I came here with my brother for a quick bite and was not disappointed. They have a creative menu, keeping some staple breakfast/lunch dishes and making some creative modifications to others. There are multiple kinds of benedict, pancake dishes, french toasts, and other breakfast items. As well as creative salads and sandwiches to go with the usual suspects. They also serve Novo coffee, keeping it local and tasty on the caffeine front. I went with the Corned Beef Hash Benedict, adding one of my favorite breakfast items to a benedict. The Hash was delicious, and they managed to avoid over-salting it so I could feel my heart keeping a normal beat after we walked out. The eggs were poached medium-hard, I would have much preferred them poached easy, as I love the runny yoke, but it was my own fault for not specifying. The potatoes were seasoned well, but were a little undercooked for my tastes (I like them almost crispy). My brother had the Cuban sandwich, which was pretty hefty sammy and came with some tasty looking fries (I was to concerned with the beautiful hash in front of me to steal a fry). He was certainly happy with the meal and even took home half the sandwich. Although there are minor things I would have preferred to have with my breakfast, the places that have them are much more expensive. For the price point, this is a great breakfast joint and definitely one to visit. I'm generally not a pancake or French Toast person, but some of their selections look so good, I'll be back at toast when I'm in the mood for a sweet breakfast. read more

On a Sunday morning my momma and I were craving something different for breakfast and I have heard about Toast from a friend. We decided to try it out and make the drive down to Littleton! When we walked in the place seemed really small but I did notice that they had more room in the back of the building with additional seating. The place was pretty packed but we did not wait too long for a table. We we instantly seated and our server was very attentive. We ordered our food and to my amazement the plates that were brought out were huge! Love love love this place! THE WAY FRENCH TOAST SHOULD BE! Thick crusty challah bread, dipped in wonderful slightly sweet batter that is cooked to perfection! Their potatoes are not to be forgotten about either, the way my nonna cooks them! Their cooked with onions and peppers and just a hint of rosemary. Their served unsalted, which I personally love, so you can salt them to your own personal taste. :) In addition, on a separate visit (where I was trying to behave myself) I got an egg white veggie omelet and a side of fruit. Which all in all, sounds pretty bland, but not here. My veggie omelet had squash and zuccini in it, and my side of fruit had strawberries and pineapple! As oppose to other establishments where a veggie omelet consists of onions and peppers only, and a side of fruit is usually some soggy melon of sorts. The omelet was nice and fluffy, and not greasy! This has been added to our list of regular breakfast spots for sure. Absolute tasty sinfullness with healthy options, TOAST where have you been all my life! I was craving some eggs Benedict and I'm afraid Toast failed me on that front. The meal was bland, potatoes chewy and I was overall disappointed with a first time impression. Nova coffee also lacks the flavor others have raved about, mine was weak and bitter. Our waitress also failed to keep us refilled, and we were one of maybe 10 tables seated. While visiting the area I had a list of places to try for breakfast & thanks to yelp the food and service at Toast did not disappoint! The bf had gravy cakes with sausage gravy & eggs over easy inside that were tasty! Also the Eggs Benedict & potatoes were awesome! The eggs were perfect and the prosciutto was equally great. I think I just didn't give it five stars last time because I'm afraid of committing to my love. But now I've gotten enough items here (like the crab cakes benedict!) to fully embrace it. Usually, it starts off with my girlfriend and I promising each other we'll work toward eating healthier. After about 2 hours we realize we're hungry and head to the closest place that serves delicious, gigantic meals. That place is Toast, and it's saved me from my hunger more times than I can count. Went here for my mom's birthday breakfast. It was delicious. They use real ingredients for example real/ fresh blueberries in their pancakes and crab meat in their crab cakes. you can tell the difference in the taste. It is a little more expensive for breakfast but worth the extra freshness. They can get pretty busy on Saturday's with a wait so make sure to get there early and put our name on the list. We only had to wait about 10 minutes. Also get there early to find parking because they have a small private lot which fills up fast. One small thing that I did not like was the fact that the main seating area when it gets busy and full it is hard to hear your friends and family because of the noise. It is nice however I think they try to put the people with kids in the back room and singles/doubles in the front room. Overall GREAT food. read more

Came for breakfast and had the bourbon pecan French toast. Huge portion!! The bread is thick and you get 2 slices. It was divine. I could only eat one. The sauce/syrup they had on was plenty- no need to add extra syrup. I really wish they had crepes though. Expect a wait for breakfast - we came Sunday am and a line of people were waiting to be seated. No frills inside. Free coffee was outside while we waited. read more

My fiancee and I had the pleasure of finding this place when our other go to breakfast place was booked for a private party. The service was excellent, we were greeted by who I assume is the owner who was extremely friendly and gave us recommendations on what to order. I had the Santa Fe French Toast and it was in one word...sublime! My fiancee had no complaints whatsoever on her Corned Beef Benedict. This breakfast place has great food. I had the French toast and it was delicious. The coffee is really good quality as well. I would definitely recommend for breakfast. A little on the pricier side for breakfast but not unreasonable for the portion size. The only thing I wish they'd do differently is update the inside. The wall colors and decor aren't appealing.
