Wow what a find! This spot is tiny and unassuming,, and the prices surprisingly low, but don't let that fool you. The kabobs, sandwiches, plates, and specials are all excellent. The garlic chicken sandwich and the sausage are particularly good. Their side salads, hummus, and even their peppers are prepared and served with more care than much more expensive restaurants serving similar food. I've been a regular here for about 2 years. I almost always get the chicken kabob sandwich because it is packed full of wonderful flavors and highly addictive. I also really like their falafel sandwich which I believe the falafel is homemade, it is really good too and full of flavor. Everyone is very nice. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get my food so I usually call ahead to place my order. The sandwiches are always perfect. This is my 1st review ever. Definitely a hidden gem. Everything is good. Best item is the Greek Salad with chicken kabob. The salad dressing is fantastic. Beef kebab is usually good but sometimes has too much sinew. I regularly drive about 8 miles out of my way to get what I consider to be the best gyro sandwich in the area. So, when a friend of mine raved about the food at Torino's and I saw there was a gyro on the menu, I was hoping that it would be source for my favorite sandwich a little closer to home. I have had hundreds of gyro sandwiches in my life and without a doubt this was the most disgusting gyro I've ever been served. The first bite was like biting into grass clippings with an overwhelming taste of mint. No tomatoes, no onions, just clippings. The tatziki sauce was plain yogurt, no herbs, no flavor. The meat was paper thin and dry. And what should have been a nice soft, warm pita enveloping the whole thing was instead stale and crispy. There was not one good thing about this sandwich. Ordered the garlic chicken sandwich, the steak wrap and a beef gyro. Out of the three the beef gryo tasted the best, followed by the steak wrap and the chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was a lot of bread and less garlic chicken. I'd give the gyro a 7.8 out of 10 on a flavor scale. The cost was just under $30. The staff is friendly, although eating there is not not an option as they don't use air conditioning inside the place. read more

I tried this place for the first time last week even though I have lived in the area my whole life. I wish I tried it sooner! I went in and talked with the nice lady, Maral, and she made amazing recommendations for food. I got the beef sausage sandwich with pickles (which was the best sandwich I have ever tried. Period.) and a falafel plate. Maral told me the falafels are hand-made and I could taste the difference. Not to mention their pickles tasted great on and off the sandwich. The order took a while but what do you expect when everything is made fresh and "from scratch"? I'll just order ahead next time. We had chicken kebob, beef lule, grilled veggies, rice, salad, hummus, yogurt-cucumber sauce and pita. EVERYTHING was amazing and every single one of my guests was raving about the authenticity of the food, its taste, freshness and just overall yumminess!!! Vartan came through once again (I have now been his client for two years). I could not recommend this guy more...seriously from his lunch menu (tongue sandwich and grilled chicken greek salad are my faves) to unique dinner-party menus, to his flavorful Mediterranean catering menu. I had the beef shawerma plate and sampled his rotisserie chicken. Beef shawerma was on point. good cut meat with proper marination and spicing. Now this is a real middle Eastern shawerma. Vartan the owner and top chef had me sample his latest creation of rotisserie chicken. It was a fusion of Mexican grilled chicken with Mediterranean rotisserie flavors. It was crispy and had the perfect cilantro/tomato sauce with it. Can't say enough about this place. From outside it might not look like much, however the kitchen and the service is top notch.
