The ambience was fine typical Colorado decor. There was a lot of wood throughout the restaurant. The latch on the women's restroom stall did not lock. Luckily there was no one else in the restroom when I went. I had never heard of this restaurant. I was only there because I was catching a ride with one of my friends to the wedding. I had no intention to have breakfast with the groomsmen. My food came out to $24.58 (August 2026) which was nice. I didn't break the bank on brunch. If I am ever on that side of town again in the morning, which is not very likely, I wouldn't mind stopping by and having a quick bite to eat.

I've been eating regularly at Tommy's with my children for years and I'm always impressed with the quality of the food, the good cheer & professionalism of the people, the personalization of the service, the cleanliness of the facility, and the atmosphere in which I've been made to feel at home with every visit. As a transplant to Colorado from southern New Jersey, where you can't throw a rock without hitting a pizzeria or sandwich shop, I know enough about cheese steaks to know that Tommy's surpasses anything I knew in my former home!! Matter of fact, whenever family comes to town, the first thing they insist on is a trip to Tommy's and a cheese steak for all of the same reasons. The quality of the products, the upbeat music, and the positive energy that hits me whenever I walk through the door makes Tommy's the right place to enjoy a great sandwich in good company!!! I love to support the little guy, however, drive 2 miles East and visit Fire House Subs and skip the attitudes. First the atmosphere leaves a little to be desired. Second they have no customer service skills. To much dope, I guess. I went with my daughter and ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and requested only half with cheese. My daughter does not like cheese. They apparently did not have the brain power behind the counter to figure out how to only put cheese on half the sandwich. I guess that answers the question as to why they are working at Tommy's. Oh Chadwick... so, is it 16 years or 12 years you have lived in the neighborhood as your other "review" states? I too live in the neighborhood just south of this place. I USED to frequent Tommy's Subs. Tommy's WAS a GREAT place under the original owners. It remained GREAT under the second owners. However, in the couple times I have gone there since the "new, spunky" owners took over I was NOT impressed. I now find both the food and the service to be mediocre at best. It is no longer the place that I highly recommended for so many years and it is NOT a place I will spend my hard earned money. read more

Tommy's Subs has been around for as long as I have been living here in Morrison, CO, about 16 years. It is a sole proprietorship, and being around that long with no franchise backing it up for that long? Enough Said. It is currently on it's 3rd owners, who are a younger couple, very spunky, and will make you smile! The food is top notch, very east coast style. The Philly Cheese steak is the BEST in Denver, among the other 8 sandwiches on their menu! BOTTOM LINE: You can't get a better experience, service, or sandwich. TOP ON MY LIST! read more

This place rocks, the food has always been good as far back to when the previous owner was still in charge. Over all I would say I have eaten at Tommy maybe 20 + times and have had a product that I feel is well worth the money we pay. Starting come to this awesome shop about 15 years ago and have not stopped since. I believe the new owner has done a great job keeping this quality up to standards to the highest level possible. One of the best sandwich shops in Colorado, definitely the best in the Denver Metro. The owners and staff are very friendly and eager to please. The Cheesesteak is unbelievable with fresh onions and peppers. The Italian is best when you ask for "High Maintenance" (they load up the sand which with everything). I've been there a couple different times in the last few weeks and I have had a great experience every time. read more
