Theres almost no better veggie burger in my opinion. If you are tired of the same ole "beyond burger" at sky high prices, this place makes one from scratch, piles it with sautéed mushrooms and onions, lettuce and mayo and/ or ketchup. Is it a softer patty, yes, but you can taste the ingredients and for $3.70 it will fill you up. They do one size fries for $2 and its a ton of well seasoned goodness. For just over $6 I got a very hearty meal and I bet no one can beat that in these expensive pick up times. Plus you are supporting local business and I always prefer that. Another Yelp! find. We were in the Stafford area and I wanted to try something good according to the Yelpers. Pics and reviews said this was a good choice, so I went with it. Lots of parking. Front door wasn't easily seen but it is in the front of the restaurant. You order at the counter. Mostly burger options as well as cheesesteak. We all got burgers. The boys got single patties and I got a double. You can choose a regular or spicy patty. It comes as just the burger or as a combo. One of the reasons I went was the fries looked like the kind I like in the pics. They did not disappoint. They advertise that they don't cook the burgers or drop the fries until you put your order in. It was still only about a 5 minute wait to get our food, so it's fast. They also advertise their buns are from a local bakery and you can tell the difference. It was a good bun. This is coming from someone who doesn't like hamburger buns! Great customer service, cool tourist-y vibes and nice patio seating compliments this hole-in-the-wall burger shack. I ordered #2 which was a single burger with fries and a drink for less than $6 bucks. Once you order through the drive thru, someone will bring your order to you once you park. I'm happy to say I've tasted everything from the daiquiris they had to the philly cheese-steak. The burgers are good too, but I don't know if its actually my favorite burger of all time good. However, it's good enough to come by again. To me, it seemed like the menu was simple and paired down, so while the options are low I think the food quality is generally tasty enough to make up for that. Was really craving burgers on my cheat day and decided to try this place out on a whim from my regular go to of Whataburger; and I'm glad I did!! I got the number 1 burger combo but ordered it spicy. It was one heck of a burger, with a slight burn from the spice that I absolutely loved. Burger was the perfect size, that was fresh and hot. Fries were also crispy and perfectly salted. Decided to try it on a whim with my boyfriend. First when we got our drinks (both sweet teas) it tasted old and spoilt , so we asked for something different. We then jot from their soda machine and even those had a funny taste. We ordered the spicy burger with Parmesan fries and the spicy Philly cheesesteak with the onion strings. The burger was alright, simple , not really spicy at all. The Philly cheesesteak was actually quite good, the bread was a lil soggy at the bottom from the grease and stuff, but it was a good sandwich. Cost - 5* I think this place is great value especially given what you get in terms of the portion. Pulled an hour before closing to get a little something to eat. The drive thru was around the building. I like the laid back atmosphere. Now the resturant was jacked up with a need some deep cleaning smell. There was a guy sweeping and mopping but maybe they should have gotten on it earlier instead at the closing hour. This place is pretty funky and worth the drive. Its menu is way past plain ol' burgers... the sizes are gigantic, the fry's variety fun.
