I was told wrong information by multiple employees even after trying to clarify the situation and it ended up costing me much more time and money than it should have. Wow! Traveling from Nebraska and took a wrong turn that ended up being the right turn. After taking wrong turn, my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over to take a quick look and there was a large nail with air gushing out. I found tire barn on yelp and they were close by. They were just locking their doors, but they opened them up to swap my tire with my spare. They also repaired my tire. They went above and beyond for customer service. BEWARE !!! UNSKILLED WORKER !!! place : fishers tire barn on mundy drive Time : winter 2014-2015 Yes I haven't been back there since then. I ordered a new winter tire because the old one has a big nail on the shoulder, it couldn't be fix. Brought the car in with the spare tire on it. They put it on a lift and started to take out the spare tire. When they started to use the air gun to take out the nuts without using the star pattern and messed up 2 lugs nut. It jumped out the thread. It has to be broke in order to take out the broken lug nuts and put a new thread in. I wasn't happy at all. No apologies was given. They put in 2 new thread lug. And when they install the break caliper bolt it was torqued too much and it broke again. So after the lug nut then the caliper bolt. Omg I was like why don't you just give me $40k and its yours and you can break it all apart. Still no apologies is given. Too bad I forgot to take pictures that time cause I was so angry and forgot to do it. For all of you car enthusiast DO NOT bring your car here, Yes, Your hard working dollars, unless you want it to be treated like a piece of crap. And today I was here again for an alignment, stupid me. I thought I gave them a break maybe they would be better. It was not. I told them to put on the camber bolt and they told me the couldn't because the stock camber bolt is better than the aftermarket. Then I was like OK. It crossed my mind, What was I thinking I forgot that they broke things, why would I want them to do some work again. Wouldn't come back here again or spend another pennies. Too bad they don't have the quality service anymore. I'm a regular since around late 2009 before the moved from Allissonville rd. I brought 5-6 cars there. Tire Barn isn't what it used to be. They used to be the go to store for quick professional service with great pricing that was very competitive. I've serviced all my vehicles tire needs, six of them, with Tire Barn for years. Unfortunately this store has been sold to a new owner. With all that you can now count on quick service with the same attitude you get from most government offices, think BMV. The pricing is easy to beat if your willing to call around. They have one manager who is outstanding, Jarad, but he is all by himself at this point. read more

I called Greg on a Monday morning about 2 different tire models. He said he had plenty of one model but would need to check about the other and would call me back. I never heard back from him so I got a quote and scheduled an appt on their website for one of those models and received an appt confirmation for that Wednesday. When I showed up for the appt and showed the counter guy the quote and explained the lack of a call back, the reply was "well that would've been me that you talked to". Greg went on to explain that the tire I had gotten a quote for, made an appt to get and taken off work for was no longer available. I guess that info was too much for him to share with me with a professional call back. When I asked about the other model that he had told me they had plenty of in stock, surprise..he said there were none and he could get them over night. My indication to him that I had taken time off work for this run around was met with a sincere "I couldn't care less" look on his face. Well guess what Greg and Tire Barn? I couldn't care less about giving you any more business for my 6 cars. You can thank Greg's lack of a call back and his unprofessionalism for that. I'll be going to Belle Tire in Fishers from now on that beat Tire Barn's price and were very courteous. read more

Shoddy workmanship. They installed a set of tires for my son. Two days later 1 of the tires came off & rolled across 4 lanes of I-69. Scared my son so bad he was still shaking when I got there. Only bright spot was their insurance company. It cost $3800 to fix the car & Traveler's took care of everything. read more

After watching the employee assigned to my car goof-off for an half hour with other employees, they decided to charge me $21 extra dollars. The online price for my tires were $10 less than the store was advertising. Instead of honoring the online price, they charged me the higher priced. Congrats! You lost a customer over $21. read more

Great staff, fast and friendly service and the best prices around. Being a alignment center is a plus allowing for perfect tire wear. They'll beat any price quote you give them and offer the best road hazard around hands down. Being open Sundays is great because of my work schedule. Customer service is outstanding read more

