First time eating here. And it was so good. It was Delicious. The parking lot is big. They have drive thru too. The inside is very clean with lots of Windows to look out. Diner atmosphere. Not only is this place super expensive there drink selection sucks and then I was the only one in the drive through and they were not even busy but for some reason it took them 15 plus min to get me my food in drive through so I asked for extra guacamole and the lady said they had to charge the lest they could do for the 40 I spent on lunch was give me some for my long wait ... told them I will not be coming back .... and there food is not that great not worth the money spent to be honest really greasy... if you want a fast drive through don't go here read more

The customer service was beyond exceptional, especially for a fast food joint. Being first timers, the female cashier explained a few things to us. After we got our food, they checked on us frequently, bordering on excessive but it was totally fine lol. Food was better than expected. I keep waiting to get tired of Tom's burgers but I never do. This is the tastiest burgers I have ever encountered in PASADENA. Yay

I've gone here a handful of times since this location is the most convenient for me, being so close to my place which is cause to negate the fact that I feel the prices are a little outrageous for the quality of food they put out. I once bought a bean/cheese burrito and 2 burger combos and it was $32. The burger, which is a staple at this type of joint, was small and it had a soggy bun each time I've come. Additionally, the drive thru takes FOREVER, even when there is no cars ahead of you and for a simple order, way worse if it is busy. So slow in fact, that you might as well turn your car off while waiting in line. It's tathat long. They tend to get your order wrong here a lot as well, forgetting to include items that you order. Also, they close early before the listed time, so there's that. Pasadena has a lot of burger joints and I think most are better than this one. I've come here multiple times because as often as I've been let down, I want to be fond of this place because it is so close, but that is not the case. You'd be much better served going to Top's or Super Burger down the street. read more

First of all, they have a big sign on their window that says $5.00 breakfast. I get in and they say it's expired with nothing mentioned anywhere. Im hungry so I get biscuits and gravy, eggs, and bacon. The eggs are freshly cooked with real eggs, and the bacon is good. The biscuits are dry, plane, and rubbery, not fresh. I asked to switch them for hash browns, and they kindly did with no hesitation. GREAT Service and friendly staff! But has browns were dry, stale and also not fresh.. Employees provides the welcoming experience to any establishment. This is something that brings people back. This place has gone DOWNHILL and shows no sign of coming back. Half the staff don't care about you order and will give you attitude if it came out incorrect.(Suzie) I ordered well done hash browns and they came out raw. She proceeded to give my gf attitude saying it was what we ordered when it was not. I understand mistakes, but I won't take part in being treated any less then a customer should. My friends and I stopped here after the Rose Parade and it was very busy. However, the line moved quickly and the bill was inexpensive. The food came out quickly and the portions were a lot larger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the orders was forgotten, but three people came by to make sure that it was fulfilled. Overall, the food was absolutely delicious! Although not a typical sit-down restaurant, there were employees walking around checking in on us every few minutes making sure that our experience was pleasant. I just want to say thank you to the girl at the front counter for taking the time to listen to my special request yesterday. I wanted an avocado burger but needed the avocado on the side. Usually when this request is made I get it on the burger but yesterday at the Pasadena store they actually placed it on the side! I asked for my fries to be extra crispy and no salt and they were perfect! I also ordered a Gyro with extra tzatziki and no onions. The meat was so juicy but still had that charred taste and the sauce was so fresh and bright tasting. I also liked that they did not skimp on the meat portion. I think my Gyro was the best I have ever had ` even at Greek places! I raved so much to my husband that I already finished it before he asked for a bite :) My husband loved his burger and my daughter enjoyed her side of avocado. This was during lunch where they were very busy yet my order was perfect! I was extremely impressed at how clean the restaurant was and I noticed that the owners were actually helping their employees out! One lady was cleaning the tables and the gentlemen was on the grill. They were doing work they did not have to do, work that was beneath them as owners yet they were smiling and engaging with their employees! you NEVER see that anywhere these days! I wish I thought to thank them in person for showing so many others that they are a team no matter who they are in the chain of command. The first time I came here with my family all of us got sick.. we didn't go back again for a while but my mom and I decided to go again about a month ago and once again we have decided not to ever go back. All the tables were filthy we didn't know where to sit, that should have been our sign to get out and go somewhere else. Staff has always been friendly and does a great job. Place is clean and new which is nice compared to some of the other area establishments. What killed it for me was getting a 6 inch long piece of hair in my food. Please have staff wear hair nets or ??? To prevent this from happening. Had a tuna melt combo and a carne asada taco. It was nothing to rave about. The cost of the combo was $10 and the taco was around $4. I got a large drink. Including taxes, it came out to $18. Went to Tom's for first time last Thursday to meet with friend. Had a turkey avocado sandwich and it was good. So I brought my family Friday night around 8pm looking for a great experience. There were seven of us (our four young adult kids and daughter in law). Four of us had Bfast meals. After the first bite we all looked at each other like something was wrong. Took another bite and really had a hard time going much further. Waffles tasted stale. French toast had weird taste. Something was really wrong with my chicken fried steak. Strange taste. I gave Tom's two tries since it's on my way home from work. The bacon/beef burger was tiny, burnt, and flavorless. The fries were not bad but they weren't especially good. The chicken burrito was a little better but bland and they got my drink order wrong. The salsa was just . . . confusing. I used the drive-thru both times and waited a long time both times, even though once I was the only car. There are too many other good restaurants nearby for me to return. I'm an avid burger joint junky: Tops, Lucky Boys, Habit and others. Tom's is now the above all the rest. A southwest type diner the menu is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The service is old school, they drop your food off at your table and pick it up when you are done, no inaudible chef calling your number or annoying buzzing device.
