Service was all over the board. (Sat at the bar). Bloody Mary served in a glass straight out of a dishwasher (drink was literally on the hot side and had to choke it down). First, let me say that for airport food, this wasn't bad. That said, it also wasn't good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. There were a good selection of beers on tap, I had a double dunkel that was good and went well with my burger. I got the pub burger and my wife got the fire burger. Located in Terminal C, it's one of the few sit-down spots to eat. I connect through Denver quite often, so this is easy to find and convenient. The service is typically friendly and efficient. And the food is airport food. I forgot to go with meat on this visit (it is billed as a steakhouse) and opted for eggs since it was 9am. The eggs and 'home fries' looked and tasted like they emerged from a microwave. But the sausage and fruit cup were tasty. Coffee was also good. I encountered one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen in a restaurant at the Timberline Grille. I was there on March 23 2025 and it still makes my stomach turn to think about it. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a cup of black coffee. I was tired after an early morning flight and so I drank about 1/4 of my coffee without looking at it. When I glanced at the cup of coffee I had been drinking I saw that it was filled with garbage!!!!!! There were empty plastic creamer containers and empty sugar packets!!! I don't even want to imagine what else may have been in the cup I had been drinking from. I thought this waitress was going to think I put that in there myself as part of a scam or something because I could not think of any way the garbage could have gotten in to my cup. It was beyond bizarre and disgusting. I showed the waitress. She did not appear to be even slightly surprised. She explained to me that the dishwasher did not always clean out the cups! While I'm not THE definition of a foodie, I like to eat delicious, fresh and healthy food. When our flight was delayed we decided to stop in here to grab a big lunch. Our party of six was SHOCKED at the quality of the food, the portion sizes and the service! We expected rubbery chicken and only unhealthy options. What we received was a juicy chicken breast atop quinoa, kale, edamame, and pepitas with a delicious miso vinaigrette.. A lean, beautifully shredded pulled pork sandwich with hot, crispy French fries... and nachos that were stacked high with a seared chicken breast, shredded (real) cheddar cheese, flavorful guacamole, and cold creamy sour cream. Darce was our server and from the get-go he was fabulous - attentive, read our style and speed and never missed a beat. He belongs in a 5-star restaurant in downtown Denver! I like to have steak with my travels and looked up Timberline in advance. No line we were seated right away. I saw Shrimp and grits on the menu and decided to go with it. The shrimps were skewered and lightly grilled. A good spicy kick. The creamy grits were more like polenta, good but a small serving. Still, not bad for airport food. read more

Had 2 hours to kill while waiting for our flight back to Sac, so we found Timberline Steaks & Grille. Getting seated right away was a huge plus! I ordered the nachos, and added steak. I figured the steak would be good because this is a steakhouse. The queso and black bean sauce was so good! Overall my food was fantastic! Darce, our server was awesome! He helped me upgrade my drink to a double which was the best decision made this morning. My wife's food was delicious. She ordered the Caesar salad and wings. With all the great dining options at DIA makes me wonder how places like the timberline can stay in business. Stopped in for breakfast on a flight out of town and was less than happy with our meal. Most items including my scrambled eggs had been sitting on warming plates in the back with very few of our items being made to order. Double that with airport prices makes this a less than desirable place to eat. Root Down is right across the concourse and would recommend heading that way for a meal. read more

It's hard to justify a $21.00 cheese burger. It came with seasoned fries which were hot . The reason I paid that much was because I was at the airport. Our flight was delayed today and we were on the hunt for some grubbage!! Haven't been thru the Denver Terminal in YEARS so in exploring came across this little bar n Grill tucked away amongst the busy terminal shops and Eating houses. The hostess was super cool and sat us down prompt-like, we asked to sit up against the wall where they have comfy booth seats facing into the eatery. The hubs and I both needed to get some work done, and It wasn't crowded at all so we didn't think it would be an issue for us to put two small tables together so we could whip out our laptops.... No sooner did we do that when some random server came up n told us they didn't "LIKE" for us to do this Well we ALMOST walked out!! Then our AWESOME server Shwan came to the rescue n told us that he would let manager know that we needed to do some work so they would allow it Well I'm SO GLAD WE STAYED!!! Dre was our server and he did an excellent job serving us, checking to see if everything was good, and brought our check promptly. It's one of those things where you're in a pinch for food at the airport and if you're looking for friendly service or service with a smile, this probably ain't it. This is one of those times where when you pass a restaurant you just keep walking and look for something else. Typically one starts breakfast with a cup of coffee. On the table is an artificial coffee creamer which I didn't really want but when I asked for half-and-half, I was told in a curt manner that "the creamer on the table is all we have." Then to top that off I had to ask for a 2nd cup. And then there is the breakfast, which was nothing short of horrible. It's called the Egg Breakfast, and it's two eggs, any style, seasoned home fries, and your choice of bacon or sausage. My disappointment started when the plate arriving at my table contained cubed French fried potatoes, not home fries. I will never understand anyone believing that french fries and home fries are synonymous. If I want french fries with my breakfast, I'll ask for them. Initially, the eggs looked pretty good until I started eating them with a spoon because guess what. Bread not included. Now I ask you, if you're paying $15 for an egg breakfast are you gonna order à la carte toast to go with it? I'm not sure I understand how I was supposed to eat my over easy eggs so I asked for a spoon. I complained to the manager and was told that she would take care of it, so I am assuming that I will get a new revised check with no charge for that thing they called breakfast. I'm still waiting. Extortion for trash food! I understand that you've got us trapped here in this god-forsaken airport, and with that comes additional cost for the restaurant which is then passed upon the customers. But this is egregiously overpriced and the food is down right bad. A cup of chili was the star of the show and it was just fine until I saw it was $10! lol cmon man! $16 for a bowl of lettuce (Caesar salad) But the worst was the nachos. Pay an additional $3 for the scraps they trimmed off their steaks. Without any embellishment, the meat was about 50% fat and gristle.
