Terrible quality sushi at outrageous prices. I had salmon sashimi that was still frozen, sushi pieces that were about the size of my thumb for $6+, and a spicy scallop roll that had more panko than scallops. There are dozens of other sushi restaurants in the area that are much better quality for cheaper. Avoid! read more

I've been a long time customer since the place opened bringing in family, friends, and business colleagues for simple lunches all the way to milestone celebrations. We called ahead for a birthday dinner celebration letting them know we'd arrive no later than 9:05pm due to traffic. We arrived at 9:04pm and were refused service saying the hibachi closes at 9pm and they had 2 cooks and one table waiting so the earliest a cook would get to us at was 9:30. The table that looked to be waiting for a cook wasn't full either. The place closes at 10pm. There is always a wait for a cook so a 25 min wait was no issue. The host refused to seat us still. I've spent thousands of dollars per year in this establishment since it opened. It will be a long time until I return if ever. 5 mins was not going to make or break that next cook time. The place was great! We had the hibachi grill and my 10 yo daughter loved it! Our cooker was funny and made the whole table laugh our butts off! Food also was great! We had the steak, sea bass, shrimp and the kiddo had chicken and it was all so flavorful! Def would come back again! read more

The worst customer service. Power goes out in the restaurant and we're told it's because of lightning. There are no storms and everyone else's power is on in the area. Then we try to pay and they ask us to leave our cc number to charge later but they don't know how much our bill will be. We tell them we won't do that and then we're told verbatim "Then you can go to the ATM." Not once did we get an apology for the inconvenience of not only having to eat the rest of our meal in the dark but having to leave the restaurant to get the $ to appease them. Nothing but attitude like it's our fault. I would have been less upset had the manager at least gone around the restaurant to apologize but literally no one did. Pay your power bill. Good Hibachi. Stopped for lunch and had hibachi steak and shrimp. Did not disappoint! Our hibachi chef Jose was awesome.

Came here on Valentine's Day with my fiance for a date. There was several parties going on so that's probably why the regular tables were pretty much ignored. I've been here before and can tell the food quality has gone down (granted they got my order wrong - I ordered Katsu Don and they gave me Katsu Pork, maybe the "taking the food back to fix it" worsened my food). As I mentioned, the staffs pretty much ignored our table, even waiting to order food was like a game of luck, maybe someone would come by and take the orders? Long waiting time for food to arrive, also with no one coming by to check on us; but obviously the big party tables deserved more attention read more

Took the family here to celebrate our grandsons 21st birthday. Was skeptical after reading all the reviews bc they seemed way too gushy, almost "professional. Call me cynical, glad we took the chance bc they were that great. The staff were all so welcoming, our chef was engaging. The food was delicious, prices were decent for a party if 6. I took my family here yesterday to celebrate my nephews birthday! First time we have been here and it was EXCELLENT!!! Everything- I mean everything was great! We had a variety of entrees- Hibachi , noodles, sushi . No complaints- there's something for everyones taste. Loved the drinks ... Do try the Painkiller - you won't be disappointed ! After reading the great reviews here. Me and some friends went to check it out. First the soy sauce was so watery we rhought it was some other kind of sauce, but the waiter confirmed it was low sodium soy sauce. We asked for regular soy sauce as the waiter said thar it was watery due to being low sodium...??? Anyway, he brought what was supposed to be regular soy sauce but the wasabi could not dissolve on it and was still watery. The rolls were not bad but could be better. Afterward I started having stomach pain and discomfort. When I got home I noticed my stomach was so swollen I looked pregnant and the pain was still there. My friend got home and started feeling stomach discomfort and threw up. Will definetly not come back. read more

My girlfriend and I came specifically for the hibachi and it was AMAZING. The hibachi chef was probably one of the best we've had. He did the typical tricks but was truly pleasant and engaging with the conversation. Portions were great, quality of food was great, and the beer was ice cold. We have had great experiences in the past so when the food took a bit and the shrimp tempura roll seemed skimpy(6 skinny pieces) I took it as a signal that I needed to watch my intake. Took my boyfriend here for his birthday for Hibachi Grill experience on Sunday evening after reading all the great reviews on yelp. I was so disappointed in the quality of the food. The chef was not entertaining. He poured so much soy sauce into the fried rice and noodles that it was inedible, it was so salty. In addition I read some reviews here that the restaurant would do drum roll and sing happy birthday so I thought this was the place to experience something different. Well the waitress brought our check in the middle of our food, she didn't even offer dessert. Just left the check on our table and walked away. She did ask if everything was ok, but I didn't feel like telling her the food was way too salty since the chef already cleaned the grill. And I didn't want them to cook my food in the kitchen because I came here for the hibachi experience. I will not make my way to come back here. read more

Food is great, but the the hostess, Cici, is horrendous. There's a sign directing GrubHub users to a specific counter. Cici was on the phone and physically stopped me from getting my paid-for-food because she was talking on the phone. When she hung up 5 minutes later, she insinuated that I was trying to steal food(my order.) She then made me give her my name and what I ordered three times. I'm not sure why Cici is aggressive when there's a sign telling users where to pick up their food. The food was delicious, but a hostess should be more friendly than a junkyard watchdog. read more

Found this on google when looking for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Food is great and there's a lot of different options - didn't try hibachi but if the service is the same as regular dining, then you'll enjoy the experience. We went to Tokyo Harbor for hibachi for a family member's birthday. Our chef was John and he was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed him and his cooking. Between the 5 of us, we had steak, shrimp, scallops, lobster and swordfish. All of which was cooked beautifully. It was a great time and I thought well worth the money. This place was pleasantly surprising on the quality and quantity of food. The lunch Hibachi was awesome and a unbelievably inexpensive. Great service and they have those new hibachi tables that suck up all the smoke so you don't stink when you leave. My husband and I love hibachi, and we're really excited to have a hibachi restaurant so close to our house. Tokyo Harbor was an amazing dining experience! The staff was super accommodating and kind, the show was great, and the manager was a pleasure to speak with. The food was all extremely high quality (at a great price!), and you get about twice as much food as other hibachi restaurants.
