    Turkey and Swiss Sandwich

If you're looking for that classic deli experience look elsewhere. For the prices you're paying and the slow service you'd be better off going to the grocery store in this shopping center and buying your own groceries. I got a turkey on rye sandwich with avocado that turned out to be 3 slices of store bought turkey (not made on site) with guacamole and I guess Swiss cheese that is so flavorless I can't tell if it's there. This place was a huge let down. Two sandwiches and chips ran me $25 which is an insult. Stay away

The Famous Deli Sub (avocado, roast beef, ham, turkey Swiss) on French roll

I LOVE small sandwich shops like these. No-frills, great bread, just enough options. I don't live in Pasadena often but when I am even if it's for my 1-2x a week workout class in the area, I do keep finding myself coming back here because I love giving business to small establishments like these. The woman at the cashier is quiet but kind and everything I've ordered her has been excellent. For me, the just-soft-enough French roll is the way to go and how I feel the sandwiches are meant to be served. Avocado is a feature for many menu items and I can see why, as they are always fresh and plentiful. 2 size options, regular or large - I find myself always barely able to finish a regular but love how generous they are for the price. Jersey Mike's eat your heart out - this is where I'll be.

I have eaten here a couple of times and the place is clean with friendly service. The sandwiches are good with quality meat. They have a mixture of breads to choose from. I had a bacon and egg sandwich on toasted squaw bread which was appetizing. Great place to get a basic sandwich if you are in the Pasadena area.

Potato Salad - lot's of mayo.
    Eric H.

The sandwiches are made fresh, but I don't see anything special. I ordered a Turkey and Cheddar on Rye with mustard, no Mayo. It came with no mayo, and no mustard. I again asked them for mustard and they gave me a couple little mustard packs (which were hard to open and seemed very old). The potato salad was too heavy with mayo for my liking, but that's just me. The small space has several tables inside and outside, and the ladies behind the counter are friendly. When I order a sandwich, I'd like it to be something I can't do at home. This sandwich was not that. My experience was not bad, but nothing special.

Large Italian Cold Cut sandwich. $13.49 Total Price!
    Mark G.

This was my first time at Vince's Deli and it will not be the last. Looking over their menu I decided on ordering a large Italian Cold Cut Sandwich. This sandwich was served in a long roll. The salami, capocolla, mortadella, provolone cold cuts were good slices of quality meat and they were not salty. Biting into the first half of my sandwich I was in heaven. All the flavors of cold cuts came through with each bit. The roll was soft and I like that it they did not put too much Italian dressing. The pickles, red onion, pepperoncini, and tomatoes really brought the whole sandwich together.

The Egg Heaven was honestly one of the best egg sandwiches I've ever had. The flavors were light but still incredibly satisfying. The bread was perfectly toasted, and the egg salad was seasoned so well that every bite was delicious. It was also definitely worth the price, it came with three pieces, which was more than enough to share between two people. The Iced Honeycomb Latte was just as good. It doesn't come sweetened at first, but as the dalgona slowly melts into the coffee, it adds the perfect amount of sweetness. If you prefer your coffee less sweet, you can always ask for less dalgona. On top of the great food and drinks, the staff was incredibly friendly. Since it was my first visit, she gave us great recommendations and helpful feedback on what to order, which made the experience even better. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

The Legendary Chopped Cheese was definitely a highlight. The bread was fluffy and soft, and the meat was well-seasoned and flavorful. The Bacon Breakfast Burrito definitely didn't skimp on the fillings. It was packed with fluffy eggs, bacon, and crispy waffle fries. There was so much egg in this burrito that it was definitely a filling meal--and the waffle fries were a fun addition. The Chicken & Waffles were also delicious. The food here is well worth maneuvering this intersection of Lake Avenue and California Boulevard. I was surprised to see how many people were inside this Peruvian restaurant. As I walked, I noticed a patio section on the outside by the entrance. Once I entered there was a large counter that wrapped around to the side. There was a service counter with a staff member taking orders over the phone as well as assisting customers with ordering to-go food. Everyone inside was extremely busy. Tables nearby were filled with customers. The counter area also had Peruvian products, snacks, candies, and sauces conveniently displayed. There was a short line before I got to the counter to make my order. I was unfamiliar with the menu so I asked for some assistance as to what I should order. There were a few things that were not available on the day that I was there. But I was able to order a number of their specialties. I decided I wanted a half chicken. I was informed that Peruvian chicken has a completely different flavor and comes with a special green sauce. I ordered spicy and extra spicy. I also decided to have the garlic fries, a side salad, and their special beans. I had: -Pollo a La brasa, half chicken. -Song de Pollo -Canary beans with housemaid Aji Amarillo Paste -Garlic fries, side salad, diced cucumber salad. I had them add their special sauces for the salad dressing. And the French fries with a barbecue sauce. When my order was ready for me to take home, they double checked everything asked if I needed some extra sauce which I agreed to and I was on my way. As I left I noticed more and more people coming in as it was getting close to an early dinner time. They had been busy the entire time that I was there, about 25 minutes. The kitchen's fragrant smells permeated the entire restaurant. When I got home and unpacked my food, everything was still warm. Flavors from the food engulfed my dining/kitchen area. Everything that I ordered was exceptional! The chicken flavor was like no other chicken that I have ever experienced: moist and tender. The shredded chicken sandwich was definitely my favorite. The toasted bread was filled to capacity with shredded chicken. Green sauce was added and the flavor was complete! A great value. I enjoyed this sandwich for two meals....both hot and cold! The cucumber salad and the garlic fries were as expected, with the cucumber salad providing a bright clean flavor. I would rate Loli Farms as a great experience.
