I had specifically reserved a loaner when I had to bring my Stelvio in on the website and they weren't able to provide me one, saying that they only provide loaners when they have a diagnosis. If they are trying to compete with BMW and Mercedes (who always had loaners available for me even when I didn't reserve in advance) this is not the way to do it. I literally left the brand because of their level of customer service, traded in for another BMW. They still call me telling me that they can service any vehicle. Where to even begin here. Girlfriend wanted me to accompany her on her car buying journey. You know to help her in case there's a predatory dealership. Well, she had picked out the Alfa Stelvio to test drive. They give us keys sign some papers and we're off. None of the security features work, the turn signals aren't working, head lamps flickered. THEN a bunch of warning lights start popping up in the dash. We get back give the keys and we tell them how broke the car is. They don't offer us to test drive another, they sit us down and start running numbers. Salesman and manager come back and end up telling us that the reason for all those malfunctions...it was low in gas. I start asking questions like "really? So all the safety features are not going to work if it gets low on gas?" Yes they tell me and tell me that's European cars for ya! Even his 3 series BMW does the same. Funny I had a 3 series and never had such issues and I'm looking at buying an M4. Then they give a hoopla about the tail light was out and since "all the electric is connected" that's going to happen. Son, these cars have one fuse or something? Such a car wouldn't be passed by Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. I even called a few mechanics and an out of state Alfa Dealer and described the issues. All agreed this dealership was lying and selling a bad product. To top it off the greasy (literally and figuratively greasy) Manager tried to pressure my girlfriend with his 'great deal' to purchase a car that DID NOT work on our test drive. If they were honest, they could have sold a car. She really was set on it. We ended up test driving and buying a Lincoln Cosair and got her way more features and luxury for around the same money. It's really a shame this is the only option for Alfa in the Valley. read more

Horrible business, the first day i went in i already had a car in mind that i was very likely going to get. they said that the car was being "borrowed" for a day and would be back the next day, odd but okay.. i came in today, 25 hours later and sure enough the car still wasn't there and was being "borrowed" i was told the owners daughter was just borrowing it and they could only tell her to bring it back IF we "ran some numbers first" horrible business and i came 2 days in a row almost set on buying this car and i am NOT going to get my credit etc ran on a car someone else it out driving around for fun and i haven't been able to see in person yet OR test drive. i really wanted this car but now i'm bringing my business elsewhere, this was irritating and i wasted my time. i need a car asap and have been paying for rides, waste of money too. read more

Why bother giving one star... they give your car back with missing pieces hanging, oil change light still on, our hood was not completely closed (found out while on the freeway on a windy day). The undercarriage is hanging underneath our car. They don't return phone calls, the receptionist sends you to the manager but of course they do not pick up the phone. The oil change from what we were told was going to take a couple of hours. Well, it seems if you half ass things they can get the job done for you in an hour. What sucks is that we literally live across town and we DO NOT PLAN TO SUPPORT OR COME BACK to that dealership. Your whole staff needs to learn customer service. Sales tram hooked me up with a great lease deal on a 2020 Giulia (love the car). Sales guy (Tabesh) was great. I had some questions after signing and texted him for the next couple of days. He responded to all of my questions and followed up to make sure everything was good. Couldn't be happier with that. Went into the service department for something that actually turned out to be a non issue. Confirmed on the forums as well that pax airbag on/off light is not included in NAFTA version. Before confirming with forums went to them and even though they seemed busy I had a tech with me within 5 minutes in the vehicle checking to make sure all was good. Even had two other techs including a lead tech check my car and some other cars to confirm all were the same. They obviously cared about making me happy and even thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention so that they could learn themselves (check the forums... apparently no one actually has ever asked this). Overall been very pleased with them and the car. Hope to lease a QV when this one runs up. read more

