Most shops were closed, but I called Jairo's shop around 7:30 PM -- and he answered! He told me to bring the car in on Monday. Adding brake fluid would have been a little helpful for safety issues. I added brake fluid myself and the brake light when off, which made me feel safer while driving my kids to get it repaired. Belle Tire then quoted me less than 700 and did a more thorough check, ensuring my safety. I'm very disappointed in how Skiles employees didn't see the customer as a person. I will never go back.
