We came here for a birthday cake this past Saturday. I was super excited that they are open during this pandemic. Before walking in, there's a sign out the door stating that all customer needs to wear mask which is reasonable. Since many places now require us to wear it. Once I walked in I went straight to the cake section and was drooling looking at all the beautiful cake they got. We only need a small cake since there's only 6 of us that is eating. I picked a Mango lemon cake. The cake was really soft and moist but the mango fruit was really tangy which I wasn't a fan at all. Next time I will try the strawberry cake. Overall the cake was good but the mango fruit threw me off a little. Definitely will go back there and get some of their pastries. They have a lot of choices, from hot dog buns, cheese buns, potatoes buns and many more! read more

Since my work is less than 5 min away, I have become a new regular to this joint. They bake the pastries daily and if you come here later in the day, expect the shelves to be empty. I discovered the Golden Redbean Pie and it is divine! It has crunchy flakes like a toasted croissant, but soft sweet filling of Redbean. It's not too sweet if you're not into sweets. A perfect combo with their Lattes. Mmmm so good! I'm addicted! Warning: it's not a cheap. Each pastry is about $2-$4, so I can spend $15-$30 here with less than a dozen items. But I think once I find my favorite, I'll stick to one instead of shopping for different ones to discover new tastes. read more

Great meet up joint, place is clean.. bathroom is kept clean.. floral scented always in the women's bathroom. Similar to PB, but price point bit higher.. Perhaps goods are baked with more finesse.. Spacious, well-lit bakery that's pretty similar to Paris Baguette in that they are both South Korean franchises with French-inspired pastries and desserts. In my personal opinion, I prefer Tous Les Jours over Paris Baguette, because they have more variety in baked goods that aren't all croissant types. Their curry bread, milk bread, light and flaky croissant-type desserts, Asian-style cakes, and lightly sweetened illy coffee are my usual go-to's. Their pastries are however definitely pricier and smaller than pastries at other Asian bakeries, like Kee Wah. They do have a small seating area, but the tables are too close together and the space too echo-y to really be comfortable sitting there for long. Free wifi! read more

Quick take: Cornets and Sweet pumpkin donuts are a must try! My friend wanted a cornet. So we head over to the TLJ bakery. Ended up buying a whole tray of cornets. Lol. They are really that good. Crispy, sweet, and flakey outter crust. Filled with creamy sweet cream on the inside. On the not too sweet side I like the subtle sweetness of the Sweet pumpkin donuts. Crispy dough with black sesame and a surprise pumpkin filling. I wish this place had a bigger seating area. Or tables outside. I've never been able to get a table here on the weekends. We also like the chocolate croissants and the other pastries that they have. There's also a rewards point system if you're a frequent customer. My only issue is they've lost or had issues with 2 cakes I've bought in the past where I prepaid in advance. They basically had to give me the one in the front display because they misplaced it or gave it away to someone else. I purchased their blueberry yogurt cream cake for my mom's birthday and while it isn't cheap ($39) it's absolutely delicious and very pretty too! The yogurt definitely gave the cake a bit of a tangy flavor so it isn't overwhelming sweet, but I'd also be interested in trying the cloud cake version too, which is cream rather than yogurt based. I love that you can get a happy birthday chocolate piece as well as matches and a plastic serving utensil too. The box they put the cake in was also extremely sturdy which was nice. Definitely recommend this place, at least for their cakes! But keep in mind your selection might be more limited the closer you go towards the end of the day. read more

Dad loves the blueberry yogurt cake here. Every holiday, without hesitation, he requests a cake from this location. Place is clean and filled with scrumptious, mouthwatering treats. I particularly love the cornets, the soboro with the red bean and cream, and the peanut butter crust on the custard filled pastry that is dusted with powder. Coffee is delicious here as well! Paris Baguette and Tous Les Jours are both South Korean bakery franchises offering coffee and French-inspired desserts. Dublin, CA has them both within a few blocks of each other. Mon Dieu! After splurging at REI next door, it made sense to grab coffee and dessert at Tous Les Jours. We found the two pastries we ordered to be exceptional. The almond-banana cream-coffee croissant was a thing of beauty! Crispy croissant that was filled with cream that was surprisingly not too sweet. You get the full taste of banana and coffee in that cream (5 stars). The other dessert was a choco-almond pastry that reminded me of a stuffed Kouign Amann, and was pretty decent too (4 stars). The Americano was bold and smooth, not quite Paris Baguette-quality, but close. Tous Les Jours is quite a bit smaller than Paris Baguette: seating is limited and the bathrooms are single-occupancy. So far, Paris Baguette is more conducive for sitting down and relaxing. However, the pasties at Tous Les Jours are good enough to make us want to come back! read more

