My wife and I brought our Yukon in for maintenance, which included an oil change, tire rotation, alignment along with a recall on the third row seatbelt. On top of that, we experienced sporadic transmission slips, which Tom Bell was able to diagnose with an error code, and a software patch was applied. (Welcome to computer cars, ahaha). While the car was at the shop, we also decided to change some cabin filters, as the interior at times, would become stinky - this helped greatly with the smell. Our service advisor was Dan which by the way was very professional, and kept us in the loop. Our tech was Jesse Reyes, which also did a fantastic job on our car. When it came time to pick up our car, I checked in on Yelp and received a discount offer for an oil change. Perfect timing, and it worked a charm! Dan was able to apply to the discount for us. I live more than 70 miles away from Tom Bell Chevrolet and they delivered my Colorado ZR2 to my house! I'm in my mid 30s and have purchased 5 vehicles since I've had my license. My experience with Tom Bell was by far the BEST, most convenient, painless, most satisfying car purchase of my life. I had been searching for a specifically equipped Colorado ZR2 in Sand Dune Metallic for about a month. My local dealerships either didn't have one or the ones they had were base models or in random colors. Call it supply chain issues or whatever you want, inventory just isn't what it used to be. Tom Bell had 3 identical ZR2s all with Bose & Navigation, plus the GM Performance intake for the price that other dealerships were marking up base models! I submitted an inquiry online from the convenience of my office and got a call from Jorge within 30mins. Shortly after that his manager Roger called and we got the finance ball rolling. After a brief mix of online forms, phone calls and texts, Kofi from finance called and was able to secure a loan at a rate better than my credit union and with a lower monthly payment than was originally quoted! Roger made an already amazing car buying experience even better by delivering my ZR2 to my home some 70 miles away and dropped it off with a full tank of gas. Mark saw that I had a great credit score but we still are being negotiate as if my score was something to try and overlook. I don't get that. 10.46% interest. Sad. But agreed to. Finance guy was a different story all together found out a week later he quit three days ago. We had been discussing the truck the whole time... I had no idea! We went to look at and purchase a new Chevy, our sales guy Gerson was awesome, but everything else was crap & we did not purchase a car from here. They tried ripping us off, we have 799+ plus credit scores, mine came back to them at 799, my guys was over 800, and they treated us like we were first time buyers that had no clue. They offered a crazy high payment, on a 23k car. They wanted 429$ / mo for 72 months, plus our 3500$ down payment, if you do the math that is 33k on a 23k car. I don't understand how they can do this to people with a straight face, but we walked away, and they called dus the next day letting us know they got a better deal of $406$/mo for 72 months.. we said no thank you. I contacted another chevy dealership, let them know what we wanted and they obliged, we went to Carson, no gimmicks, it was exactly as we discussed via text and we were in and out without games, with a 417$ payment for 60 months and we are just disgusted with the way this dealership treated us. We now have a new car, from another dealership and did not get taken advantage of. I even sent the sales guy and sales manager their offer, and they didn't respond. I guess they only want to sell to people they can rip off without issue. I would not recommend this dealership, and we will never go there again. We saved a whole year of payments by not settling with these guys, that is over 5k we didn't have to throw away. read more

WARNING!!! Worst service I've ever received! Staff and management are dishonest. If you care about your vehicle by all means avoid this dealership. They will not treat you or your property with respect nor professional care. They will lie to avoid responsibility for poor workmanship. I took my vehicle in to have the blind spot indicator serviced, my service advisor sent me an invoice for $388 for a diagnostic which I approved, the service advisor advised that the rear bumper cover would have to be removed. When I picked my vehicle up four days later the bumper cover and door panel weren't reinstalled correctly. Extremely poor workmanship, gaps in bumper and door panel, missing retainers and screws, they literally threw everything back together, when confronted they denied having removed the bumper. I had to wait almost a half an hour to even talk to the service manger. Service manger brought me into his office attempting to show me camera footage while I'm seated at least 3 1/2 feet away, he skipped and jumped around from camera to camera and told me "no we never removed the bumper", but couldn't find any footage of the car being worked on in a service bay. He then discounted the diagnostic from $388 to $135. I now have to have my rear bumper cover removed, reinstalled and aligned correctly along with the door panel, right side mirror, wheel/ finder liners. Estimated at $1200. Contacted GM and they stated it's a private matter, dealerships are privately owned. Please be aware!! Please also check their g o o g l e reviews for further proof of their negligence, and if you experience poor and unacceptable service from them please report them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

On August 6, 2022 Saturday. I had a early morning appointment to get my oil changed. The whole process was amazing and smooth. The greeter Laquita ( so sorry if I spelt her name wrong) was a delight! She truly made my day with her spunky energy and great convos. Daniel my assigned advisor was so sweet and detailed with what my Chevy Colorado truck needed. I did get to witness a Mr. Karen ( rude customer) treat the greeter and advisor with disrespect as soon as he pulled up. The service department did not match the rude customers energy and kept everything professional. Professional enough where the customer ended up apologizing for being so rude. I have nothing but praise for Tom Bell Chevrolet, annet the service. Writer has been a perfect angel, in helping me with my vehicle. She's been my service writer for years now. And recently the rear window on my convertible top on my Camaro was coming loose from the top. And my car warranty had expired, but annet got a hold of General Motors, and told them i get my vehicle serviced there, and that I was a valued customer. annet is the one responsible for having General Motors to replace the top. I actually had on my car at the present time, it wasn't closing properly, and she got a hold of General Motors and had it replaced completely free, And when the rear window started coming loose on my replaced top after the warranty expired, she vouch for me, asking GM to get involved and fixing my convertible top. And she was so successful that General motors agreed with her, they reduce the price dramatically, and only having me to pay a portion of it, for a completely brand new convertible top, and the service manager Jeremy was extremely concerned about my top getting fixed, and Jeremy told me they were going to get General Motors involved in getting this done, along with the general manager at Tom Bell, if you have a Chevy vehicle, I highly suggest you get all your service done with the friendly people and concerned people at Tom Bell, it pays off in the long run, as well as getting your vehicle property serviced,Extremely friendly, kind and courteous and above all very concerned about your vehicle. I keep trying to give their sales a chance. But every time it's a typical pressure car sales environment. The last time I spent an hour with a sales person that clearly didn't know their job because upon talking to the sales manager, he told me I'm crazy to think I can get that car for sticker price. Another time I was told I couldn't get the same price as others because I'm not a repeat buyer. Service hasn't been much better. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. But always expensive. I was charged $100 to install a battery. 5 minute job so.... $1200 an hour? Go elsewhere. There are good dealers put there. read more

If you are considering buying a used car, they will try and add a warranty, a pulsing brake light, and fabric protection without asking. I was buying a well priced $22k truck and when they brought the paperwork for me to sign out it was over $30k! $6k for the unasked for warranty, $1k for the paint and fabric protection and $400 for the pulsing 3rd brake light! I ended up buying the truck, but I got rid of most of the add ons. It was still a decent deal, but I don't like the sleazy tactic of not mentioning any of it until I was ready to sign the paperwork.
