Cute little spot. Was staying next store for a quick staycation and grabbed some bagels and coffee for breakfast. Since moving here from NY I've really struggled with a good simple bagel and cream cheese. I feel they did a great job with their bagels. Cream cheese was good too, wish they had more flavors like veggie or honey walnut. Good amount of cream cheese too. My Americano was amazing and my wife's latte was good.

Great place to stop in for a morning bagel. Also one of the only places open early for food. The selection of bagels and cream cheese is more limited than I'm used to, but the green onion on jalapeño cheddar was pretty good as well as the roast beef. Service was quick and the seating upstairs is quite nice. The main issue I had was as it got busier the seating area up top got very smokey due to the toasted bagels down below. A nice place to stop in but fill up quickly and gets quite smokey.

    Lox bagel

Lox bagel here comes with tomato and cucumbers! I did pickup and came a few minutes late so it was a bit hard.. but that's on me. I shall come back again on time and give a better review. Overall, good bagel but nothing crazy 6.5-7/10

This was my first visit to this Toasted location, and I loved it. The natural light, plants, and upstairs/downstairs seating make it feel really welcoming. The staff were kind and the service was quick. I came to try the zaatar bagel sandwich, and the flavors were so nostalgic, they remind me of meals I share with my Middle Eastern family. The bagel was fresh, warm, and delicious. My cold brew was great too. My husband, a New Yorker with high bagel standards, was impressed as well! We're impressed by the quality and taste. Toasted bagels is definitely the star of Seattle. We've already been twice in a week, definitely has become a new favorite.

Very yummy bagels!! I was really impressed with the shop. The bread was delicious and the lox was soooo fresh. It was perfectly toasted and sooo flavorful. Also the staff were super friendly. I also loved the seating area upstairs, it had such a nice atmosphere. The mural was really pretty and the whole place just had great vibes. Note to self for next time: ask for a little less cream cheese because mine was a bit overwhelming.

Great selection of more inspired breakfast or brunch combos on bagels. The bagels are a solid bake and in enough flavors to allow you to come back repeatedly. The combination of American breakfast deli with Mediterranean flavors works well. Probably the perfect work kickstart or a small pop-out break. With options from simple mocha, espressos to more unique flavor options they are a solid pour too. The space gives you limited bar or gallery above seating for a quick pass through.

Super glad I tried this place again. The bagel itself was super fresh and well toasted. Every bite was really satisfying. Love a good crispy chewy bagel. I liked the cranwich a lot. It had a healthy amount of turkey and the crispy onion was a good touch! I liked the sauce on the TurkeyBEC, but IMO it had a bit too much cheese. I couldn't taste the turkey bacon at all honestly.

I read some reviews mentioning that they had a happy hour starting at 2 PM, so I went there expecting that. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find out they didn't actually have a happy hour. Nevertheless, I ordered the Taste of Istanbul with a sesame bagel and a Spanish latte. The ambience was okay; however, the seating on the main level was very uncomfortable. The bagel was good overall, though the pickled onions were too overwhelming and I had to remove some to better enjoy the hummus and cucumber. Once adjusted, the bagel was tasty and enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the Spanish latte it was excellent, not as sweet as I expected, and it complemented the bagel really well. I also loved the glass it was served in. I would definitely go back again for the coffee, although everything together cost about $20, which felt quite expensive.

Loaded bagel sandwiches in the BEST way possible! Cute upstairs seating, though limited, groups move in and out. The coffee & bagels came quickly and were generous serving sizes all around. We'll definitely be coming back! Also fun fact: created by 2 local UW students

uhm kinda surprised the latte was really good? I'm always here to support a muslim owned business if i have the opportunity, but there are some cafes that rely too much on identity politics/hype and don't actually have good food/drinks. So anyway, I went to toasted and I will be back again! The pumpkin pie latte was actually so fricken good. I asked for half sweet with whole milk and it was perfect. It wasn't overly cinnamon-y like some PSLs can be. Very well balanced and actually tastes like pumpkin pie. The bagels were good too. Nothing revolutionary, I have to be honest, but the flavor combinations are unique (i.e. date and labneh) and worth trying. My only critique would be to toast them a little less. They were pretty crispy haha. Parking - the SLU location is mostly street parking Seating - fair number of seats in their loft space, but it can get busy on weekend mornings. I think it would be smart to grab a drink/bagel and go walk along the water!

Ordered a gingerbread latte and sesame bagel with jalapeño cheddar cream cheese. All very good so if you're looking for bagels and coffee I would recommend. The space is nice to sit in than a lot of the other coffee bagel places around with a cool upstairs and no loud music. There was quite a bit of smoke in the air from toasted bagels though but that just could've been the day I was there. The staff was typical Seattle not too friendly but not unfriendly.

My cousin was in town visiting and said she's been eyeing this spot so we decided to stop by early morning before whale watching. The place is bright and clean, very welcoming. On a Sunday morning, there was a bit of a line but we didn't wait too long. She ordered the toasted lox and I the plain bagel with plain cream cheese with a caramel macchiato. Wow, the bagel is impressive in size and flavor. The cream cheese was delicious and complimented the bagel so well. I would definitely come back again.

There was so much hype around this place, but I really didn't think it was anything special. I came around lunch time and there was a good number of people here but we were still able to find a spot to sit. I really like how they have loft seating! I got an everything bagel with lox and hummus, which came out to around $17, which is a bit ridiculous for the size of the bagel. The hummus and lox both did taste good, but the bagel itself really wasn't anything that good in terms of texture or flavor. It was also pretty small. I don't think this spot is really worth the hype it gets.

We got the salmon rice bowl, cauliflower and yodelin broth with shrimp added. The salmon rice bowl was essentially a salad topped on rice and fresh salmon. The quality of the ingredients were fantastic, you could tell how fresh it was but the actual dish itself wasn't anything crazy. The yodelin broth was a bowl of complex flavors. You could taste the fish, and it was very comforting. The mini shrimp in it were surprisingly good and they don't skimp out on the quantity. Finally, their cauliflower dish was delicious. It was a little crisp without being overly hard. The creamy sauces paired so well with the chili crisps. Definitely on the pricier end for the food but so good.

This was on a Sunday afternoon close to 5pm, and there were still so many people occupying nearly every seat inside. I did come back to try their matcha matcha drink only to find it gone from their current menu as of May 2026. Instead, their turon matcha immediately caught my eye, as it has banana and I've been obsessed with banana-flavored toppings and puree on my matcha lately. It has matcha and house banana puree, both of which work well together. The tiny layer of house banana puree has all the flavor, especially when you mix the whole drink together. Very refreshing, and their ceremonial matcha's grassy tones still came out despite the banana puree being just as strong in the drink. Their matcha here comes pretty close to making it to the highest spots on my list of my most favorite matcha places in Seattle. Even if it isn't on the top of that list, their drinks are still 5+ star quality.

I noticed that they now pour drinks from a pre-made plastic jug instead of making them fresh like when the store first opened. I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.
