I am heartbroken and disappointed, Tony's Pizza has gone downhill. The service is unprofessional. A few weeks ago I went to pick up my phone order. There were no other customers when I arrived. I noticed two Pizza boxes were sitting on the back counter ready for pickup. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I tried getting the employees attention. I felt like the employee was purposely ignoring me. The employee seemed not present if you know what I mean, and seemed more interested in playing with his phone or joking with his buddies. One of the workers in the back who was making pizzas finally told the employee to help me. It turned out, those boxes on the back counter were mine. When I finally got the Pizza home it was cold. It wasn't very good but we assumed thats because it was cold. A few weeks later, we gave it another chance. We ordered a pizza for ourselves and one for our neighbor. We ordered online and when it was time to pick it up, we noticed we had gotten a text message that said they had canceled our order with no explanation. I didn't know if they were closed early or if they had just run out of ingredients for what I ordered so I called the restaurant to see if we could adjust our order. The person who answered the phone seemed to have no idea about anything and couldn't answer even the most basic questions. It was like talking with Spicoli from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. We arrived on time for pickup but had to wait quite a long time for our pizza. We had small kids with us and waited at a table inside; it was just icing on the cake that, while we waited, we had to be subjected to the music the staff were playing for guests in the seating area--which contained more vulgarities than Tony's has pizza toppings! My kids really paid attention to the song about the singer "getting p****" (and I don't mean "getting pizza"!). Tony's... for shame! read more

I' only ate my slices because I was hungry and already paid but the dough is super thin and flimsy it's close to 7/11 pizza if not a little worse. Also , toppings should be portioned out equally 2 pieces of ham and like 30 pieces of pineapple is not it. It's also unsanitary nobody is wearing gloves. I'm so sad to write this review. Like many others in the area, I grew up eating Tony's pizza. My mom was friend's with the original owner, Renato. She worked in the mall for 16 years and we got his pizza regularly growing up. It's been over 40 years we've gone there and last night was our last time. I have never understood why people will buy a business and decide to fix what isn't broken. I can say that the pizza we got last night was literally the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. We got a cheese pizza, a Bianca pizza and some garlic knots. My daughter and I grabbed a piece of the Bianca and took a bite and we both immediately spit it out. My kid actually dropped the piece she had in her hand trying to grab her water to get the salt out of her mouth. It tasted like someone maybe dropped a salt shaker into the ricotta. It wasn't just a little salty, it was like- was it done intentionally because someone was mad or something? It was like pouring straight salt onto the pizza from an open container. We threw the entire uneaten pizza away- I was pissed. The cheese wasn't salty like the Bianca, but the bottom was so burned it was hard to get through. My husband ate because I was so ticked that we had to throw the other pizza away. Also, the garlic knots were way too dark on both the bottom and the top. Like what the hell are they even doing?! It's not that hard... we were there around 8pm on March 11th. Nobody was there and it was all teenagers working. I couldn't go back, I should have, but what's the use? They have absolutely destroyed that place. I'm telling you, don't go. Don't do it. They in no way shape or form care about the food they are making OR the customers that they are basically robbing. I wish the people that bought it last would change the name so it's not Tony's anymore. The crap they are churning out shouldn't be out there ruining memories of the amazing spot it used to be. I used to love Tony's when I was in highschool. I came the other day and Honestly I'll never be back. I don't recommend going. You're better off going to La crusta or something. The Tony's Pizza was just okay, they had no drink options (2 if your lucky) drinks taste like crap, no ice in the machines and the worst part is that the soda machine is clearly grimy, crusty and had yellow crusted water deposits all over it. If you go into the store right now and walk to the machine you would 100% agree with me. Those machines are not cleaned and it's obvious because you can taste it IN THE DRINK that something in the machine is not right. That could get you sick. This place needs a good inspection high and low. There was a female worker there she was clearly so rude about me not liking the drink. And said it was just "flat". She had barely even taken a sip with a new cup and instantly poured it out. She tried the other flavor and did the same thing. She said "it's just flat." No... the tubes in those machines have mold or build up in them cause I could taste it. Anybody would agree. That machine should be replaced. Looks like the same machine from when I was in highschool in 2009. And nothing much was done when I asked them if there was maybe canned soda since I paid for it. They just said no. I went there a few weeks with my mom, we