Let's just say this was not the experience I was hoping for. Yes, the decor is beautiful. the floral walls, the vibe, the aesthetic, all very Instagram-friendly. But that's pretty much where the good part ended. From the start, the service was slow and honestly, pretty rude. When I ordered my martini, the waiter asked what vodka I wanted (totally normal) but when I said Tito's, he literally made a face and said "eww." Not exactly the kind of service you expect when you're paying premium prices. He continuously made ridiculous jokes throughout the night or tried to be funny, but he was anything but. We ordered several dishes, but I was really looking forward to the beef Wellington. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was practically raw (not rare, not medium rare) straight up cold-center rare. I asked if they could cook it a little longer and was met with a snarky response that "this is how it comes" and there's no way to cook it further without ruining it. Spoiler alert: not eating it was a bigger ruin. What followed was a painfully long 4-hour dinner and not because we were leisurely sipping cocktails or working through multiple courses. The whole thing just dragged. By the end, no one even offered dessert (which frankly, I wouldn't have ordered anyway). I ended the night still hungry and had to stop at a fast food spot on my way home. That pretty much sums it up. The bone marrow and tuna tartar were the only items worth mentioning. The truth is, Timbr feels like one of those places that relies on its décor to stay busy while completely forgetting that people are actually there to eat and enjoy the experience. Love it when a new restaurant comes to town and this one has been a long time coming! We went for an early dinner on a weeknight. There were not many people in the place but there are two dining rooms and a lounge upstairs. The decor is really something to look at- cozy with plush seats and twinkling lights in the front room, and more of a garden explosion in the 2nd room. We sat up front by the windows. We started with a couple of the appetizers I had heard so much about- the oxtail empanadas and the tuna tartar. Both were very good but those empanadas were the clear winner! for our entrees, my friend had their signature Beef Wellington which he said was tasty but a bit salty. He also had the mac and cheese as a side which was also a little salty. I had the short rib ragu and while good, it too was salty. There aren't many places to get Beef Wellington around here so I hope they keep this on the menu only with a little less salt! Our server suggested the shortcake for dessert and she was spot on! Just when I didn't think I had any room, this "berry" delicious dessert was gone in a flash. Our bill for two Iwith 2 drinks 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 1 side and a dessert came to $273. Please note that they include a 20% tip automatically to your bill. A side note about the lounge upstairs- this room looks so inviting. There is a fireplace and cushy seats. I'm sure this is a popular spot later at night. What I really liked were the tables in the back that were filled with sand and a magnet was drawing designs in the sand. Our visit to Timbr was a full-sensory experience that I'll be raving about for a long time!! The restaurant is impressively designed with three areas, each with its own vibe. The front room welcomes you with a moody, lounge-like atmosphere. There is dim lighting, cozy couches, and a mysterious charm that immediately sets the tone. Walk further in and you're transported to the floral room: a breathtaking space with high ceilings and walls blanketed in vibrant blooms. It was stunning! Then there's the upstairs bar, where we wrapped up our night with great drinks, lively music, and the perfect mix of seating, standing, or space to dance if that's what you feel like doing! When it comes to the food, every single dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. My personal favorites were the Oxtail Empanadas, the Octopus, and the Tuna Tartare. Our friend, Robyn, the head chef, made our night absolutely amazing. One of my favorite parts of the experience was seeing her in action! The open kitchen allows you to see not just the culinary skill, but the camaraderie and respect between the staff. You can tell she leads with both excellence and heart, and that energy flows through the entire restaurant!! Our waiter, Ali, also deserves a huge shout-out. Dined at Timbr with wife and another couple Saturday September 5 2026. We had been looking forward to checking out the venue. It was really a mixed bag. Austin, our server, was outstanding. He was present without being intrusive. He had recommendations and was just an all-around pleasant guy. The drinks were good. Not as great as you would expect from an upscale place like Timbr; but no complaints. The restaurant itself had a great vibe: very urban upscale. In my opinion, the food was subpar. The menu options were very limited. While the presentation was excellent, the halibut was dry and overcooked. The pork was ok but very plain. It was the type of meal you could get ant any restaurant. This is such a