Very cool and excellent. My daughter wiped out a tire on her car hitting a curb. (Sheesh, my wife did the same thing many years ago.) The car had a mini spare, so I swapped them. I got to this place at maybe 5:45pm, when they would close at 6:30. So I figured a 50/50 chance they could help me today. At 6:20pm, I'm leaving with a brand new tire. The price was a little high, but considering the convenience of getting it done this late on a Sat, that's fine. I'd come back here.

Pleasant shop with cozy couch and aquarium, and plenty of imported wheels on display. A bit informal and relaxed as paperwork was optional. I stopped by when my tire pressure light came on in my 14 year old car. The shop allowed me to bring TPMS sensors I purchased from outside and they installed at a very reasonable price for labor. Total cost was one fifth of what the dealer estimated. ChatGPT helped me to identify the original equipment manufacturer for my vehicle and Amazon helped me to ensure the right fit for my car. Also I knew my car had 5 sensors, because the sensor for the full size spare tire nagged me in the past. read more

Realized my tire had a nail in it and needed it fixed asap. Called Tire Squad to make sure they were able to squeeze me in since it was about 1hr before closing. There was a small language barrier but we managed. I showed him the tire with the nail, next thing you know he had my car on the jack and removed the tire. 15-20 min later, a different guy told me the car is ready. About $38 or so to patch and repair the hole and I was on my way back home. Simple, easy, quick. Would recommend them for a tire repair. I cannot speak to their other services but I was very satisfied with the service I did receive. read more

Uriel was prompt in responding to my messages and quoted a very fair price to replace my TPMS sensors. I got my own sensors and he adjusted his rates accordingly. I asked around and not all places install sensors which they do not sell themselves. I ended up saving ~$100! I got a next day appointment and was in and out in 1 hour. These guys are super fast! We called on a Saturday to get tires balanced. When called the owner just told us to come in and when we got there , woah. There was about 10 guys working on different cars all at the same time. We ended up also doing an alignment, which all together took around hour and 15 mins. Can't beat the price $100 for both services done on a 2020 range rover. Will definitely be going back in the future. Amazing guys read more

Amazing service and great prices! I was quoted. $100-150 for 2 tire mount, balance, and alignment. I won't on Saturday morning and they were able to do all services in about half an hour. It was $80 for the alignment and $40 for the mount and balance for two tires (I brought these in myself). read more

Call multiple tire places and they were able to offer a set of four tires in my price range. They were even 50k mile rated. All other stores wanted $75-$150 more for a set of tires. Told them to order two days before service. Service took about an hour and arrived right when the shop opened. read more

Quick response and reasonably priced. Needed my tpms sensor changed, and they changed it for a reasonable price. They also checked my tire pressure and adjusted it, and checked my car battery level. I'd recommend. Only thing is that it was kind of hard to communicate with some of the guys due to language barriers. read more

They originally promised to install the rear-view camera for free after the first one turned out to be defective. But when I brought the car back, they made excuses, claiming the new CarPlay screen was different -- even though that had nothing to do with the camera installation. Clearly, they had a change of heart about their original offer but tried to cover it up with dishonesty. read more

I went in for an oil change and to ask some questions about the routine maintenance. They were helpful at first but quickly changed the tone of the conversation into serious/urgent to flag "needed" repairs. First they told me that my front tires were balding and close to 1/32 tread, needing replacement almost immediately. I thought this was odd because I replaced those tires no more than a year ago. I don't drive aggressively and I've made sure my alignment was correct. I included photos of both the flagged tires to show they are nowhere close to 1/32. Then they told me that the rear shocks also needed to be replaced because one of them was leaking. I'm aware of what a leaking shock looks like, but I wanted to trust them. I confirmed with 3 other shops that they were fine and not leaking. Together these would have costed me over a thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs, leaving me extremely disappointed and frustrated with this shop. The oil change was fast/proper. I no longer trust this location anymore and think others should be aware of what they're doing

The waiting part isn't a big deal, it's the fact that there were a bunch of workers standing around socializing in the garage rather than working. A worker finally came up however didn't say a word just started checking the pressure. At the end, he told me the tires were fine but that was the extent of his update. Prior to his update, I did hear him and a coworker laugh and mock the other person that had been waiting to have their tire pressure checked. I have been to other locations where they send me a tire report to let me know how the health of my tires are doing and actually have good customer service skills. I have been a long time customer and have purchased tires from various locations. I can say that this location has been the worst one. To the manager of this location, please train your employees better and remind them about professionalism.

I'm not an expert in car maintenance, but I'm sure that the "mechanics" here probably don't really know what they're doing either. But also even just basic customer service skills. Why promise something when you clearly can't deliver? Honestly, do yourself a favor. Find a small local mechanic shop and support a small business instead of the failing, obsolete company known as Pep Boys. The dealership provided me with a document falsely claiming the work was finished, while the manufacturer's records show otherwise. This is not just a communication failure; it is a serious issue regarding vehicle safety and the integrity of service records. If you bring your car here, do not trust their invoices. Even if they claim your car is fixed, you must verify your VIN status on the official Toyota recall website. I am currently demanding an official explanation from the General Manager and reporting this to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. This was an understatement, when I came to pick up the wheels, I could not even tell where the original damage was. These guys worked magic. I did end up finding some spots that had some minor paint pooling when drying but they were quick to schedule a follow up for touchups. I got to speak with Francisco for a bit as well and he was also great to work with. If you have expensive forged wheels that need repair and want a shop that offers fantastic repair service, great communication, and very reasonable pricing this place is it.

I needed a set of tires right away and was searching for a good tire shop nearby when I found Tire Squad at 3033 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95051, next to Century Automotive. Uriel was very helpful in selecting the right tires and offered a reasonable price. Rigo was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job with my wheel alignment. The entire crew of Tire Squad went above and beyond servicing my toyota for an alignment. They made the minor repairs possible for the alignment I needed for a fantastic price.
