She did a very basic job. She barely did any work on my nails before starting powder and didnt even buff down the powder. No massage either. I was charged $50 for this and I would not pay more than $30 max for something like this. After i expressed concern that $50 is a lot especially for no acrylic nails and just painting my nails .... she started talking in Vietnamese to her coworker ( most likely talking crap lol ). Anyways i paid what she asked and a few dollars more for the tip but will never go back. Waste of money. A nurse makes $50/hr. You can see my photos below:

Customer service and nail services consistently lacks because they're too busy/rushed. Find another salon! There are plenty of other cute ones with the same snacks and drinks and they provide better service. I've found another and it's so much more relaxing than this place. This place has really gone downhill. I've been coming for about a year but my last few services just got worse and worse to where I refuse to come back. 3rd to last appt - I came at a busy time and felt like my nails were really rushed so I decided to try coming on a different day. 2nd to last appt - I got a gel pedicure and there were bubbles and the customer service felt rushed. I started to realize this is becoming the norm here. Last appointment - I had a scheduled appointment and I waited for 30+ minutes until I decided this wasn't relaxing or worth it any more so I left. After 25 mins of waiting, the front desk lady gave me a bowl to start soaking my hands and she said "they're coming soon." They never communicated an apology or explanation that this would be a delayed appointment. Normal courtesy from salons is to give a heads up if it's 10-15 mins late. I waited 30 minutes and just decided to leave. As I was walking out the front desk person asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no thanks and she just sighed as I was walking out. Never got an apology til the end..

I usually go to Kate or Nikki, but I've also had my nails done by Betty and Amy as well. You can tell that everyone here is very thorough and don't rush and my sets last for a long time and personally, I've never experienced any nails breaking or have been dissatisfied with the service or results. I also love that I don't feel pressured for a certain service or style like I have at other salons and they've even recommended certain colors or add-ons to enhance the vision I'm going for - whether it be a slightly different color to prevent fading or a color that might pop better against my skin. I'm not usually a design girly but here I feel like I can trust Kate and Nikki to try something different that maybe I don't have a specific vision for. I'm not one for super long nails either but the short almond suits my nail beds really well and because of how the staff does my nails, I feel like it isn't bothersome until I need to get a new set. The aesthetic of the salon is super clean and bright, making it feel relaxing and luxurious at the same time. I also feel like the price is pretty reasonable compared to what I've heard other salons charging. Since I started going here I have not regretted it and definitely recommend.

Fun, festive atmosphere! There were four of us in our group all getting pedicures. All four nail technicians that we had were so nice, sweet, funny, friendly and did a great job on our pedicures! For me personally, my nail technician was so nice to bring the three different nail colors that I had a hard time choosing between. She helped brush a little of each on my nails so that I could see what they would look like. That helped a lot to choose which color I ultimately chose. The chairs were roomy, clean, and relaxing. At least one of my friends was using the massage function. They had many nail polishes to choose from. It was a nice touch that they gave us each bottled water. Plus, at the entrance, there were packaged Rice Krispies for us to take.

Sadly, I will not be coming back to this place. I came to do my nails (French tip) with Lisa. Barely a week in my tips were turning brown, and the paint was cracking! I had to wear it like this to the event I was going to And TO My job. The last time I addressed this problem Christina said it was the heat from flat ironing my hair. This time it's my fault bc of "chemicals I'm using". (No I did not use any heat or hair dye in my hair and I don't tan!) when I texted Christina how can I fix it she said come in and so I did. They were asking if I dyed my hair, did I go tanning, and I told them again NO. they kept talking in between questions in their native tongue I started getting uncomfortable at that point.