beautiful restaurant. Guys, if you want to impress your mate, you should bring he or she here. There are three different rooms. The main room has twinkling lights. The floral room in the back is so pretty, but my camera did not capture it well. Upstairs is ok, a little quieter. Brad was our server and he was very upbeat. He made great conversation and was excellent all around. I decided to drink a bit since I have taken a break from it. It's Friday. Why not? The vodka and cranberry was made just right for me. The margarita was tasty. I ordered filet mignon. That was very good. It had a nice blend of seasoning. The chef here is supposed to be amazing, and I have to agree. I also had a slice of cheesecake. Went for the first time to Timbr and absolutely loved my experience! From the start the service was great! We had Shawnice has a server and she was incredible! She gave great recommendations and was very attentive! The place itself looks small but they actually have a flower room in the back which is beautiful I recommend you try to book your table for that room. They also have a lounge upstairs which we went to after dinning! The food was really good and came out fast! We went on a Friday at 6:30 so I was surprised by the fast service. The short rib pasta was the start of the show. I highly recommend you get it, if you are a pasta lover. It came with lots of meat that I was able to take some home! The cocktails were delicious! Oh gosh, we really wanted to love this place, but it was an absolute miss. The restaurant itself is stunning--the décor and ambiance were beautiful, and the vibe was great. Our waitress was also amazing--attentive, friendly, and on point--so no complaints there. Unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to the setting or the service. We started with the oxtail empanadas and the carpaccio. As much as we wanted to enjoy them, we just couldn't. The empanadas were hard, lacking the proper texture, and completely drenched in the sauce they were placed on. Instead of a balanced filling with all the ingredients listed on the menu, they were just packed with oxtail, which threw off the dish. The carpaccio had good-quality meat, but the flavors were overwhelmed by the excessive amount of condiments, especially the truffle aioli, which completely overpowered everything else. Moving on to the entrées, we ordered the pork chop and the short rib ragu. The pork chop was cooked well, but it was completely bland. I had to scoop up the beans with every bite just to give it some sort of flavor--and even then, the beans were so salty they were barely edible. The dish was also missing key components; it was supposed to come with collard greens, but they were nonexistent, and the "golden cherry relish" was just three tiny bits. My boyfriend ordered the short rib ragu, and unfortunately, it was so painfully salty that he had to send it back. The staff was apologetic and handled it well, but it was still a huge disappointment. To top it off, the presentation of all the dishes was incredibly rushed and messy. The plates looked thrown together without any attention to detail, making them as unappealing to the eye as they were to the palate. Dessert, however, was the one saving grace. We ordered the crème brûlée, and they also brought out their galaxy dessert--a brown butter sponge cake with cherry marshmallow, almond sable, and a side of blueberry ice cream. Both were beautifully presented and, more importantly, delicious. The crème brûlée, in particular, was fantastic. Sadly, despite the lovely atmosphere and excellent service, the food fell short in nearly every way. From poor execution to unbalanced flavors and sloppy presentation, it was a disappointing experience overall. We had high hopes, but we wouldn't return. read more

Came here for the first time last night around 11pm or so to try to get a drink at the bar and just check the place out. I have a dinner reservation in the beginning of May but I was in the area so decided to check it out. Upon first glance, the downstairs area is super cute and I especially love all the twinkling stars on the ceiling. The music was also a vibe which I liked. I sat down at the downstairs bar and was immediately greeted and given menus. I got a drink and the side of Mac and cheese. The drink I got was basil grapefruit mezcalini. The Mac and cheese was realllly good just kind of a small portion and the drink was good just a little too sweet for me. Service was a little unprofessional. I get it it's the later end of the night and the place wasn't too packed but the bar was pretty much full and the wait staff was just socializing the entire time which I think is slightly unprofessional. I even asked for a water at one point which takes 2 seconds to make but the bartender was busy talking to all her coworkers while she was just holding the water chatting for 5 minutes before she gave it to me. That turned me off. Another thing I don't like about this place is there is only 2 stalls in the women's restroom, both downstairs and upstairs. For a place with so many patrons, and especially a place with a lounge upstairs you should have more stalls. One of the stalls downstairs was even out of order. I hate waiting in long lines for the restroom. The upstairs lounge was pretty cool and I liked the vibes but it was kind of dirty, like there were empty glasses/bottles all over the tables and the bathroom was out of toilet paper. I understand any new place is going to have some kinks while they get adjusted and learn to find their groove, so I'm excited to come back again in May for an actual dinner and see if my experience improves. read more

