Genuinely, my family and are are OBSESSED with Tonys Pizza. Everything we have tried is absolutely delicious (and we have tried majority of menu). You will be very pleasantly surprised with just how great each and everything there is to eat. Anytime we are in the area we order take out. I have NEVER left a Yelp review before... but that just shows how much we love everything on their menu. We own a condo in Coquina Condos down the road. Okay why 5 stars for a pizza joint? Well; pizza. When you find a really good pizza place it is worth praising. And when you find a place as quirky and "hidden in plain site" you give more praise. We have been ordering from Tony's for years. Tony is jn a non-descript little strip mall just south of 206 and across the street from public beach access. The strip mall has a dog groomer (new), restaurant (kinda new) jce cream store, tattoo parlor and maybe something else. The whole strip is easy to overlook. And there is Tony's, which is also very easy to overlook. I mentioned that we order from Tony's; we don't eat at Tony's. You could , but it is small, and usually quite warm (not unusual for a pizza joint). They do deliver, but I like to pick up. It is a family business andbit is nice to see familiar faces when you pop in. Also, you get a brief education on humanites and an opportuto to expand cultural awareness. Alright; the food. The pizza is as good as you will find in Florida (i lived in NY for 5 years). The crust is just the right thickness and texture. The sauce is balanced and bright; not the usual dull musty red sauce you often find outside of pizza Mecca ;). The pies are very large so ask for advice on how many you need. The Greek Salad is very good and a side of meatballs with garlic bread is always a favorite. When in Crescent Beach i highly rec Tony's; you will not be sorry. But make sure that, at least once, you go and pick up. read more

The pizza was great, true New York style pizza. Perfectly baked and topped. There is a nice choice of toppings here, ranging from your regular pizza topping to little ethnic true New York toppings. But beware, the toppings can get expensive. It cost us 32$ for a large pizza with 4 toppings. My only complaint was I wish they were open later. The place is a little dumpy and divey, however the pizza and service are phenomenal! We were originally planning to dine in, but since the joint was hotter than the worst Florida afternoon, we opted to take our order next door. Our order included a medium supreme, medium cheese and garlic knots (12 to an order). The $43 price tag shocked me at first, but due to the timeliness and freshness we were all left impressed. I tend to prefer pizza pies with more sauce than cheese. Tony's pie is covered in cheese and fresh toppings. It was crazy delicious! Even the crust had a perfect texture. Knots were also on point. As I previously stated, the front of house server hooked us up with great customer service. I'd recommend this place to anyone craving a no frills pizza joint. A small place located in a strip mall of 4-5 other small shops. Tony's has adopted a carry-out only approach, like many places post-Pandemic. We called our order in and was quoted an hour wait. As it was check-in day for us and many other beach goers, the wait was expected and accurate. We ordered the cheese bread and a medium sausage pizza. I arrived a few minutes before our quoted time. The order was hot and service was prompt. Nice folks working. The cheese bread had an ample amount of cheese and a good chewy crust. A really unique cut pattern, which created small cube size bits just right for dipping in marinara. The sausage pizza had a lot of cheese and what was described as beef sausage on it. We are accustomed to pork sausage, but really no difference here. A good sauce and crust with a chew. Tony's had a slew of boxes stacked on tables that used to be the dining room. I'd say they are doing good, with all that cardboard soon to hold some pies. We enjoyed our order, even with vacationer car lag. read more
