I've been here a couple times and just realized I forgot to do a review and I even did a YouTube Short Video on it a while back when they had the 75 cent Chicken Wings Special last year. Wow. Anyway , I got the Mango Habanero Chicken Wings and a Personal Size Caveman Pizza which is Meatballs , Pepperoni , Sausage , and Ham. To me the pizza is the star. I came back a couple times just for the Caveman Pizza. The sauce , the toppings , cooked perfectly. The chicken wings were fine and mango habanero is my favorite wing sauce , but their sauce is okay , I've had better. I like mine with a little more kick and tang. I had heard about Brothers Pizza for over a year since I moved to Las Vegas. I had always wanted to try it but never had the chance until yesterday. It was a little out of the way for me... About 12 mi away, but I was determined to try the wings as I had seen the special advertised from a lot of food influencers. It's located in a strip mall, but the signage is bright and the place is very easy to find. I walked in and was pleased to see how quaint and well-appointed the dining area was. Good amount of tables for people to sit at, with pizza boards hanging on the wall. The menu was clear, bright and easy to read. The lady behind the counter was super friendly even though it was pretty busy with delivery people coming in and out. I had ordered my wings in advance and they were ready for me. Now I would have given this place five stars, but I had ordered my chicken wings. That's extra well done because I like them crispy. I got them home and they were just regularly cooked. Now. Mind you they were very tasty, I had opted for the garlic parmesan, and the hot honey garlic. Garlic. Sauces were good, but they did not slap me in the face like I was hoping for. I will definitely be coming back to try the pizza back as I have heard it's really good as well. So I will update my review when I do so. Bottom line? Brother's Pizza is one of those spots I like to gatekeep. They currently have a ton of pickup specials, which we took advantage of while hosting family from out of town. We got an 18-inch 1-topping for $15 and 20 wings for $16. For reference, 20 wings is $27 at Wingstop. Plus you get 10% off on pickup orders currently. My order was ready right on time and everything was accurate. Their ranch is out of this world. It's a little closer to Cheesecake Factory ranch than Wingstop - more garlic and an herby flavor. Customer service was horrible. The family and I went in to eat. The menu prices were inaccurate So when we ordered we were told a higher price. However the second time was awful!! i ordered a bacon egg and cheese a bagel that was so hard that it was inedible that I was not even able to enjoy it. I asked the manager on duty named Casey to remake it for me she was not willing to do any type of compensation other than giving my a card for a free bagel and shmear. As I was in their parking lot she actually came out to my came to vehicle shouting " hey why are in are parking lot the business is closed you need to get out now" It was six minutes after they closed! This is not how you conduct business and she should not be working with public is she is not capable of being professional. Let me preface... I took into consideration that this was an Uber Eats Delivery order. I'm always very fair with my reviews & I believe it's important to be honest. I also told the restaurant the same feedback even before I posted this review. Also I've eaten at another location before & it was significantly better. For this location & this experience: The Sauce was less then par. The cheese was not good at all. It felt like there was no seasoning in either the sauce or the cheese. You could taste the cheese as if it was frozen prior to it being baked. The crust was probably the best part of the whole pie. Overall, It was sloppy & wet & didn't hold properly. Zepolis were soggy & barely had any powdered sugar on top. Everything was very bland. No flavor. Again, I took into consideration that it was delivery. I've had a lot of pizza (not just living in Vegas but as a New Yorker) & this was really at the bottom. I could not find much good in this order to write about. I really wish that I was able too. It's very sad when you pay your hard earned money and you don't get the customer service you should get.... Just by simply being nice. I'm not one to complain and i did call politely in hopes that there would be a resolution. Michelle is the rudest person that I have encountered with while having been this Yelp journey. I initially ordered a half cheese and half veggies pizza. I received a whole veggie pizza... not only that but I ordered truffle fries and was given regular fries. Now while the reason of my call was to get this resolved it ended with it being the worst customer service call. Michelle answered when I called and acted like I was the one that made the incorrect order. Although it might have not been her fault she made the experience even worse. Because of her nasty attitude this place is getting a 1 star and if there was a choice for 0 I would have done that instead. The world goes along way with just being kind and a simple sorry. We used to love this place sooo much. The last couple of times I have stopped in for a quick to go pizza (that we wait 20-30 mins for, no problem). The quality has gone down hill Today we ordered a half cheese, half ham & pineapple. Maybe she didn't hear me? The pizza came out I as all ham and pineapple. The picture shows how they just cut it wherever and do t even try to get an even slice, and the pieces on one side had burnt crust. I go in and let the guy know and he tells me it's because I ordered through the "Slice" app. Ok whatever. Then he tells me that he did give me $3 off because the order I put in included a 2 liter and their whole fridge was empty. For example, "It's an additional $1 to pay by card. Is that