We enjoyed the short rib empanadas but were disappointed with the harvest salad. A beautiful description but the components are sparse on the plate. For our main the beef wellington was very good but the mashed potatoes and carrots that accompanied it were cold. It was a hot and cold plate - very disappointing. My husband and I had an 8:00 reservation for date night, and from the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. We were immediately seated and lucked out with a table right next to the kitchen window, which gave us a behind-the-scenes view of all the action. We originally chose Timbr because we're big cooking show fans, and Executive Chef Robyn has been on Hell's Kitchen, Chopped, and I believe Cutthroat Kitchen. We planned to save room for entrées and skip additional appetizers, but when Chef Robyn came over, that wasn't an option. She surprised us with arancini and oxtail empanadas, both cooked to perfection. Definitely must-orders for our next visit. Wow! The aesthetics of this restaurant really floored me - you have to sit in the back room - it is covered in flowers and so bright! My daughter took me here for dinner while visiting, and I was really impressed. The service was top notch - multiple servers in the room checking on you - kept our glasses full, and our food came out quickly. We had the Oxtails Empanadas and bone marrow for Apps - both 10/10! We had a pizza and burger with truffle fries for entrees - not huge and tasty! This look like a really interesting place to try so we took a ride down to Fort Lauderdale and I must say it is unique. They have two rooms one is the flower room and one is the I think it's called garden room both very uniquely decorated the food was very unique also, we had the statler chicken. Small portion nice taste with mashed potatoes and some squash. We had the Tuscan harvest salad and the cauliflower also scallops and another fish. The server WILL A was excellent. He couldn't have been nicer.provided great service as far as getting what we needed it was a little slow service, but good service. My girlfriends and I visited TIMBR on a Thursday night. While the experience was enjoyable, there are a few things I think could be improved given the upscale nature of the restaurant. We had a 6:30PM reservation, and I arrived right on time. One of the first challenges was parking. If you don't live in Las Olas, there's no complimentary option. Valet across the street is $15, but I chose to park in the governmental lot about a 5-minute walk away for $10. For a restaurant as elevated as TIMBR, I think it would be reasonable to offer complimentary or at least reduced-rate valet parking. The ambiance is beautiful, classy, floral, upscale, and modern. We loved the floral back room which was more airy and bright than the main dining area. Our waitress was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and timely throughout the night. The food itself was delicious and flavorful, although portion sizes felt a bit underwhelming for the price point. 3 of us shared the mushroom risotto ($28), Caprese pizza ($25), oxtail empanadas ($21), tortellini mac & cheese ($14), and whipped rosemary mashed potatoes ($14). Our other friend ordered the chicken roulade ($34) thinking it would be enough but was still hungry afterward. She added a side of broccolini ($14). The bathrooms were clean and stylish with a fun pink theme in the women's restroom. Overall, I do recommend checking out TIMBR if you're looking for a chic spot with great atmosphere and solid food. We came in tonight with no reservations on a nice Tuesday night ! This Tuesday night was also my wife's Bday! She has been wanting to try this place for sometime! Well tonight was the night. Walked in to a large open floor plan with the cooks working hard through a glass wall . We gradually winded our way back to a floral jungle with the beat of a Greek nightclub. We sat at the bar and were welcomed in by Austin!! A polite well informed bartender who is full of kindness and on his game! This guy is a hustler behind the bar but always made time to talk to us about the menu staff and restaurant. This guy made the night as the night was just starting . He walked us through the menu offering his favorite dishes as well as crowd favorites. We started with the octopus brava. Man oh man the octopus was tender and soft and full of flavors . I hate to say it but the potatoes almost in my opinion stole the dish. We paired this dish with a nice bottle of wine. We opted for a mid price bottle that did not disappoint. He went well with the hearty flavors of the octopus dish . For our main course we chose the pan seared corvina with a side of charred broccolini. The