I'd like to write a review about my hairdresser, Jean. I've been going to Jean for almost as many years as I have been in Las Vegas--at least ten. I followed her from when their shop was next to Von's on Jones to the new, much better location on Craig. Jean is a fantastic hairdresser. I can't believe how good she is with every aspect of hairstyling--I go once a week just to get a wash and style, and she also makes my not blonde hair a beautiful mix of dark, medium and light tones that complement my skin color perfectly and I've been told makes me look at least ten years younger. Jean puts her all into her work and really wants to make me happy, and will fix any problem or small issue, although there rarely is one ever because she is just awesome. I love having natural, sun-kissed looking blonde hair that styled in a way that really accentuates my best features. I consider Jean more than just my hairdresser; she is my friend. Please do yourself a favor and go and see her at Total Image on Craig and Jones. You will love the results!!!! Also, the Salon itself is very nice, clean, and accessible and everyone who works there is super nice and friendly. The Salon carries a lot of really good products at reasonable prices and I also get my nails done there by Denise, who is great--her station is super-clean, she is very talented, fast, friendly, and a wonderful person. While Jean does your hair, have Denise do your nails and you'll be all set for a night on the town or just to feel beautiful and pampered! read more

I was having the most relaxing facial by Angela (has the cutest hair style and gorgeous blonde) who gave me the best 2 hour treatment I've ever had, so I felt comfortable enough to complain about my hair, and she referred me to one of the stylist at the salon, I was a little nervous because of my past experiences with hair stylist, but wow she the BEST! I couldn't have asked for a better stylist, her name is Jenn, she took my breaking off ragged out disaster w multiple problems and color corrected it, conditioned it or something with the best skills in Vegas!! It took an extra 2 and half hours because it was so horrible and damaged! She felt sorry for me I think and did not even charge me more but I took care of her with a tip I've never given before! MY HAIR LOOKS FABULOUS, This was done over 2 months ago and still looks great!! I'm going back because its time, but I just got on this yelp and she is the first one on my mind! I would like to recommend Jean to any woman who wants to get her hair cut, styled or colored. Jean is incredibly friendly yet super efficient so you know you won't be spending all day in the chair. She listens exactly to what you want and really sincerely cares that your hair turns out the way you want it. She has many, many years of experience and still keeps her education current by attending classes and seminars. If you want blonde, I have never seen anybody do blonde better--highlights, lowlights, never greenish, always perfectly natural and gorgeous--and at a very reasonable price. I found Total Image by a random roll of the "I need a new hairstyle" dice! I am BEYOND pleased with Total Image Salon! The stylists have an open area and that provides a relaxing, pleasant atmosphere for the customer-me! I consider myself lucky to have found stylist Evelyn as well! I was a "walk-in" customer 10 months ago, however now I am a faithful follower of her! She has managed to bring my hairstyle into the 21st century, and I am grateful to her for that! This Salon was the best experience EVER!! I just moved here a year ago, and I've yet to find a good hairstylist who knows what they are doing!!! As soon as I came in I was helped right away by a receptionist. She booked my appointment for the next day and was very polite! My Stylist name was Stephanie and she was sOOoo amazing. I've never had my cut and color turn out the way that I've wanted it to until now!! Absolutely love it here! The vibe is Absolutely amazing as soon as you walk in. Front desk is super nice. I have never dyed my hair because I am always scared of it getting ruined but Carlaya took very great care of me ! she asked me questions to make sure I got what I wanted. As someone who has long hair, it's hard finding someone that won't just cut a lot of hair off when you only want a small trim but she listens and did exactly as I wanted plus you cant beat her prices ! First I have to say Jennifer, the new owner, is absolutely amazing. She has made this salon look so beautiful and feel so welcoming. All the stylists and manicurist you walk by are always happy and smiling. On that note, my stylist Vicki, is beyond amazing! She has been doing my hair for so many years I have lost count. I had a pedicure with Denise, she was very nice and friendly. She did a great job on my pedicure, very relaxing. I'm glad I was the only one getting a pedicure at that time slot, because you go into a small room that has two pedicure chairs beside each other (only drawback). Aside from the small room, my pedicure lasted well over 3 weeks and i wore sandals and slippers most of the time. I've had many pedicures before, but hers truly lasted the longest. read more

I am very nervous about cutting my hair every time that I do it always get really messed up. I drive past Total Image everyday for work. It looked like a good place to get a haircut. So I made an appointment and went in and I actually had an appointment with the owner. She did an awesome job on my hair. I plan on going back. I love Vicki Franklin she gives the best hair cut and Angelique the nail tech always does what I want when I bring in a picture for a nail design. We always do something from that design and tweak it a little bit, but it always comes out the way I want it and I always appreciate what she does for my nails. read more

I have been going to Total Image Salon for over 15 years. Their new salon is beautiful and spacious. Vicki and Sheila are the best for hair and nail services. Although other salons may be a bit fancier I don't believe you can find anything better for the prices. read more

Sheila does a brilliant pedicure. Relaxing and lasts! Erica is a master at highlights and color. Love that she doesn't take forever to get the processing and cut finished. Place is clean and you can get a massage onsite. Definitely recommend. read more

Total image is a very clean and friendly salon. Sandra has been doing my nails for years. She makes you feel like family, not a client. Would not get my nails done anywhere else. I drive from Armagosa to Las Vegas just have her do my nails!!!! read more