Update: July 2015: I truly do recommend this place. My wife's car had two destroyed tires - under warranty - and they replaced them without any question being asked. One recent change is that you should call ahead to make an appointment. Even if the car bays look empty ( about 1.5 hours before closing) when you visit for a tire rotation, but if you DO NOT have an appointment, they tend to push you to make an appointment to next day. I don't mind that... My personal perception is that the place is trying to be more up scale. As to pricing, they are not the cheapest. In fact, you can check the prices online from a nearby competitor and compare. Usually, I found that the place was about $50 higher for a set of 4 tires. You can ASK if they can match the price of their competitor or not and usually the manager will be honest and will share "special order" tires cannot be price matched, but locally stocked tires could be. --------- I used to visit the Tire Barn on the Allison Ave that got closed when this new site opened. So far, I've taken my cars here to do the free rotations and repair work only, but the service was performed very quickly without fuss. read more

Don't take your chances. From my experience, I found some pretty unskilled workers work here. Chances are these are the wash-outs from dealerships. In the customary fashion of auto repair chains, they'll ask you if you want a bunch of add-ons, with chances being you don't really need them. If you want your wheels and tire done right the first time don't go here. Improper balancing, sealing, and gouging may occur. read more

I have had nothing but excellent service here. I only paid for my tires (full set) and have been back several times for nitrogen fill-ups and rotations. People complaining about lugs being stuck probably don't maintain their cars very good at all. 5000-7000 mile rotations should be a given, no matter how new your car is. read more

I took my van here today about 45min before they closed! I thought I needed a new tire, but it was fixable. They did the patch job on it and I was on my way. I asked if they offered a military discount and he gave it to me for free! Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly! My son asked for quarters for a dollar for the candy machine and one of the workers gave him $2 in quarters to share with his siblings and told him to keep his dollar. So kind! read more

Very unhappy with my recent experience at Tire Barn in Fishers, IN. I am a long time customer who will now be switching to Discount Tire. I purchased a set of BFG Rugged Terrain tires for my Yukon 2-3 months ago (late March I want to say). The wife was driving my vehicle and got a flat (slice in the sidewall...first flat I have had in 252k miles on that vehicle by the way). Called Tire Barn assuming this could be covered under the warranty, come to find out the tire had been discontinued 1.5 - 2 years ago. This was not brought up during the purchase, not sure if it would have changed my purchase if i did know about it but i certainly wasn't informed of it. Also I found out that I somehow "declined the warranty" that would have covered this. The person I spoke with told me every sales person is supposed to ask about that and that it was pretty much he said she said at this point. Well, I never was. And it is completely my word against theirs, i get that. But my company pays for my tires, I don't care that much about price, I certainly don't care about an extra $27 per tire when I drive 35k a year to have the coverage so I dont have to pay out of my own pocket when something like this happens. I go to tire barn because its convenient not because its cheap. So not only do I have to replace a tire that is pretty hard to match, I also have to pay for it. I called Discount Tire, they were able to find me the exact tire (granted it had to be shipped from halfway across the country). So I will be replacing that tire this week and not going back to Tire Barn. I am 100% sure that the last 2 times I purchased tires at a Tire Barn I was not asked about the additional tire protection. I remember the first few times being asked about it and getting it because it seemed like a no-brainer. I guess I thought since they didn't ask about it anymore it was included. Thats my mistake as a consumer. But to prevent further frustration from customers, I would suggest re-emphasizing with your sales associates that they offer it and emphasize the difference between the included tread warranty and your road hazard warranty. read more

I've bought tires for several vehicles from this place, even at the old location. I recently bought 2 tires for my CR-V and the service was Ok. Just as I arrived and the desk guy started waiting on me the phone rang. Instead of putting the caller on hold, he put ME on hold as he took 10 minutes on the phone with a potential future customer. Other than that the visit was pretty routine- work was done in about an hour. This was in the morning on a week day. Prices seem pretty reasonable, a bit less than most other places but definitely not bargain basement. My experience is that this place always does the job right; but sometimes you have to wait longer than you might expect. read more

