Instead of feeling appreciated for supporting the business, I leave feeling guilty for how I chose to place my order. I understand that third-party delivery services charge restaurants fees, but that's an issue between the restaurant and the delivery platform--not the customer. Customers shouldn't be made to feel bad for using a service that the restaurant chooses to offer. Unfortunately, because of these repeated experiences, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

We explained that the meal didn't match either the menu description or the photo and that it was missing the listed ingredients. His response was, "You can take it home for someone else to eat." When we said no one would eat it because it wasn't what we ordered, he replied that he could remove it from the table, but we would still have to pay for it. Mistakes happen at every restaurant, and I understand that. What was most disappointing wasn't just the food, it was the complete lack of customer service. Had they simply acknowledged the issue and offered to remake the dish or replace it with something else, we would have left happy.