ok?". It may seem small, but it not everyone does that, they just tell you the price. Do you ever hype yourself up and plan your entire day around a restaurant? If you're a foodie, then you answered yes. I was so excited to check out Brothers Pizza after stalking their Instagram page and analyzing their menu. I decided to plan my entire Friday around this pizza place. I walked into Brothers Pizza as excited as Buddy the Elf on Christmas. The attitude was not reciprocated from any of the staff members. I stood in front of them for 2-3 minutes without being acknowledged. A chick asked if I was there for a pick up, when I said no they continued to ignore me. The man at the cash register even continued to take phone calls while I stood in front of him. I totally understood though, it was Friday evening and everyone is trying to get dinner plans figured out. I kept my Buddy attitude and simply took a menu photo and checked into get my free order of garlic knots on Yelp. I admit I had a strange order, half Greek pizza and half hot Cheetos. I actually wanted potato chips and hot Cheetos mixed but the man who took my order said that wasn't possible. The wait was 40 min so I walked next door and drank a Stella. Overall, Brothers Pizza knows what they're doing! The pizza was fantastic (hence why they have attitude, they aren't missing out on business). The Greek pizza was life changing! Thinly sliced gyro meat, fresh onions and tomatoes, savory feta cheese. But the best part was the cilantro! The cilantro on Greek toppings was the cherry on top. The hot Cheeto pizza was okay, I hate how they didn't scatter the Cheetos evenly throughout the pizza. You have to eat it right then and there or else the chips get soggy. Believe the hype with Brothers! This place is reminiscent of the pizza and wing shops you'd find on the East Coast, but can't seem to be properly duplicated here in Las Vegas. The pizza isn't gourmet, but what you'd expect from a pizza carry out shop: A little doughy, a little greasy, but so good and hits that "pizza craving" that you might have! The wings are probably one of the best wings I've had in the Valley: good size, fried hard so the skin has a decent crunch, fresh tasting (they're not old or stale wings), and the "hot" flavor has enough heat without being overbearing. I stopped ordering from brothers after they got multiple orders wrong without ever fixing them. This place can be the best pizza and wings joint if you get lucky. Most of the time it takes about 2 hours to 2 and half to get an order delivered to you. If you're lucky, it's somewhat near what you ordered. 90% of the time it is WRONG Place is a joke any more. Brought this in the other night and satisfied 2 cravings with good wings and good pizza. The wings were big with good sauces (hot and lemon), and since I brought them home I'd like to try them fresh. I liked the option to have them well done to be extra crispy. The garlic balls were much better than knots in my opinion. I like the flavor more than the dough, and these were smaller so they got better coating of the seasoning. I ordered Brothers Pizza on doordash and was really impressed. I ordered wings and they kept the sauce on the side so that the wings wouldnt get soggy. The wings were perfectly cooked and had a nice crispy outside. I had the stingin honey garlic and it was super tasty. The fries were pretty normal fries, but the ranch I ordered with them. My family and I ordered from here once a week for our family weekend pizza night. We talked highly and recommended this place to several friends and family. We usually would order a pizza with chicken wings, and fingers, sometimes fries and mozzarella sticks. At first everything was amazing. The last 6 months this place has gone down hill. After tonight, we will never order from here again! The food has changed completely, the quality of it is absolutely disgusting. The "customer service" is a joke. We've had our order messed up I couldn't even tell you how many times and we always gave them the benefit of the doubt, after calling and asking for a manager tonight to discuss our concerns, it just clarified to us.. this will never be the same Brothers pizza it use to be. Jason, who answers the phones need to learn customer service. He is ignorant, and the worst person you should be having answering your phones, let alone dealing with customer service. We pay over $60 here every time we order, it's a shame they have such horrible food and service now. Every few Fridays I get super lazy and decide pizza is the way to go for dinner. Since I rely on Yelp for everything. I decided to go for Brothers. And today, Yelp disappointed me. Nine hundred and something reviews with 4 stars? Am I being punked? Cuz I think there's a discrepancy. I ordered off of Yelp and on the menu there was no option to buy ranch. Now, if you don't eat ranch with your pizza we're not friends. But I found it kind of odd not to see an option. So I asked the delivery person to ask for ranch. I ordered the supreme pizza with mozzarella garlic bread. WITH RANCH. Did I get ranch? NO. I got marinara. Who in the world wants more marinara with their garlic bread AND pizza. Not this person. Anyway... my pizza came way before the delivery time but who doesn't love DoorDash? These delivery people are the tits =D. The pizza was BLAND. No flavor, no pizzazz on the pizza. The veggies on my pizza were minced. Like, I thought a supreme pizza was supposed to be chunky and have a hefty serving of veggies sausage and pepperoni. It was like they took a large pizza and lightly sprinkled their minced veggies. What the pizza had a plethora of is CHEESE. Boy they definitely don't skimp on the cheese. The garlic mozzarella bread? Just the same. No garlic taste. Lots of cheese with marinara dipping sauce. It was like a cheap version of bruschetta. Minus the basil and season. Just a hunk of French bread with cheese.