This place is a joke! This was my experience, you decide. Called the store and spoke to Tony and told him I wanted a quote on two front tires. I gave him the exact brand and style of the tire. He must have repeated it back to me 3 times so I felt confident he would order the right tires. So I take the car in on a Sunday and David was at the counter. I waited about an hour (no biggie) and the new tires were put on. I got home and just happened to take a close look at the tires and discovered they were not the tires I ordered with Tony. I ordered Michelin Pilot tires to match the back tires and they put on Michelin Primacy tires. David was nice about it and said that he would order me the correct tires and swap them out since the price was about the same. I told him about what time I'd be in and he said they would get me in right away. So the tires came in the following Tuesday and I took the car up about 5:30pm. A different guy was at the counter who I learned he was the store manager. I told him why I was there and he told me the wait would be about 2 hours. I told him that his employee, Tony, ordered me the wrong tires and that David said they would get me in quickly to replace the incorrect tires. He said that David did not put me in the computer as an appointment so he couldn't squeeze me in since the place was packed with other customers. I asked the store manager how Tony could have ordered me the wrong tires after repeating the brand and style back to me several times. He said, "well, Pilot and Primacy do sound similar". Not much I could say to a idiotic statement like that. So I asked him what day could they get me in right away and to make me an appointment. So, 2 days later at 5:30 pm I return to the store. They get the car in quickly and I asked to see the tires to ensure they were correct. They were and they proceeded to swap them out for the incorrect tires. About 10 mins into the job, a young kid asks me to come out in the shop to show me something. He shows me that one of the rims has a slight bend on the inside and it could produce a rough ride. He also informs me that they have a guy who can re-shape the rim for about $125. The slight bend in the rim shouldn't affect tire pressure and since I didn't notice a "rough" ride before nor on the incorrect tires I didn't bother to discuss getting the rim re-shaped. The last thing I wanted to do was pay these jack wagons any more money nor give them anymore of my business. I asked the store manager how come no one said anything about my rim when they put the incorrect tires on. He basically said it was overlooked. Nice, huh? I learned my lesson and will go back to Good Year who has always been 100% reliable. read more

Fisher's Tirebarn is horrible to put it nicely! Everytime I go there with a problem on tires and they keep saying nothing is wrong! Had service done at my dealer and they pointed out the same problem I have been complaining about which means Tirebarn has been lying to me and not even checking anything as they say they have! Tired of being screwed by the Fisher's store and might need to find another one nearby to get the tires fixed because of warranty I paid extra for when I purchased the tires. I am even wondering if they even did an alignment I paid for! Very terrible service! read more

To make a long story short. I set an appointment for new tires. I arrived at the designated time but the man at the desk acted as if I was from mars. He ask if he could help me then walked away for several minutes not saying a word. When he returned I said that I had an appointment for news tires. I had to explain the brand of tires I chose and the advertised price when I made the appointment with the asst. mgr. three days earlier. since nothing had been entered into the computer I guess he acted dazed. He said it may be an hour or so before he could get to me. (Why make an appointment?) I returned to find the car finished and I asked about the bill. the representative had a terrible time trying to explain the bill. I figured it out with help from the asst. mgr. and tried to leave when I noticed the mileage on the invoice was 30,000 miles less than the actual miles. Since warranties are based off of mileage I made them make a new invoice with the correct mileage. No apology no explanation for a job done with less expertise than a day laborer. It can't be this difficult to run a business and do the right thing courteously at a fair price. I have 4 cars and I will never, ever buy a tire or service from this or any other Tire Barn again! read more

Tirebarn as a company is pretty awesome with the packages that they offer with their tire purchases. All in all, I definitely recommend this particular tirebarn and tirebarn as a company. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I have bought all of my tires since we have lived in the area (and recommended them to several friends) from this location. I would consider myself a very loyal customer......until today!!! Even though we moved 15 miles away, I still wanted to buy my tires here because they have always treated me right. I called yesterday and told them that I was looking to purchase 4 tires for my wife's car and was given an "out the door price". I know from past experience that they price match, so I asked the gentleman on the phone if they would price match an internet add that I had, to which he responded "of course". He said that they were really busy, but could get it in today. I drove the 15 miles up there just to be given a price HIGHER than what was quoted the day before!! I then told the guy that I had a price match that was less and he proceeded to tell me that he "wouldn't price match from that site". I told him that I asked about it over the phone and was told that they would. I asked him to look me up, I have been a loyal customer, he responded " there is no need to, I don't care what your history is, I am not going to match that price". Then he proceeded to basically yell and argue with me all the way out the door (in front of other customers) even after I told him that I would go elsewhere!! WHAT???!! Who treats customers like this??? I have seen on here that this store is under new ownership, so maybe that is why they treat customers so different than they used to. I know it isn't a Tire Barn thing, because I went directly to the one closer to my house and found them to be VERY helpful!! EVEN MATCHED THE INTERNET PRICE!!!!!
