Like I said is good and bad, if you not aware what's going on, many people will used it for like 3-4 minutes and leave, thinking it will stop when it running out of time, and later receive a cc bill for like $50 for car wash. Wa??? I mean I don't know what is the limit time for the water to be stop Good part, if you a car lover and like taken your time to wash your car, you don't have to worry kept on putting money in it, just let it go until you finish and stop So I can't be the judge on that, but two star is pretty much for the location, also saw some sketchy and homeless around there, don't feel safe

I now know where all the unemployed used car, solar system, or alarm system salesmen have gone! To WOW carwashes. The carwash was as expected. I got the $22 top of the line wash and it worked fine. Yet the 1 rating is for their CUSTOMER service model. It SUCKS! At this location, out of THREE lanes to enter, one is members only, and two are for everyone else, BUT ONLY one is open, so you MUST line up. And a SALESPERSON is standing there! I was THIRD in the line and with the other lane closed, I COULD NOT just go through and bypass this DELAY. The guy was CHATTING with the person in the car while signing them up, but it took over 10 MINUTES! WTF! I turned my car engine off to save fuel. Come on, OPEN the other lane for those of us who do not want any subscriptions or assistance or socializing, just a simple quick carwash. So I dismissed the employee as I approached and he got that I was NOT interested in socializing or being sold soemthing, so he did respect that. The other location on Blue Diamond is NOT respectful, hence why I tried this one. Sadly many insist on HIGH PRESSURE tactics. STOP! This is a carwash. I did my purchase, clicked that I wanted a receipt during the first few screens, inserted the card, and then ANOTHER prompt for receipt OPTIONS came up. ONLY two choices, send to email address or NO RECEIPT. I had ALREADY said I wanted a RECEIPT, a PAPER receipt for my credit card records, but NO! Only one choice which was UNACCEPTABLE. They again are so aggressive that they want your EMAIL ADDRESS to SPAM you! I am NOT GIVING my email address. Besides my email address for that TRANSACTION should ONLY be used for the receipt. NOT MARKETING, not upselling! We need LAWS to STOP this aggressive harvesting of personal information for MARKETING! Because of this behavior I WILL NEVER go to them again. NEVER! Instead of making the goober drive through and get back in line for the error, I and two other cars behind me had to wait 5min while the goober driver slowly went in reverse. Maybe 5min doesn't sound long, but the driveway isn't long either and it shouldn't have taken 5min to reverse a car. All I got was a sorry for the wait. Super annoyed. Again, the goober should've been asked to drive through and get back in line, opposed to the wait for others.