got a medium pizza and it was really good. I went there today to get two slices of pizza and what a disappointment. We arrived at about 11:30am and each had a single slice of pizza. For you long-time Tony's customers, do you remember that excellent crust at this place? The absolute WORST customer service ever. We have been loyal customers to Tony's for over 10 years. Any time we have a special family event we choose here, but after this we will not be customers again and will never again recommend this to anyone. We had $140 order that we called in. The young female cashier took the order over the phone and it had to be repeated and corrected for her multiple times. When we arrived to pick up the order there were multiple mistakes that had to be corrected that she shirked off on her male coworker. Worth mentioning now, he is the ONLY one who apologized at any part in the process. After waiting for the the order in store for 30 minutes and a 25 minute drive home (we waited more than the wait time to ensure it had time to be cooked) we start taking everything out and of course they forgot one of the items and of course it was the item for my Dad for his birthday, as well as all the salad dressings being forgotten, all the garlic knots being under cooked, and all the other food got cold from waiting for so long. We immediately called the restaurant to let them know of the mistake to just get a refund at this point, since none of us wanted to drive at least 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back after already spending over an hour between drive and wait time already. The person we spoke to first was the same girl who had messed up the order in the first place and she took zero accountability and didn't apologize once for the mistake, but make sure to say nothing was her fault. She said there was no way to give us a refund and asked for my number to call back if she got different information. She called back and said we would have to come back for it, which was not a plausible solution at this point. We asked to speak to a manager and were told the only manager there spoke Spanish exclusively. Luckily, my fiancé speaks Spanish so he was able to talk to the manager, but not until after multiple minutes of her clearly trying to explain her side to him. This manager said he would work on being able to deliver it after he spoke with the delivery driver. After another few minutes the girl called us back asking for the address and then she quickly hung up. Another few minutes later another manager, different from the one we previously spoke to, called us and said it was too far to deliver. We told him that we understand that for a normal delivery (hence why we picked it up) but since it's their mistake, they need to either give a refund over the phone or deliver the missing item. He continued to argue with us and told us we should call Doordash (this WAS NOT a Door dash order) to have them refund us. We told him this was their mistake and we didn't use that service. He then said "no one is going to win" after we repeatedly told him it is their mistake and they need to fix the situation. I asked if he was the owner and he said "no, thank God!". I asked if we could just have a refund and he said we could get the refund tomorrow and asked what time we could come in for the refund. I told him that we are not driving back for the refund since it was their mistake and he again went back to the idea of delivery. When we gave the address AGAIN they finally sent someone out. As I mentioned before no one but the young man in person apologized for any of these mistakes or took any amount of accountability. The female cashier who was clearly in charge of answering the phones tonight was so unprofessional and rude and said nothing was her fault. The manager who did speak English has zero managerial skills, customer service skills, or any people skills for that matter. It is shameful that any business is okay with having employees that speak and act the way these did. I truly hope no one else wastes their time eating here again and has their night ruined like us. The order was placed at 4:45, brought back home at 6:15 and the replacement was brought at 7:45 and was yet again a disheveled mess. We asked for the information to speak to the owner and everyone just kept saying they couldn't tell us anything about him. Please save your money and give any other small business that actually appreciates their customers a chance. read more

I've been coming here for just over a decade. It's ok pizza. Subs, Knotts, salads, all good. It's convenient down the street and quick pick up to eat pizza. Love the inside, all the photos, looks like an old school pizza joint! Never had a an issue up until the last idk 3 months. Me the fam have eatin here I would say 4 times in that span. The last 3 times have been terrible. Not to mention new faces constantly for one and two, the food has been COLD. Not fresh. I saw a review mention LOVE. When they put some love into it it's great! Phoned in an order on 9/20 @ 11:45 am. Took my name, number and repeated my order back to me. Got there and they claimed they didn't get it. So lovely how much shade and doubt was thrown my way. Trying to gaslight over a missing phone order? I had to show them my call history and got nothing except an "I can make it right now." No apology. Why would I call in an order if I had time to wait another 30 mins for it? My lunch break ruined. This place has gone completely downhill.
