Not a "complete detail center." Waited 30 minutes and learned that vacuuming etc not available and have to do yourself... not worth the wait or hassle. Waited 15 minutes to be hand dried & by that time the car had spots on windshield. Changed $2 to quarters to use the vacuum- got sprayed by dirty water in the process that was blowing directly in change area from wash area. Vacuum was clogged and didn't do jack. I hate this place. Next time I'm going to Raintree or Matt & Jeff's in Marin. read more

The people were very friendly, but their prices on their own website are NOT correct! I was quoted $34.99 not $25.99 for their "Works" package. When I showed them their website and asked why is it more and can I get the $25.99 I was told, "We are working on our website to update the prices". I mean really? They were extremely polite, receptive, and would not let me worry about a thing. This place is suppose to be a self service / hand wash service. I don't know about the hand wash part where they have employees wash customers cars. But I was trying to use the self service wash bay at the very end for large vehicles. The one with the ladder steps to wash high vehicles. 1st: when you put the coins in there for the soap to come out of the brush it takes forever for the soap to come out but of course the time on the meter still ticks down. 2nd: if you use the tire cleaning green soap, it'll keep spraying green shit out of there even when you change the dial to soap wash. 3rd: Spotless rinse doesn't work so if u have a big ass car, then get ready to hand dry that. 4th: So I pulled up to the vacuum spot to "hand dry" bc the spotless spray wasnt working. So I was going to dry and wax my car. Obviously that shit took forever apx 3 hrs or more. So one of the workers there that was working on the hand wash side comes up to me like, "You have to go, you've been here for 3hrs. and there's a 30m min. (first of all, there were 'zero' cars in any of the stalls and where does it say only 30m?) Well let me tell you something Pendejo, if your shit stick washing wands were working properly then we wouldn't be in this situation! Take '1 star and wash that! How 'bout them apples! read more

For $9 this place is good. I only got the wash because I was in a bit of a hurry but they offer detailing for a few dollars more. They have you pay upfront so you know how much you are spending. I only waited a few minutes at most, while you wait to drive into the machine they spray and scrub your car by hand. I drive and SUV and they did the top, sides, bumpers, tires, and even some extra scrubbing on my windshield. The machines are from the 80s but the work just fine. When you drive out of the machine they have you drive up to the hand drying station where another attendant dries the car and polishes the tires. While this was less than a 10 minutes wash I'm completely satisfied with how it turned out. These guys do good work. read more

My husband and I both brought our cars in. We cleaned out all the trash and junk from the car before going. The exterior wash and dry was fine, but we both paid for interiors and windows and it took over 1 1/2 hours, had to move our cars multiple times, and the job was shotty at best. My husbands window was only cleaned o. The interior on the drivers side, no joke, you can see the dinge on the passengers side. My car was not vacuumed all the way and they failed to clean the rear window and two small side windows on the interior. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. I gave it 2 stars because the wash was good and the workers were very friendly. I don't know if they were understaffed or extremely busy, from the looks of it I would say understaffed and unorganised. I would go to the one on Petaluma Blvd but my car is lower and scrapes in their car wash. Super bummed. read more

I've been going there for years and today I discover it's under new ownership. First they charge me $11 for the wash when the posted price was $9. Then, my front (plastic) grill flies off in the drying segment and the owner flips out and tells me they aren't paying for it before I even get my window open. I didn't even know what happened! I drove an hour and half just to come to this place bc of its recommendation - and I was not disappointed. I brought my 98 Four runner in to have it detailed because I was going to sell it and was beyond elated when I saw what they had done. I had told Miguel that my plan was to sell the car so please just make it look good. Well he did. He had them go above and beyond what the normal full detailed service is, down to even buffing out scratches. The car looked practically brand new. I highly recommend them and will happily make the drive again for my new vehicle. read more

I just bought a brand new car two days ago but then parked it under a tree that rained down gross sticky sap that completely covered the car - I was in a bit of a panic and explained my situation when I brought the car in. Not only did they quickly and easily get ALL of the sap off of my car, they didn't charge me any extra (seriously, only $11! a deal) and I was in and out of there really quickly. This place is not recommended. First and only time I went there back in Fall of 2018 on my lunch hour with my 2015 Fiat 500. They were not very communicative about what you'd get for the price, (part of it was language barrier, I believe), but the attitude was just sort of flippant, waving me through saying just drive in I don't want to talk to you, I know what I'm doing. Yet, not having been there, I wanted to ask a couple questions. I understand they are pressed for time in the way of the more pushed through the more money they make, but I'm there for a quality wash and want to know what I'm getting for my money. He finally came to my window and answered what he could, and I tried to make out what I could, so I drove through. Decent outside wash, then I got out to let them wash the interiors. When I got back in, I noticed a sign in front of me saying 'if you have any problems, tell us now before you drive off, otherwise it's too late' (I'm paraphrasing). I'm so glad I did, as I checked my instrument panel and stereo system and while the stereo turned on, the digital display for the system was totally shot. Perfectly fine when I drove in, COMPLETELY RUINED when I got back in after their interior cleaning gal left. Replacement of the system at Fiat dealer noted there was definitely liquid/cleaning solution inside which caused the damage. If you value your vehicle, go elsewhere. read more

Watch out for the the bait and switch pricing!! The only posted prices are for $11 ( I assumed that is for an exterior wash). I asked for interior and and exterior wash and was told it would be $39.99! At that point I should have left, but I had a busy day ahead and did not want to get into another car-wash line. I asked if they had raised prices and he said yes, a few months back. When I was waiting for the car to be finished, I went back to ask the manager for a price list, and he said they do not have one. This car wash does a good job for the money. They have one or two guys brush down your car with long handle brushes, wash rags and soapy water before you go through the machine. Then they hand dry it for you after the machine dryer finishes. read more

I'm really particular about my car, and will typically stay away from car washes, as I feel the brushes too harsh. Took my chances on this "hand wash" car wash and WILL GO BACK. Its 100% hand wash -- with sponges - not brushes. It was a little pricey $25 for inside and out -- but i could not have done a better job myself. read more
