I was seen within 10 minutes of walking through the door, the physician also came in quick and was very knowledgeable and caring; he was great and talked to me about the injury I sustained. He got me out after getting me a work note, medical order and imaging order. All in all, Greta visit, took less than 45min total and all the staff were professional and kind. read more

So sad this place didn't work out. Brought my child with fevers for 4 days and a gooey eye . They told us it was pink eye after we may have suggested pink eye was a concern. So they agreed and gave us drops but the fevers were suggested to be nothing and advised to wait it out. Two days later the fevers continued and once with our regular provider, turns out it's a double ear infection. Maybe we should have given them suggestive symptoms and specific concerns to have been given meds. The child's ears were checked the day we went in but they said they looked great! Fevers got worse. I'll stick to our regular provider. Maybe convenience isn't always the best pay off. read more

First off the office staff needs training on people skills. Greeting etc. It shows they are going thru the motions here. Second thing is I have been waiting almost 2hrs for my first appointment. Do not use them as primary. Good for urgent care appointments. I've been calling for more than 2 weeks and emailing them so I can get an appointment to refill 2 important medications. I am out of one and my heart health depends on it. I finally get an answer today and they won't attempt to squeeze me in. They suck. I am in tears writing this. How is this ok? The procedure was quick and painless, and the doctor and staff were very professional and courteous. Rude operator. Rejected taking me in at urgent care because my primary care is with TotalCare due to insurance coverage. He didn't even bother to look up if there is any space for me or mention any other alternative. All he said was I need to go to other urgent care. One of the best clinics I've been to in corona by far. The staff members and the doctor are super friendly and kind. Went in the other day to cauterize my son's skin tag which was close to his eye and bleeding nonstop. The doctor told us how dangerous it would be for his age to cauterize and was apologetic not be able to do much for us, then he offered to give us a refund for the visit which was surprising for me. This showed me how passionate and kind hearted he is who really cares about his patients. Other places I've been to for my sons skin tag, not only the doctor didn't help, they were not willing to refund the visit which proves to me the difference between the kind and the caring doctor vs other greedy ones. Thank you to all the staff members and specially to the doctor. I will definitely refer to other friends and family. This is now our new favorite fam clinic. read more

Really disappointed in this place. I came in to find out if I broke my toe I was seen quickly but only to be sent to a different place to go get x rays. After getting the x rays done I was told they would send everything back to total care and that they would call me with results. Not once did I ever receive a call or any feed back. I called the same day looking for answers and was told they hadn't received anything and results could take up to 3 days? I've never had to wait that long but okay. 3 days go by and still no call. My toe still hurts and bruising got worse. I called again just to be told they did receive a report but could not release the image? This urgent care has been no help and has had no urgency whatsoever. They took my co pay and sent me on my way. I'm left in pain with no answers. I'm aware there's not much you can do for a broken toe but I just wanted to find out how bad the break was incase surgery was needed. Total care should be called care less cause they couldn't even give me a call or email. I guess all they care about is my co pay $$$ thanks for nothing. read more

Was not feeling well while visiting and decided to try Total Care Corona after reading all the positive Yelp reviews. The waiting room felt very comfortable with a few small families there for both urgent care and family appointments. The office staff was very friendly and helpful and I was seen within about 20 minutes. After an examination I was given a prescription for antibiotics, and the desk person even wrote the address of the pharmacy where I could pick it up. Hidden Gem!!!! I was a walk-in at 6:30pm on Thursday... very close to closing time and -unlike other walk in clinics- they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience.