This place has amazing quality of bakes goods. They could easily get a Five Star if they start to make more of the popular items. For example their strawberry cake is very good but if you get there by 10 AM they're always sold out. You would think that given the popularity of this particular cake they will make some extras. Additionally the cashiers are always confused and have to come out and look exactly what you're pointing out because the cakes are not well labeled. read more

Worst packaging of food. Two stars for the worst packaging of food at the cashier. Four stars for the bakery items. I bought around 10 items ($50) and they were stuffed in a small plastic bag and only the piece cake was put in a box. I was also ordering a drink so didn't pay attention to how they did the packaging. I was in a rush to run another errand so I left. The worst part was the refrigerated items (mini cheese cake, mini mocha cake, fresh fruit pastry) were mixed amongst the other bakery goods which I didn't realize until the next day. I found in the very bottom of the bag the fresh fruit pastry (in a clear plastic box) was MOLDY. So for safety sake, I also threw away the cheese cake and mocha cake. I wanted to take the pic with receipt but found no receipt in the bag. The pic also showed some items were in bad shapes because items were stacked up on each other. This store seems to be an upscale bakery. Instead of putting items nicely in a box which most of other bakeries would do, they put items in a plastic bag, and a SMALL one and almost overflowing on top. It's unacceptable. So four stars food but one star service. read more

Heard about their new (I think?) Matcha Cloud Cake and knew I had to try it. It was basically similar to their regular cloud cake but with the sponge cake being matcha sponge cake (very bright in color!) and dusted with matcha powder as the finishing touch. It was so vibrantly green it made me smile just to look at it. The flavor the matcha came through a little bit although I probably wanted the flavor to be more dominant - but I know some people get turned off by the bitterness, and I'm sure they designed this cake in a way so that it could appeal to more general customers. The whipped cream was subtly and nicely sweetened, and it paired super well with the cake. Although this cake was almost perfect, I felt like that the sponge cake was a little more dry than the other Tous Les Jours cloud cakes I've tried - maybe because of the addition of the matcha powder to the batter? That would be my guess. But other than that, it was a really pleasant cake to eat :) read more

I realize having to bring my dog to the vet is dangerous...dangerous that Tous Les Jours is in the same shopping center! Grrrr.... Had an unplanned vet visit to the emergency room since her regular vet was booked today...she seems to be okay and was sent home with some antibiotics....of course, thrilled to hear this i had to stop by Tous Les Jours because not only am i relieved its friggen HOT in Dublin...ugh! Eh im a wimp with anything over 75 degrees that i just want to nap and sleep in the shade....So i come in to see what cold drinks they have...as i open the door, 2 customers come out holding a strawberry and green drink that looks like a milkshake but found out its a smoothie.....Mmm...yes I'll get one and opt for the mango....not bad...a little sweet but okay for this weather. Also, couldn't resist my ultimate fave item here: ****Vanilla Bean donut****....reminds me of Leonard's Malasadas in Hawaii....dough deep fried and sprinkled with granulated sugar and filled with either a blueberry, chocolate or vanilla cream....soooo worth the calories!!! I purchased a cake here, the staff just left it on top on the cake box at the cashier while we were shopping for more pastries, I didn't understand why they wouldn't put it in the box or at least put the cake behind the counter until we were ready to pay. The cake was explosed while the cashiers were chatting and other customers were paying at the busy cashier. This is a very sensitive time during the pandemic, the food should be covered at all time. So glad I found this place. Grabbed a bunch of pastries and everything was delicious! The chocolate croissants (pictured) was flaky, fresh and so good! Prob one of the best I've had here in the US. The only advise I would say is that you should try to come earlier if you can. When I got there around 2pm most of the shelves were empty and sold out which I guess is a great thing. The store doesn't usually replenish towards end of biz day which is understandable and I guess maybe for freshness purposes. The tiramisu was perfect and the chocolate ganache slice was decadent! Price point is pricey but for quality baked goods I don't mind paying. Think of this as definitely a step or two above 85 degrees bakery, you won't be disappointed! Really like the selection of pastries here and the way TLJ stores them to keep it as fresh as possible! What do I mean? Each item is held in a case - either room temp, refrigerated, or warm. I will definitely come back for their croissant/laminated type pastries and gotta try their full size cakes for a special occasion. Certainly a nice french style bakery. I had the chocolate ganache cake slice, and a curry croquette. The croquette was DELICIOUS. The outer pastry was rather sweet, I was expecting a little more of a savory type bread, but once I got into the filling the sweet/curry combo went together so well! The curry was flavorful, and its vegetarian friendly! The chocolate cake was a mixture of the creamy ganache and a chocolate cake. The presentation was beautiful (check out my picture) . To compliment these I had a vanilla latte. Certainly a nice spot if you have time to kill, or need to do some business. They have the BEST macarons! I kinda wish the rest of the pastries were labeled better though. Everything looks and smells so good, however, a lot of the pastries are filled so you can't see what's inside. Therefore you have to trust the signs that are in front of the shelf.
