. The steak, ordered medium-rare, arrived cooked closer to medium-well. The cocktails were also underwhelming--at $33 each, they were tiny, packed with ice, and felt more like a shot than a proper cocktail. Overall, STK is an overpriced, overhyped restaurant that doesn't deliver the quality or service its prices suggest. While the atmosphere was enjoyable, it wasn't enough to make up for the poor service, mishandled food and drinks, and disappointing meal. I won't be returning. Next day went to EDGE at 4 Seasons-amazing food and service.