dish came out cooked perfectly. The crisp sear was golden brown and crispy enough to hear it when you drag a knife across it. The char on the vegetables was enough not to give it a burnt flavor but still taste of a char. One of the most important things was the chef . I was told his name was chef Chris. As every dish was delivered , I always watched as he followed the dish to our seats to inspect its presentation and our reaction. Things like this make me as a food lover feel loved. As the music played and you saw the detail in the flower placements I could not feel the love that went into making this a memorable night filled with great people and amazing food . They finished our dinning experience with a crème brûlée that was gifted to us for my wife's birthday . We paired this with a Nutella espresso made in house . I want to thank all those people I mentioned above for doing a job and being a master at your crafts . I look forward to dining here again soon . That mac and cheese side dish was the best plate. First room is dark with cute little lights and the flower room in the back is cute for pictures. For dinner, we shared the arancini (with truffle aioli), oxtail empanadas, burrata, short rib ragu, beef wellington, and tortellini mac and cheese. I thought all the dishes were average- the only one that really stuck out was the mac and cheese. Each room is different and definitely worth walking around just to see everything. The service was amazing with our server giving many personalized recommendations that did not disappoint. We got plenty of different food items for the table to try and I would recommend every single thing (see photos for details). They have many appetizer choices that could really be entrées themselves: we got (and loved) the tuna tartare, the oxtail empanadas, and the carpaccio. The mushroom risotto entrée, and the pizza were fantastic. Make sure you save room for dessert because both the s'mores dessert and the crème brûlée were delicious! Had my birthday dinner here to my absolute underwhelming dismay. The upstairs bar is gorgeous and the drinks are sensational! The bar tenders are a bit overwhelmed doing bar and floor and needed some trays for service at 10p on a Friday night on the floor but my Hugo spritz was beautifully executed. The decor is gorgeous all around. Went downstairs when the table was ready to find out the back room has all the flowers and fluff and required a special reservation request we had no clue about. It was the reason I chose the restaurant and disheartening. The Park restaurant in the front was still nice but I would have selected a booth seat. The service was sufficient. Food was four thumbs down all around. No Caesar salad, the one they offered was lack luster in presentation and flavor. Bone marrow was a waste of beautiful provisions. Best thing was the meat pasta and it was still just ok. I complained about the oxtail empanadas so she removed them but dry and flavorless they were. All these corny "influencers" are absolutely lying on their instagram to lure people here for the pretty plastic petals but they need an absolute overhaul in the kitchen because it is not delivering culinary delights at all. Eatable but bland wellington. Bone marrow was covered in bacon which is tasty but misses the point. Dessert was really really bad. A cold smores dessert with smoke inserted to make it seem campfire? It just tasted like an ashtray in my marshmallow fluff and ice cold chocolate, definitley missed the mark. I came here last night for the Turquoise Takeover Ambassador Kickoff and stayed for dinner. I was impressed with the restaurant aesthetic and service. As soon as I arrived, I was guided upstairs for the event and given a beautiful key for my drink. During the event, we tried a few hors d'oeuvres and a Tito's lemonade, which were very good. Once we went downstairs and asked for a table, we immediately got one. I tried the burrata appetizer, which was delicious as everything paired nicely. For the entree, we tried the braised lamb shank, after the server indicated it was the best plate on the menu. I usually don't like lamb but decided to give it a try and it was delicious. The lamb was seasoned to perfection and the grits was so tasty. At the end of the dinner, the server surprised us with two small chocolate macaroons. Those were a bit stale but I absolutely enjoyed the small thoughtful gesture. Next time I come, I will try the mushroom risotto. read more

Where do I begin? This was my favorite meal of 2025 so far! Lets start with the hospitality. William was fantastic! Very polite and friendly. He was so attentive and engaging, made us feel like valued guests. Chef Robyn is a master. The menu is exciting they dont have your average offerings. The caesar salad was great with the addition of tarragon. The arancini...crisp creamy perfection. The star was my beef wellington which made me nostalgic with the wonderful flavors in each layer. Dessert...reimagined strawberry shortcake which i regret sharing with my husband. The restaurant beautiful and inviting. I look forward to visiting again when we come back to Ft Lauderdale in a few months. read more
