Shoddy customer service and absolutely no consideration for customers' time!…read more I went early Wednesday morning just to get my tire pressure checked and waited over an hour with several cars ahead of me. During that entire time, not one of the 7-8 technicians outside bothered to acknowledge the waiting customers or provide any update. I eventually went inside, waited in line again, and was told someone would assist us in another 15-20 minutes. Back outside, I continued waiting. Cars ahead of me eventually gave up and left. Then, after more than an hour, I finally learned that the air machine was broken--something no one bothered to tell the customers who had been patiently waiting in line! It's not just that the machine was broken--that happens. The unacceptable part was the complete lack of communication and basic consideration for customers' time. A simple announcement that the machine was out of service would have saved everyone an unnecessary wait. Very disappointing experience. Customer service was essentially non-existent. No stars!!!

Turns out since I have a semi newer car. If you get a battery, put in, you can't just go to O'Reilly's and install it. They have to hook up your touchtone screen/radio to some sort of device. Otherwise, if you put a new battery in your car you can blow out your whole radio/touchscreen! I had no idea! The gentleman that helped me here I was able to call and get a battery and he wasn't busy so he was able to put my new battery in and reset the system in my touch tone radio and get me on my way in about 20 minutes!! He was honestly so fast I didn't have a chance to walk down the street to that delicious BB bakery!! I will definitely be back here since it was relatively cheap and they had the battery I needed! Plus the service/timing was great!! Location is amazing as well because it's walking distance to that delicious bakery down the street! They also have sandwiches and I drove to the bakery. It was my second time working with Marisa. She kept me informed throughout the process. I also recognized one of the techs, Manjot, from a prior visit. He's super knowledgeable. Great guy. He really knows his stuff. Speaking of which, I also observed he has a stellar relationship with Marisa. This may seem minor but it's actually pretty huge. For example. It's like how a sales team that doesn't work with production often overpromises to their client leaving production scrambling, ultimately underdelivering. Marisa is different. She leads with mutual respect by giving the techs a voice, delivering their feedback and reporting in a way that must be, and was for me, easy to understand. She takes the time to learn and understand from the techs because let's be real, without the techs? Who will service the vehicles? Techs are so under appreciated. Business wise, their skills ensure that customers bring their cars to dealerships for good service during the warranty period with the goal of continuing the relationship after the warranty expires. Without the techs to work on the vehicles and the service advisors to bridge the customer communication gap, there is no service department. I hope the service manager is reading this because I saw the way he treated the techs and advisors, making that Miranda Priestley "that's all" hand movement to shew them out of his glass office like he was too important to talk to them. They do the work you oversee. Without them? You have no job. That is not how to treat your staff. While I was upset by that behavior, I don't want to take away from the overall positive experience I had with Marisa. When my car was ready, she walked me through my report and made sure I understood what each section meant and what the timeline looks like for some upcoming service on my 10+ year old car. The front desk staff were super nice and welcoming. They were able to give us pricing, availability and also an estimate on how long it would take to have the work done on the vehicle. We were also greeted by the store manager Moe. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We decided to proceed with the services and so we left the car and then sometime later we got a notification that our car was ready to be picked up.
