HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! First time here with my fiancé and our two-month old baby. Ordering is done at the counter so we do so and then look for a seat. The place is small and the only large table left (there are only four "large" tables), is by the front door and so we head over to it. It is past 8PM and cold outside with a strong breeze. We quickly realize that the cold breeze is coming in through the front door and right to our corner. It is cold for us but definitely far too cold for the baby. So I decide to close the door at which point the lady at the front counter calls out to me and asks me not to close it. I walk over to the counter to explain the problem and point out the fact that there is nowhere else for us to sit and we have our baby. She says to me that it is "stuffy for us in back, no back door". I reiterate that there is nowhere else for us to sit. Her response is "I'm sorry", just leaving me speechless. A couple who is sitting at a table further in and away from the breeze overhears the conversation and offers to switch tables with us. I look over at the staff expecting them to accommodate us, the customers, over themselves. But they say nothing. Mind you that the customers offering to switch are in the middle of their dinner with items all over their table. I begin to say that it's ok we can just take it to go then but they insist on switching and start moving their plates to the other table. I look back at the staff in disbelief that they are perfectly fine with making customers with a baby sit in the cold and/ or allow more customers the inconvenience of moving their dinner and then they sit in the cold, over closing the damn door. I look at the lady and tell her that they should NEVER put their own selfish comfort over their customers. This is a business not their kitchen at home. I refuse to ever give my money again to any place who couldn't care less for the customers or a two-month old baby! I can't imagine in which other ways the customer doesn't matter to them that we can't see happening in the back where the food is prepared and cooked. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone and suggest that you take your money elsewhere to a business that has some respect for their patrons. read more

I went here yesterday for lunch and overall price is OK and food is just okay nothing special but not the worst food in the world. when it comes to service, I really think that they would improve it... the lady was eating lunch when I was there and she gave me a body expression of "why are you here"? expression... same with her face... I'm here to do business... I mean I kinda expected a little bit more service but I guess I can't expect too much when you see the over all picture. barely earning 3/5 at this point in time. read more

The food is great. Looks just like the pictures in the menu. Seating is limited. The prices are good for a healthy portion they serve. I highly recommend this place for a quick meal. This is not a fancy place to go to though it's in and out. read more

Excellent service and some of the best sushi for the price I have had. Some of the complaints I read here are puzzling - what were you all expecting? Some sort of naked Geisha serving you bits of hand cut Toro while promising their love and faithfulness for the rest of her years and three strong sons from her womb? Lets be real here. For me this place delivers everything as promised - good food at a cheap price served by nice people. The salmon is the best - very fresh and good sized portions. I didn't leave hungry and I had money still left in my pocket. Win win if you ask me. read more

As you walk in the staff is friendly. Prices are decent for how much you get, but the flavor was gross. I had the spicy tuna, sesame chicken and shrimp tempura. The roll had a fishy taste, so I asked the lady if I could switch it. At first she had looked at me like she didn't want to. I get it I ate two of the six pieces I wanted to make sure it was really weird tasting. So she have me Cali rolls. As I waited for the Cali rolls I started eating the rest of my plate the chicken and tempura was good. I just had to stop because I could still taste that tuna in mouth. Finally the ca rolls were ready but they only have me four pieces instead if the 6, but I guess Bc I had already ate the two tuna pieces I didn't deserve a full roll. Anyway it too had a not so fresh taste. (Which is kind of weird because we all know ca rolls are made of imitation crab) so I packed my food and left. Don't expect me to come back because I won't. I've eaten here 6 times in about 8 months and love this place. Usually get sushi but last time I got the pork ramen soup and it was incredible. Even there limited choices on ice cream are good. If your looking for a local spot that is good and inexpensive definitely check this place out read more

Ordered a rainbow roll and it was pretty good but I would recommend getting the combos A Or B, comes with chicken or beef salad and a drink- that's a better deal. I will order that next time. Pretty easy to find, located in a shopping complex/parking lot area. read more

When we sat down were immediately greeted with waters and edamame, the staff were so friendly and eager to serve us. I am from out of town and was staying at the courtyard Marriott less than a quarter mile away. Just walked over here for some sushi. Sushi is mediocre. Very plan and bland. Not fresh fish either. I know sushi very well as I eat sushi weekly and this is just average. Didn't try anything else but if you want good sushi - don't come here. I'm sure other stuff isn't terrible. read more

Came here to have my lunch, it was a terrible experience. The lady who took our orders didn't tell us about we can get a FREE soda if we order combos. She didn't pay attention to what she is doing. We have to ask for the sodas since we saw the sign. She didn't apologize, she gave us stupid look. I think she didn't give us the sodas if we don't ASK for them!!! Came her for a quick lunch with my friend during non rush hour time and the server made a mistake on one of the orders when we clearly said we wanted #16. She brought out the food, but we were confused as to what happened. We asked for the initial order to be replaced with was just one of the items in the combo, she gave us a sense that we were in the wrong and uncooperative for wanted the changes to be made. Instead of letting us keep the wrong order like you would, she took the entire plate back. The food ended up being very bland and the pork in my pork cutlet was almost non exist in the sea of heavy and over fried batter. Not worth coming here again read more

Their are two cashiers one that's nice and sweet rarely ever see her, but when I do she's the only reason I still buy there! I've used yelp for years but have never felt compelled to comment.....until now. Ran in to cure a quick sushi fix and Tokyo Express broke it. Sashimi was way overpriced for the setting and WOW, the gall of this place for serving me the salmon they did. It was JUST like they defrosted that sad, light-orange frozen stuff in the freezer at Wal-Mart and then boxed it up to disappoint me at home. No taste and way to firm - like biting on fishy jicama.
