Wanna get your day destroyed with drama like the ones on Broadway? Come to this TJ Maxx store! Be ready to enjoy drama brought upon you by staff Annamarie, led and directed by store manager Joeo. When you asks for clarification from a staff you actually hold a conversation with, they gave you many rolled eyes to the point you'd worry about their eye health. And Annamarie is exceptional with flipping her hair and head 360 degrees from ground to sky - a strong indicator of a good spine. Good for her! Oh! They also covered their name tags when you were annoyed and ready to submit a formal complaint to the corporate! I'm sure it's against the store policy. I had to reveal my racial information to get the accurate spelling of their names. Are they racist?

I don't know what to write. I'm writing because I've asked for help several times about how alarms are attached and when you take them off they make holes in the clothes and they should be put on a thicker part of the fabric! The woman I showed it to treated me like I was bothering her and when the manager came she started being artificially nice! She has no idea that I'm not into something like that and I'm not stupid! I'll just say that she was bored with life standing at the cash register!! PLEASE Teach the employees how to put on these alarms because in the month of March it's only the 4th time I've given clothes because I know that after washing a big hole will come out!!! And if someone doesn't want to work don't keep such an employee there's no point!!!!

Convenient location near Columbus Circle! I stopped by here to shop for a new home necessities, like mugs and handsoap. When I came during September, there were a lot of Halloween items being sold, from costumes, dog toys, cushions, etc. There were multiple floors. After shopping and stepping out of the store, I got mistakened for being a local and got asked by a family where Central Park is. I pointed towards Central Park, which is only a few blocks north of this TJ Maxx.

    T. J. Maxx on West 57th Street is a very convenient location for me. I'm always visiting stores, shopping and dining in this neighborhood. T. J. Maxx has a little of everything. I love the variety. I always check out the linens. I find gifts for my daughter. They have designer handbags and more for discount prices. Check out is not a problem because they are ready for the crowds at these prices. I could spend a couple hours in here looking at everything. I recommend that you shop until you drop.

From the moment she greeted me, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. I mentioned I was looking for new makeup for an upcoming trip, and Jeri went above and beyond. She gave me excellent recommendations, helped me put together the perfect combinations, and even taught me a few things that I'll definitely carry into my makeup routine moving forward. What stood out most was her patience and professionalism. Even in such a busy store, while working alone, she managed multiple customers flawlessly and with ease. It was honestly impressive and beautiful to watch her handle everything so smoothly without ever making anyone feel rushed. On top of that, she made sure to tell me about current promotions, which helped me save tremendously. I ended up purchasing all of her recommendations and couldn't be happier. Jeri made my shopping experience exceptional, and I will absolutely return to see her again for future purchases. Highly recommend! RR (Aruba lady)

Very close to all the train routes. Shelves are stocked and neatly organized for the most part. This spot is supposedly smaller than other locations in the city. But that's okay, at least I didn't see anything like toys lying on the floor. No kids running around. Clean aisles + brightly lit area + decently spacious to walk around on your own. Surprised to see some Squishmallows peeking out in between other plushies. So, I was trying to reach for the ones from the top shelf. Staff from afar saw me struggling to reach but didn't offer any help + kept looking on and went back to chatting/joking with a coworker. This was around 9:30pm on a Sunday evening. I guess just a minor hiccup there, I will let it pass. Customers can find a limited yet decent selection of things like electronics, groceries, beauty and skincare/makeup, hygiene related products etc in each of their specific sections/aisles. The designs on greeting cards looked lovely. Some things were on sale like cat food - $10 for 12 cans. You just gotta stroll around to find out. It's convenient to have a Target in Midtown/next to the major train lines. Maybe I will stop by again, hopefully the service from employees will be better next time.

I walked into a space that covers a lot of ground, from snacks and drinks to beauty products, home goods, and collectibles, and the density of what is on display makes it easy to spend more time browsing than I planned. The snack selection is the strongest draw and covers an impressive range. I saw Asian versions of familiar American snacks sitting alongside Japanese and Korean originals, and the drink section downstairs is broad enough that finding something I have not tried before is a near certainty. The variety of drinks, many with anime or character branding, reflects a buying approach that goes beyond the standard convenience store selection. The beauty and skincare section upstairs is well stocked with Korean and Japanese brands that are not widely available at American drugstores. I browsed through everything from face wash to sheet masks and specialty treatments, and the prices are competitive for imported products of this type. Blind boxes occupy their own significant section, and the selection across different series is one of the better in the city, with reasonable pricing relative to what the same items cost at specialty toy stores. Home goods, toys, collectibles, and kawaii accessories fill the remaining floor space. For a one stop shop for Korean and Japanese lifestyle goods, snacks, and beauty products in Koreatown, TESO Life delivers a broad and browsable experience that rewards repeat visits.
