Papi was the tech who took care of the problem. Papi also cleaned out the inside of of the tire as we had used fi x a flat for a quick repair. Pulled up at 515 to see if they could plug it so we didn't have to drive back across town with a spare. The guy at the counter told my husband they couldn't help us that he had already told his guys they could go home. We just needed a plug! read more

Awesome service! Traveling from out of state when we ran over something to make the tire lose pressure immediately. Put the spare on and looked for tire repair shop close by. They were able to get us right in, checked the tire and found the hole, which could be fixed. The repair and remounting/balancing took about a half hour and we were back on our way! I took my vehicle into this location to replace two tires. The person they had Installing their tires was very unprofessional cussing and yelling in the shop wearing regular street clothes covered in grease and dirt. Professionalism and appearance aside, he showed complete incompetence on doing something as simple as installing tires. As a result when I went to my vehicle after it was complete, it had grease prints all over my door grease prints all over the tailgate of my truck. Now to make matters worse and the reason for me making this review, is because even though I have over 13 years auto repair and tire service under my belt I bit my tongue while I was watching this guy work that day. Fast forward to today I went to reinstall my spare underneath the truck only to find it flat. This spare was the tire that he took off my vehicle and installed it on my spare rim when he installed the new tire. After Inflating the tire I mediately started hearing leaks. And quickly realize that he either tore the bead to my good tire while removing it from the rim or he had so much crap around the bead and didn't bother to clean it off before inflating the tire. In either case I never was never able to air the tire above 28 psi which tells me he could have cared less whether the tire was holding air or not. read more

Don't waste your time, they have very little interest in customers. Saturday morning at 8:30, stopped in to give the place a try. I have one vehicle that needs tires all around, another needing a tire repair. They had 1 vehicle in a bay...the rest were open....no customers in the store...2 guys at their computers....stood there for a while....when one sales guy finally looked at me half interested and asked how he could help, when I told him he said they can't provide assistance then, if I wanted to remove the tire off my truck and leave it they'd get to it when they could.....business is struggling due to COVID, try to support and this is the response....go anywhere but here. Have had several issues with this location on several different cars. Starting with the length of time it takes to get an oil change. Had a tire plugged here and they cross threaded the nuts causing them to be impossible to remove without breaking the bolt when removing it the tire again. Tried to fix an oil leak and only made it worse and charged a fortune for it. Won't use them again and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. read more

I buy a lot of auto parts from online businesses because I can find better deals. The down side to that is if you're unable to do the work yourself a lot of auto repair shops(Firestone, Good year, Walmart, Sun tire, & Tires Plus, kissmy a$$) will not install those parts unless you bought the part from them. This is one sorry place to take a vehicle for any reason. I went there because it is .02 miles from my residence and needed my brakes worked on. Was quoted a price of $169.95 per axle to do a complete brake job. At that price, I said go for it. Nine hours and $1,452.65 later, my brakes were no better than when I dropped the vehicle off. Went to Gordon Chevrolet down the street and they had a REAL mechanic check out what Tire Kingdom's untrained, unqualified "mechanic" did. ABS system was not bled properly, incorrect wheel bearing was pushed into place, incorrect wheel bearing carved two grooves damaging the new rotor, rear brakes were not properly adjusted. Gordon Chevrolet charged me $478.91 to repair Tire Kingdom's inferior, shoddy work. i filed a complaint with TBC, parent Corporation of Tire Kingdom and was offered $478.91 to shut up and go away. NOTHING was offered - yet - for the inferior, shoddy work at Tire Kingdom I rejected that insulting offer and am awaiting a refund of some of the money I paid Tire Kingdom and got a bungled job instead. read more

The window problem came back again. Go figure, I guess maintenance was a problem after all. Decided to go to Midas to have it repaired instead of coming back a 4th time. Midas replaced the part EVENTUALLY took almost a week and MIDAS broke my computer during the process. I still give Tire Kingdom a 3 due to their professionalism and customer service. I am sure that this was just one of those things that happen and just wish I didn't have to pay for something that worked for less than a month. I wrote a review on Midas as well if you want to see that. In comparison I would say Tire Kingdom is so much better that they are in a different league. read more

I cannot bring myself to even give them one star, but I had to in order to post this review... My 84 year-old father went here to get his brakes done and was quoted $169.95 per axle for a brake job. When the job was done, he paid $1452.65. After calling others in the business, I believe the cost for parts was excessive, even in consideration of the fact that they are in business to make a profit, and I am convinced that the labor was overtly ballooned: i.e. $108.99 per hour labor (x2) for a Disc Rotor Remove and Replace, which requires tire removal (5 lugs) and lifting the caliper off the rotor (2 Bolts), and a $108.99 per hour (x2.8) for a Wheel Cylinder Remove and Replace, which requires tire removal (5 lugs), and the removal of the drum assembly, which is a little more extensive, but for a professional, NOT almost 3 hours!!!!! (more like 20 minutes each - tops, because it does not appear that the springs were replaced - according to the invoice. My problem...How does a brake job that costs $1452.65 leave my father with brakes that STILL DO NOT WORK??? The assistant manager's answer..."The mechanic said that they were working fine when he tested them." "Bring it back in and we will take a look at it though." Another question...If they did not fix it for $1452.65, what is to convince me that when/if I can talk my dad (who is concerned about taking it back at all, because he feels taken advantage of) into taking it back, that they will fix it then? read more