My history with this business is not good at all. It started with a service manager yelling at me. Then another service person months later giving me apathetic attitude. I had sworn to never again let them touch my car. Then I decided, against my better judgment, to give it another try. Let me summarize in saying that I allowed myself to be grossly overcharged for a coolant flush, new cap, and spark plugs. But okay. My bad. I can live with that. BUT, when they claimed that my brake pump was bad and needed to be replaced for over $900. I wasn't sure. My car is paid off and I am relocating so I decided to sell it (not to them because they have been hounding me for it). I took it somewhere else and they checked it out. Guess what? No problem at all with the brake pump. Imagine that!!! Wow, it must have fixed itself. Amazing. Yeah, do yourself a favor. Stay away from any Towbin business. Do not buy a car from this dealership. They are dishonest. Salesman Brian lied throughout the process. They are underhanded do not show you the numbers. This seems to be throughout Tobin Auto. The people at the Kia dealership tried the same thing and their salesman was a liar also. I left and bought my car elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and run to another dealership. I'm suing them. Had a customer service experience here that really was above and beyond. Was a very stressful event having my car break down while being hundreds of miles from home, but JC took care of me every step of the way. This included dealing with frustrating 3rd party warranty issues, acquiring difficult to find parts in a timely manner, and getting me and my car safely towed to the dealership and getting me a loaner car late on a Saturday night. Disappointing. Had to make an appointment for oil change and body trim work for trim that took months to get ordered for a new car that rattled because it was loose. Waited til the parts were here and scheduled the oils change and trim swap at the same time. Over a month to get all the parts, lack of follow up. 5 hours and waiting. Oil change just completed but no knowledge of the trim issue. So much for all the online notes. Being The Only Fiat service in the state I thought it would be proficient and have pride of work. It is becoming more of a sad display of inefficient follow through and lack of communication within the business itself. Brought my car in for service. When I returned to pick it up I found they did not even look at one of the 2 things I brought it in for. Also found they broke my armrest. After they tried to blame it on the tow driver (I drove the car on) they finally said they would fix it but the part was on backorder. Now 5 months later they say the part is discontinued now they are ghosting me. Beau & Vinnie in service are no help. This is my 3rd and last Fiat due to this experience. read more

I thought I was having a bad experience with this company after one of the service representatives provided poor customer service from top to bottom. However, with great communication and follow through I met the director of loss and prevention Jerrell who made sure that things were done right. Honestly, I was going to slam this place initially but Jerrells follow through, great communication, and positive feedback was more then enough to change my mind. Not everyone is serious about their jobs but I am glad that he is. This place had terrible service. I made an appointment for an oil and filter change. I was told it would take an hour. 2 hours and 29 minutes later after asking where my car was they got finished. I then made an appointment for some other issues which they said would take at least a day. I made this for 2 weeks out as I needed the only loaner car?? the have. Upon arriving after confirming I was told they had no loaner. I had to leave without service as I had other appointment that day. Don't buy a car here if you have to use their service department. Unable to schedule maintenance for my Stelvio. First I filled the contact service through the website more than a week ago, no answer. I called yesterday, and they hang up twice. I called today, and the lady said she would transfer me to service. No answer, voicemail full. I called back a few times hoping to talk with a manager or someone who could help but she just kept transferring me to the same full voicemail. Looking at other reviews looks like this is normal behavior for them. I guess I will need to search for non-Alfa dealer options. I love my Alfa but think twice before buying one as its the only dealer in town. read more

My car has had a full engine replacement in one year into my lease and still has ongoing unaddressed issues. The Towbin Fiat dealership staff is completely unorganized and unable/unwilling to provide solutions, so frustrating! I don't wish this experience on my worst enemy. My car shut off in the middle of the road today and the shop is backed up so sit and wait to have a safe car but don't forget your payment please. @alfaromeoofficial clearly doesn't stand behind the product, the engineering of the vehicle lacks tremendously as the engineering teams that can't reproduce events even with pictures of the dashboard.
